I really like this store. Very clean and the staff wears masks and cleans the counters between customers. I appreciate your concern for your customers so very much. Im always there for yarn and clearance items - lots of nice decorator items. The staff is very helpful and always says hello. So glad I dont have to drive to Portsmouth. Thank you for everything!

Very clean store. Good deals on Easter stuff

I only came in because of the UPS drop off locker location. Store was clean, staff wearing masks, which would not bother me if they didnt. Interesting merchandise selection. Prices ok. The young woman who helped me retrieve my UPS package checked my ID and was friendly. 4 s for service and condition of the store.

Lots of good products, good amount of clearance stuff, but some things seem overpriced.

I get some of my paint pouring items here. The canvas is responsible when on sale.

They had lots of clearance items (probably from their take over from AC Moore)Still couldnt find an employee on the floor to help me find an item. Seems this is a regular problem throughout the chain of stores.

Usually love this store but on Saturday 2/1/20I had a coupon for 50% off from agreeing to sign up for text messages and they refused to let me use it. Cashier said not valid. She said she could give me 40% but thats not what the coupon was. Their sales and coupons are too confusing and cashiers with attitudes. Wont be back. Why did they give it to me then?! So I went to Joanns.

I can find most of the things I need for crafts at Michaels.

I like going to Michaels. They may not always have what Im looking for, but I like to see the new stuff they have too.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Miranda in particular was most helpful with suggestions, and she sought the advice of associates to assure that she was providing an objective point of view for my special project. She was even kind enough to listen to my rambling story about why the project had not come to fruition before this time, as it was supposed to have been a Mothers Day gift, not a Christmas gift. I have been to the store many times and Ive always been pleased with the service and the selection. Keep up the good work!

Love the place, but as a general rule the clercs arent much help beyond the where is this or that questions. That being said the clercs are usually cheerful and the store always clean.

You can find a lot of different crafting supplies here. They do not have alot of die cuts for paper crafting although they have a good selection of paper and stickers

The Michaels in Epping is usually well stocked and organized. The staff is typically very friendly and helpful. The lines can be long, especially during the holiday season on the weekends.

Looking to take up a new craft. Having no knowledge as how to get started, I asked a sales clerk if I could get some assistance. My request interrupted the stocking job, which evidently was priority number 1. I was then given directions to a different area where there was a recommended product that would not have been right for this craft.After doing some research, I returned today and picked up the needed items.In fairness, I must say, I have shopped at Michaels many times and have come away satisfied with the experience. I lady at the checkout counter was extremely nice, and helpful.In summary, a business never knows when that one interaction may be the one in which a customer chooses to shop elsewhere. Each customer that walks through that door that has money to spend in their store is Golden ! Just Saying.

Customer service is awful. 2 cashiers working, or should I say one cashier working in the other just some old lady who looks like she hates her life standing there not helping anybody not doing anything... What happened to customer service? If theres a customer waiting in line to make a purchase why would you stand there and yawn and just not help them? That being said I did not complete my purchase due to such terrible customer service Ill drive to another Michaels before I return to this one

Its a great place to pickup craft and hobby supplies,the staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone should look at there activities calendar and try new hobbies. I love making jewelry and I posted my bracelet I made and I am getting lots iif views. Its a great place to brings the kids for fun time activities to learn and have fun with other kids and make friends.
