Safe and clean, love the neighborhood. Private, yet so close to schools and shopping centers.

Ive read some of the reviews from of the residents who give this place a bad rating. All I can say is that there are some people who just like to complain... 98% of the residents at Casa Grande Estates really love the small neighborhood feel of this place. The location is very convenient (Close to grocery, banks, dining, entertainment, fwys, etc...) New management took over in August of 2019 and they have been very professional and transparent. For those who find joy in complaining... Lets just say, I believe that these individuals would find a reason to complain if they lived in a multi million dollar mansion with servants. Great Family Ownership, friendly neighbors, weekly game nights and more are what gives Casa Grande an old school neighborhood feel. This is why I give Casa Grande 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!

Rent is on the high end of the scale - $700 per month.Park is well kept and clean. Old shabby single wides are being replaced when vacated. Pool kept clean but no spa and no workout area. Near Escondido Creek Trail, nice walking/biking surface although not scenic.3 stars because location is poor - on very busy street that was not built to be a commuter throughfare; significant freeway noise; when no wind, chemical odors come from nearby sewerage plant; weather is probably worst in North County as 20+ degress hotter than coast in summer and low is 10+ degrees colder in winter.If I had a choice again, Id not be here.
