The pull through sites were easy to deal with and provided plenty of space for multiple vehicles. The office was easy to find and very helpful for all my questions. The facilities were all well maintained and very clean. That includes the bathrooms and laundry.

Love it. Quiet, shady, efficient. Ive been here only a couple of months but I like it. Melinda and Robert are really nice. My lot has lots of trees and friendly people around me, for the most part.

Is grass more important than the ease of customer parking ?Left my trailer on 3-4-20 to go to evening church and came back with more black railroad ties blocking my parking. Previously had several threatening notes taped on my screen door threatening eviction. Is this any way to treat the senior class (over 80)? If I had the money and was younger, I would move. Never would have imagined a Christian ? manager would be a part of such goings on. I am praying for management and those that are employed by the park, which I know are being forced to do as told. God bless

So realistically....its a trailer park...there are RV spots throughout the park...it is a very large spread out RV/trailer park...prices are reasonable...lots are large and privacy is enhanced between lots with tall hedges and trees...most of the long term residents are in older rigs...there are a mixture of well maintained occupied lots and some lots that have some clutter...they have a community storm shelter on the grounds...there is an option to receive mail at the front office or pay a one time $25 fee for a private box...the front office staff have been amazing. We had a large lightning storm that fried two of the breakers in our box. They came out on a Sunday within 30 minutes of my call. They have been very responsive to our needs. Overall nice quiet park with good office staff...

My family and I stayed here for almost two weeks. I do not recommend this park to anyone for any reason ever. If they do not have the electric on for the spot you deem reasonable. It’s $25. I tried to stay in the front because the park is a camper/ trailer house park and there seemed to be potential problem people in the back of the park. Front 30 spots are day rate. If you stay up here you have to pay the $30 a day. So reluctantly my family and I moved to the back . Two days later my wife’s car and three other cars in the park were broken into. Do not have Wi-Fi throughout the park as advertised, do not compensate if you’re in the area that it won’t reach, no laundry room, and you may need a shovel to get to your water, so needless to say after getting a few things stolen out of our vehicle we cut our losses and move parks. I very strongly do not recommend anyone stay here.Update: received a call from Detective Buck with the Enid Oklahoma PD, they served a warrant on the two individuals who broke into the vehicles and use my wife’s credit card . Surprise surprise they live in the back of this place ......

I found this place for my boyfriend who has been working there since January. He is staying in a furnished trailer and its nice. It has been well taken care of. The RV park is quiet and not a lot of traffic. The beds arent that great, but overall Im happy I found this place for him. He can actually cook meals and have more room to move around in than a hotel. The staff has always been pleasant to work with. Did have a couple of issues with the Wifi and cable at first, but cable company was called and issues have been fixed. I would recommend this place especially for workers.

High Point is a trailer park, in the northern part of Enid, and my wife and I lived in it for about five years when we first got married. Yes, we were trailer trash! And as far as I know, no tornado has ever found this place. But as far as that goes its a nice quiet place to live, with lots of trees and shrubs and a clubhouse and other amenities.

Nice park, but the trees drip sap...so I wouldnt stay here long term. Make sure you dont go outside barefoot, or youll spend a week getting sap off your feet. We stayed in the circular portion of the park.

We lived at Highpoint for about 9 years, then we moved away for about 11 years. Came back for about 3 months. Our daughter got married andwanted us closer. It was like coming home. Robert and his family stillmanages the resort. Everyone in the family, and the staff, are friendly, and bend over backwards to assist you if you have any problems. Youcould not find a friendlier, nicer place to stay in Enid Oklahoma. Ourdaughter moved to Washington State, and wanted us to move with themsince we both own RVs. We are here temporarily for now. We miss Enid, and should we ever move back, and we are still in our RV, it will be toHigh Point RV. May all of you have peace.

High point is a good spot overall for long term people. Not sure Id opt to stay here short term because there are so many actual mobile homes on site. The internet is god awful, I would add at least one star if they upgraded their internet! I chose a site right next to one of their antennas and it is still incredibly spotty, web pages freeze and good luck watching any type of video.2 other small gripes I have are the yippy dogs that people leave outside barking all day. Is that really necessary? No one wants to hear your dog yip. Last but not least, people tend to drive down the back entrance road (glendale) WAY over the speed limit. Im talking like 45-50 mph at night, its honestly ridiculous/dangerous for kids. Add a few speed bumps on that road. With a few minor adjustments (upgrade wifi, add a speed bump, tell residents not to leave barking dogs outside) this place could easily be a 5 star park. Until then however, 3 it is.

The management has been courteous and respectful. The facilities are well maintained and we enjoy it here! Some people have chosen to make it their home away from home, because we have made it our own little neighborhood!

The park seemed ok while I lived there, we lived there for several months and I had my rent set to auto draft from my account because they offer a discount... after leaving 2 months ago they have drafted the full price of my rent out the last 2 months, havent lived there for 2 months.. and now they are bullshiting me around and not giving me my money back, despite admitting it was there fault... dont stay here, Ill update of they ever give my back

Manager is extremely rude. I payed for a week and had to leave town for a family emergency I didnt get back to the rv park for 3 days after my rent was up. The manager called me and I said Id be back to pay for an additional week the following day, he proceeded to tell me he usually would have a trailer impounded in that situation and was disrespectful the whole time on the phone. I would not recommend this place strictly because of the managers attitude and disrespect

We were VERY disappointed in this 70 acre park...3 washers 3 dryers that were worthless nothing for kids to do internet was horrible and Parks personal were rude and very unprofessional! It took and act of Congress for them to fix anything and had to be asked several times to fix things. Would not EVER recommend this park to anyone! Thats pretty sad because we all spent plenty of money supporting their rude and ugly attitude!
