I live here. I love my neighbors and the area and I understand that Cal Am is trying to keep this park from getting run down. The park on the whole is very nice however the rules are constricting. The website says we have a “pet area” that is so very wrong. We are not allowed to even walk our dogs on the huge grassed area around the clubhouse. Some of us have fences for our dogs BUT any one moving in NOW cannot put one up.If you want to paint your house, it can only be one of the ”50 shades of beige” that they allow. Dont think for a minute that, as landlords, they will fix or maintain any of the property that YOUR house is sitting on. No matter what, you are responsible.Its unfortunate that we feel like prisoners in here.

Corrupt and have no Soul or Understanding for their residents

Overpriced, strict, it’s a beautiful area but management could be much better! Charging as much as a one bedroom apartment in the city just to rent a tiny plot of land you can’t even do what you want with is outrageous.

Nice, quiet and friendly place to live. Residents are very friendly and helpful. Staff is very helpful and frendly.

Management very poor. Need to replace Tereasa. People moving due to her unprofessional experience. As for the park I would rate one of the nicer ones in the area.

The office ladies where just rude and judgemental. They play favorites and almost all the neighbors need something else to do other than being little tattle tails.
