Could be so much better. They have a skate rink mostly used for their two bouncy houses, a damaged soft play area, half their arcades dont work, food could use more flavor, and a soft drink machine and shake machine that dont work so you over pay for canned soda instead. However, kids cam shoot soft balls from the cannon and use a vacuum pipe to suction up balls to fall from a net above. My toddlers love that aspect of the soft play. I wish there was soft flooring under the bouncy houses as I worry about the kids hurting themselves if they were to fall from the many openings in it onto the hard wooden skating ring floor. Fortunately that has not happened yet as I usually keep them away from the bouncy houses here.

Great place for a kids party

They called me 4 days before my daughters FIRST birthday party to cancel her party! I will NEVER spend a dime at this place nor will I ever rent another spot for a birthday party just for them to do this to me again! I would never recommend this place.

They are fun for younger ages. There is not much for older kids but they have decent food and are decently priced. They play Christian music but it is upbeat and you cant tell if you are not playing attention. They workers are mostly teenagers but they are all polite and willing to help or answer any questions you may have. I would recommend for anyone under they age of 11.

I brought my daughter here and thought it was going to be super fun. Instead it wasnt. The amusement park was very limited in what kids can do and only a few of the machines worked. My toddler doesnt ask for much but I hate to have to drive so far out of my way in order for my child to have fun. Sadly I will not be taking her to this place again.

Very disappointing. Most of the games did not work. The air ball pit did not work. It would really great place it was maintained.

We have 3 yr old triplet girls and 5 yr old boy. Kids absolutely love running around freely with multiple play areas and equipment to bounce and climb on. $20 for 4 kids to wear themselves out, priceless! I give it four out of five just for improvement. Sometimes the choice of music is in question but my kids are to small did to even know. Thanks Fun Factory!

Great Place For Kids

Not kept up very well. Staff was only worried about watching football games and eating wings. Didnt watch the front counter much. Dirty. Kids loved to skate and play on bouncy houses. That was the only positive.

I love fun factory. I go there very often and love the new management. The food is fresh and at affordable prices. Their staff is friendly.They have lots to do for only $10. This is my favorite hangout place to chill with my friends and meet some new people.

Nothing works. Inflatables were on forever but not blown up fully the entire time. Itd be a cool place if they could keep up with it

No, food wasnt that great but for price to get in I will go back many more times. The music they play at first does not sound like music for kids, but after listening to it, its actually Christian rap n rock music. Definitely a great place for cheap fun but go else where to eat.

The fun factory is not a day care service. So if you are not a good enough parent to watch your own children then I guess maybe you should go to a daycare. The fun factory is now under new management, so there is going to be a lot of changes anyways.

Great place for kids of all ages! Friendly staff and nice environment. We love it there!

$5 for a whole day. About 20 different things to do. Kids have a blast. Its a church on Sunday so you know its a very family oriented establishment. A few very original play areas.

Great place for kids during the summer

Needs much improvement. Went there a few times and each time the A/C wasnt working so it was really hot inside. The equipment/games are pretty old and some dont work well or even at all.

They have a lot of activities for the kids to do but they dont like to run their ac. Its get really hot in there for the kids.

It isnt as fun as it used to be before they changed owners.

My kids had a blast here for the Halloween Festival that was hosted here.

Nice facility, clean and great fun for all ages. Played Christian music and also had a large screen tv.

Bad food service, paid 30$ to get in and couldnt even get fried pickles in a timely manner cancelled the order.

My grand kids have been several times and always have the best time. We love the place and hope their plans for groth happen soon.

Had my sons party here service was horrible do not recommend using this place and I will never go back! Food and service was bad not sanitary! Shouldnt even be open to public!

I like to come here with my wife and two kids about once a month. My wife and I are literally the only parents that watch our kids. Ive been coming for over a year and never ever do i see other parents watching their own kids. They just let them run wild. Kinda sad when you think about it. Anyone can take your kids home since the staff dont even look up from their phones when you walk out. Its not like chucky cheese where you get you hand stamped. Only reason i give it 4 stars is because its cheap and my girls have fun. However this place is exactly like a daycare with no supervision. Very sad.

The Fun Factory is now under new ownership and they are doing everything to make it a better environment and more fun on top. So, come on by the New Fun Factory.

Not what I expected. It was ok

A great place for family fun

This place was aweful. Walking in I thought I was going into a club, not the kind of music that should be playing for young children. There are almost no adults watching thier kids, the food they provided for our party was gross and not fully cooked, there is nothing for the kids to do, there is no put put golf. This is by far the worst place I have ever seen and been in for a kids party.

If i could give this place a zero o would we went in payed $40 and it was horrible nothing to so understaffed and the food is so gross the kids spent hours thowing up afterwards
