Well right now Im in an adult pool without screaming children with nice reggae playing in the background and poolside cocktails being served. Doesnt get any better.

Melody Hill Rec Center has it all for a ghm. Weights, an assortment of machines, a trainer/attendant, pool and jacuzzi, cabanas, tennis and pickleball, and good parking. We have owned here since 1984 and it is being upgraded continuously. Adults only pool.

Intro to rock climbing is great. Instructor spent 5 minutes going over equipment and then let us climb. Highly recommend this free activity. Also, you can rock climb all week for $30. Great deal.

Good selection of machines. Everything is new so its all nice. I wish the rock climbing wall wasnt an extra fee.

Staff is friendly but sauna is always broken and lockers smell

Outside of the lack of machines for core workout, the place is just about as beautiful and pristine as any cleaning commericals or advertisements you come across.But wait, theres more! The people there are kind and open, and the public washrooms are one of the best experiences Ive personally ever had.

Day pass guest or staying at the resort?? Dont pas the opportunity to try out the fitness center. Try a class! You might get lucky to have a one on one instruction
