We shopped here for the first time 11/28. Great first experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful in offering products that would suit our preferences. Prices are competitive and selection is good, they have a pretty good variety of items. Will be back for another shopping spree soon!

The manager of this store is AMAZING! Super helpful and so sweet, I bought shoes and I thought they were too small and wanted to exchange them but couldn’t. Instead of just telling me no and sending me on my way she actually gave me some super helpful tips on how to make them fit better! She’s definitely amazing and I’m definitely going back!

The person working tonight was very pleasant and helpful. I already know that I will enjoy the recommendation they gave.

This is my favorite toy store chain, however this exact one not so much. Just kinda needed to grab some gel on our way back to our parking spot for the evening!

Disappointing, unsatisfactory, no integrity Never really got good vibes from the sketchy outward appearance seemed like your typical adult shop but figure Id give it a shot. Initially it was your typical retail experience I was greeted while the lady manager was conducting an interview. I said I was browsing mainly looking for clean lube. I was checked on a couple times and the manager showed me a couple products. One in particular was a size specific item that wasnt explained to me. Even when I called to seek return/store credit (which they dont do but also dont verbally tell you. You find out later when you look at the receipt youre pretty much screwed) When I called the store it may have been the same woman but not sure. She agreed that a silicone product should have some stretch but all she could do was give me the manufacturers website (which is so condescending since I couldve done that easily myself). I figured a company dealing with adults would act as such and not leave you high and dry with a product you cant use. I get cash refunds for the nature of the business is a thing but they should at least do store credit and stand behind their pricey items. Either way it was a learning experience and by the way the manufacturer couldnt do anything either and feel as though the shop had to know that.Go to Castle!

The other day my lady and I decided to to the video arcade here that weve been to multiple times in the past. This weekend however there was a different employee working. A short girl with black hair wearing WAY to much makeup. (Dont know what shes trying to hide behind it) So we do our usual, show our IDs before passing the the beepers, put our bags behind the counter and tell her were going to the back. Well, the first room we went into was not cleaned at all, (Meaning my girl slipped in someone elses fluids and almost fell) I believe it was room 11 (?) The next room we go into we realize after starting that their no paper towels in the slot, so Im walking out half undressed looking in multiple rooms for some. After that time spent, my lady and I are finally set. Before we put money in the machine we like to get into it a little bit then have the video start. Before even getting fully undress we here the employee yell out, You dont pay you dont stay ... with that being the third strike and the mood being dropped, we decided to leave. The employee then told us that since we werent putting money in the machine (Which we were only there for around 15 minutes including the time spent to get past the front and find the right room) that were were doing drugs. Threatening to ban us and saying they go through there trash. Well, obviously if Im able to type this review the next day, we werent reported to the police because she found nothing. Maybe she should learn how to do a simple job like hers, like cleaning and making sure supplies are stocked. There are MANY other and better adult shops in Eugene/Springfield with MUCH better customer service. I and my Gal prefer not to be treated like druggies for having to work around her lack of doing her job!Edit: Also, she had ONE customer that was leaving when we came in. Seems to me that shes being lazy on the job! No excuse to not be able to do your job.
