I had a great experience here. Ford VS. Ferrari. Staff was helpful and friendly. Theater was honestly spotless. Tables were just the right height, and Im not tall. Sound was crystal clear, I mean really good. Screen was beautiful. Food was good! Wings were very tasty, onion rings were excellent. Fries, not terrible just not my favorite. Waitress was prompt, friendly and helpful. The only complaint are the seats themselves, they are a bit narrow and do not recline enough to be truly comfortable. Theres no where to really put your feet, so it makes it where you need to move around a bunch to remain comfortable. The theater wasnt crowded, so it wasnt a big deal, but if there had been a lot of people it would have been an issue. The pricing for the food was inline with other dinner movie theaters Ive been to. There are some bad reviews for this place that I find to be totally unfounded, honestly. Hopefully this place will be around on my next trip here.

Better than it was before the remodel, but how in the world are they going to remodel a theater and NOT put in reclining seating. Also, the food selection is ok, but you have to get there early and order BEFORE the movie starts, there is no call button for service. It feels like a very cheap, ghetto attempt at a dine-in theater.

The bad reviews seem to be a bit over-critical of this place. We used to go the old United Artists GP 12 a few years ago (also operated by Regal) and were excited to see the new Regal Cinebarre open up this week. We were greeted immediately as we entered and kindly guided as to how the theater worked. The lobby and restrooms were nicely remodeled. Unfortunately, it is a sit and serve model, so there is no concession stand. We were greeted quickly by our server, Devin, and we ordered popcorn (one-size, large $8.50), a Dasani water bottle, and a soda. Everything was brought out in about 10 minutes during the previews. Make sure to get here early for service because once the movie starts, you will have to order from the bar.The major downside of this theater is the seats. No large luxury recliners here, like the nearby UA Park Meadows or Regal Southglenn. The seats are big, padded nicely with padded armrests, and the back reclines a little, but they arent as comfortable as Regals other nearby theaters. Also, the bar-top table design is annoyingly far from the seats. The theater now serves food in trays, so you can have it at your seat. It seems that Regal wanted to make the seating design as convenient as possible for the servers with the half-level between rows of seats. I wish that Regal had focused more on the customer-experience in terms of the seating, it could have been much better.Overall, its a good theater, far from the worst theater in the metro as an other reviewer commented, but I wish that Regal had used its luxury recliners with a large swivel table like what they have at the Cinebarre West Town Mall in Tennessee or the nearby AMC Southlands 16 in Aurora.Pros: Newly remodeled, big auditoriums, good sound system, great staff, seats are comfortable, good locationCons: No concession stand, no luxury recliners, very awkward bar-top set-up.

The entire staff was super friendly. Nice vibe. And, the food was good. However, nearly both stars I took off are due to the back ache I now have this morning after sitting in airplane seats. These seats go back about 3 and they are FIRM. The crick in my neck today is awful.

The theatre looks great with the renovations, however my family and kids had a terrible experience. The employees were very nice and were all working hard! The seats are small, barely recline and shoot back up if you lean forward at all.....The table in front of the chairs could be the worst design and decision I have ever seen, nobody in my family could see over this bench table even with the rock hard plastic booster provided, only offered once I went out front to ask. These bench tables should be ripped out as they serve zero purpose. I feel like I wasted a lot of money (5 people, food and drinks, not cheap) to be extremely uncomfortable and miss a lot of the movie. Ill never return unless Regal puts some thought into their customers.

I rarely give a bad review but I had to due to me and my 5 year old nephews experience. The new renovations and seats look nice but the seats need weight to lean back and a small child will not be able to. The main reason for the one-start is the tables in front of the seats. They are directly in the view for children and the booster seat provided is a plastic bin turned upside down (not comfortable). I will say the staff was great but you could tell they’ve had these complaints before and couldn’t do anything about it.I’d suggest if you do decides to come here with kids, sit in the front rows.

In the inside, this theatre still looks so much like the former Regal that it might find it hard to escape from under its old shadow. In a world where most renovated theatres have full reclining seats, it’s strange that this one doesn’t. Of course, if it did, those tables would be even more of a sight obstruction than they already are, so I guess it’s fine the way it is.Since there’s an Alamo Drafthouse in town, it’s going to be hard to avoid comparisons because that’s what this place is striving for. The “milkshake” at Regal costs $7, and was served in a small paper cup - a far cry from the picture in the menu, but that’s advertising for you. However, it was so thin and runny it was basically just chocolate milk - not worth the money charged. And as a note on service, 2 of the 3 staff that brought our food out to us seemed a little uncertain that they were taking it to the right seats. One just clunked the popcorn and like 15 napkins down on the table and left without making eye contact.Weird vibe overall, kind of clinical. I wanted to like it, but probably won’t be back.

Was curious as to how they would remodel the theater since I used to work there. The remodel was nice but the seat dont exactly recline as advertised. The back goes back a bit but your legs do NOT go up as in most theaters that have reclining seats. Additionally, this theater now serves food to you with a shelf built in front of you to put the food on. Whatever you do, do NOT get the cheese curds there. They are horrible!!! Their specialty italian sodas were just ok as you had to keep shaking the cup to mix the seltzer and the flavoring. Definitely not worth the $6 in the cup it came in. Other then that, the seats were comfortable, the carpet new and the staff pretty nice. For all of that - I should have gone to the Landmark and had a better time.

My rating would be more like 2.8. The new lobby is interesting looking, very different from before, but the vibe is much different. My family and I were interested in seeing the new theater seats, until we realized they werent recliners. Also, the bench (for lack of a better word) that is placed on front of the chairs is too high and too far away. This bench is to hold food cause this theater is one of those now. Speaking of food, it was all pretty average. As an example, the cheese bites I ordered were supposed to be made with Gouda and mozzarella, but I tasted no mozzarella. Additionally, the texture was similar to that of cottage cheese. I was expecting something more solid or melty. All in all I would say that I was underwhelmed by what Regal has done with the place and I believe that they can start by focusing on and bumping up the quality of the food.

We were so excited when this theatre reopened since I have been seeing movies there for a long time. Unfortunately we were not impressed. While the customer service was good the food was sub par. Even our kids didn’t care for their pizza or nachos. Another issue is the layout. There is a long table to set your food on that gets in the way for younger kids to see the screen. In addition you can’t lean back and recline in the chairs. Will not be going back anytime soon.

This theatre shut down for awhile and I have given it 2 tries since it reopened as a cinnebar. It seems like the employees were never properly trained. The food was great but the staff doesnt seem to know the menu well. The fact they changed to tablets also, they refuse to serve during the movie because it will disrupt the audience. Then switch back to paper! Or something. If I go to a dine in theatre I expect to be served whenever I need during the movie. Refills and all. Ill go to AMC or Movie Tavern from now on.

The interior looks lovely after the remodel! You can tell they worked very hard to make these changes. The chairs are ridiculously uncomfortable, though. Which sucked! The headrest is padded but sits straight up and barely reclines so you’re essentially touching your chin to your chest. That’s the only reason to deduct stars. But man... it was so uncomfortable so I had to.Overall the staff was super friendly and the food and drinks were delivered in a very timely manner. We’ll come back for sure!

A friend and I decided to check out this newly opened theater and were both satisfied with the experience. It seems that a lot of these comments are disingenuous, ageist and rather hyperbolic or dramatized in some cases. Its fair to point out that the staff was seemingly new as you would expect at a recently opened theater but they were all friendly and helpful, despite what some reviews here have to say about the staff being young and therefore bad.The seats were pretty comfortable and recline a little. The counters in front of the seats are very high so you probably shouldnt bring children to this theater. We ordered some drinks and popcorn which seemed to be similar in price to what you would pay at any other theater. Our waitress served our order in a timely manner and we enjoyed the movie. The audience was a bit noisy at times but it was a pretty upbeat, happy atmosphere overall. We will definitely be coming again.

What on earth were the designers thinking? It is impossible to overstate how seriously uncomfortable the seats are. Imagine a theater fitted with economy airplane seats where the reclining position wont lock, with a tray table at eye level. That sums it up. Regal needs to rip this place apart again and rebuild it. Think Im going overboard? You wont, after seeing a movie there and, like others who have complained, agree not to go back. (PS. Dear Regal, all your responses to complaints about comfort are standard copy and paste. If youd like to copy and paste, please do that by copying the real reclining seats at your other theaters and pasting them in this theater.)

Unfortunately this wasnt the best experience. We came to watch Frozen II with our two kids and there were a few things wrong. First the bar in front of the seats were way too high so my kids couldnt see the screen. Secondly the seats hardly recline and were uncomfortable and you have to push it back yourself and pretty much hold it there. Food service is at the beginning and then done with no follow-up. The food was OK but no kids menu to choose from. Also when ordering the volume in the theater is so high you have to shout to the server and its hard to hear a response. It would have been nicer if it were a bit lower before the movie for this reason. They were out of a lot of stuff due to a strike by Cisco so poor planning, imo. The screen and sound were good so if youre just there for the movie its not a bad deal besides the seats being uncomfortable.

We were excited to try this theater after the remodel. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. We brought our 10 year old daughter and she was unable to see the screen because of the abnormally high bar/table that is situated right in front of the seats. When we asked, they brought her a hard plastic booster seat so that she could see at least the upper 2/3 of the screen. Not the best solution. I also couldn’t see the whole screen because of the obstructing view. The chairs did not recline easily and were pretty uncomfortable. I would not call this a family friendly theater. My husband and I were also uncomfortable. Hopefully they can make some improvements on the concept to make it more comfortable, enjoyable and family friendly, as this is much needed in our area.

Let me start by saying that I didn’t realize this place was so newly reopened. I found a movie time that worked and went, but it was clear that it was haven’t-worked-the-kinks-out BRAND new from the minute you walk in. Teenage employees are standing in clusters near the front looking at you like deer in the headlights. No one knew what to do. Ticket purchases are pretty much self-service, so there really was no need for 8 kids standing there staring at you. The interior is nicely remodeled, but the bathroom smelled terribly of mold. There is a large bar with plenty of alcohol options, but nowhere to buy popcorn and soda, so...great, they are going for the sit-and-serve model. We sit in our designated seats and wait for the server. The seats do not recline and are not the most comfortable, but whatever. The really awkward thing is the bar-top that sits in front of you that is so tall that my 5 year old couldn’t see over it to watch the movie. A waiter comes over and I ask for a booster. They have none, so we now have to pack up and move to the handicap designated seats so my son can watch the movie. The waiter follows us and asks what we would like. I ask for a menu. He has to go find one. We order. They bring the food out. They forgot some of our order. I wait for someone to come back and check on us. And wait and wait and wait. At this point there is no one around the ask for help, so I get up and leave my son in the theater to go hunt someone down. I sit back down. Now we have no napkins. So I again have to leave the theater to find napkins. The popcorn comes out, but is burnt and old and just absolutely terrible. So, it seems their service model is to get your initial order, take your money, then leave you high and dry while you miss your movie to fix their errors. It just wasn’t a level of service that I’ve come to expect from this type of movie theater. Certainly not the caliber of service I paid so much for.If your looking for a place that serves you at your seat, with comfortable chairs, and good food and beer, stick with Alamo. I won’t be going here again.

New place is nice, good concept. But didn’t execute. When you first walk in everyone kind of is standing around like a deer in the head lights, not very friendly and maybe just as confused. When we asked the server when the “official” opening was she said she didn’t really know and they were told different things about the opening dates, it kept getting pushed back. Where’s the promotion though, we only found it by looking up movie times near us! The biggest issue though was the theater design itself. The chairs didn’t really recline or anything and are so upright it hurts your back. The bar in front of you (what I’m assuming you eat your food from?) is so high, and far away it’s really just awkward. Overall, the idea was there but it just missed, HARD.

My daughter couldnt see the movie screen with the weird bar/table in front of us, and even for me it was incredibly high and took away from the screen. TLDR: Spend $2-$5 more and got to Alamo Drafthouse. If Alamo doesnt have the movie you want, find a different movie to watch and go to Alamo anyway. The good:Its a new theater so it has good screens and audio. The staff is very friendly and tried to make the best of a bad situation. The bad:This theater is trying to be Alamo Drafthouse and failing miserably at it.When we arrived 10min to showtime our seats were covered in crumbs and trash with piles of baskets on the bar. This was an issue in basically every row of the theater. The single employee working the theater was very apologetic and was trying to get other staff to help him clean. However, help took quite a while to arrive and we had to brush the crumbs off our seat so we could sit down. As more people arrived, there was an issue where people had been moved to seats that were already reserved. This was a large group so it caused a lot of confusion and traffic jams while they sorted it out. from what we heard, the manager had moved the patrons, but apparently moved them to seats that were already reserved. There was only one person taking orders for the whole theater on a Saturday night, so it took forever for them to start the movie. Our show time was 7:45pm and they did not start playing trailers until after 8pm with the movie starting close to 8:10.This theater is either understaffed, or managed very inefficiently.Other issues:- Once the movie starts you need to get out of your seat for drinks or get help with a noisy neighbor. Alamo as a very simple order card system: You stay in your seat, and staff will come by to take your order without disrupting anyone. Here, I have to get up an annoy an entire row just to get a glass of water.- Speaking of noisy neighbors, I applaud Alamo for very bluntly telling people before the movie starts, If you talk or text you will be told to leave. Alamo has a very simple method of dealing with this, simply put a order card up at your table to get the attention of the staff and they will deal with it. The first 5 minutes of our movie was blessed with commentary of drunk neighbors until they got the hint from everyone else.- The lights in the theater do not dim completely once the movie starts. I assume this is to help people get up and walk to talk to the staff, but its very annoying as far as the movie experience goes.- While I have not personally tried the food, other reviews have pointed out the very poor quality and from what I saw it is still an issue.- The seats are new and look very plush, but they are actually pretty uncomfortable. The backs recline when you sit back, but there is nothing that comes up to support your legs or lock the back upright. This gives you the sensation of sliding out of your chair the entire movie. I left the theater sore and tired from trying to find a comfortable position. We keep giving these major brand Alamo clones a try, but always leave frustrated and disappointed. If youre not going to do it correctly, just be a normal theater and save me some money. Otherwise, you must at least meet the quality of Alamo if youre going to try and impress people.

We asked for a refund and were denied. The explanation was that this is part of a modern movie experience. This man was the only other person in the theater and the staff refused to handle the situation. This place has been a miserable experience. No sense of urgency by the staff theyre all too afraid to talk to patrons and when people are loud and disruptive in the theater they will not step up and do anything. Today I saw two noxious people complain about not having enough napkins the manager gave them passes to a free show. This is horrible considering that these people were disruptive to the entire theater and they were treated like golden calves. Be warned that even though the name on the outside of theater has changed and its been remodeled it is still the same garbage service and same rude condescending customer base. Definite pros and cons here, I noticed before going that most of the reviews were either 1 or 5 stars... I think the current average of 3.8 is pretty spot on. I think I might give it 3.4 but didnt want to hurt the rating since overall our experience was positive.Cons:- Chairs are uncomfortable and dont really recline, wish they just put in chairs like their SouthGlenn location.- The tables are definitely annoying but way worse on the upper seats than the lower seats so DO NOT sit at the back of the theater. The chairs and the tables seem like a make or break for this theater honestly. Even the staff doesnt like them.- When we went, the heater in the theater was broken- Personally not a fan of a large $10 popcorn being the only option. I dont like popcorn so much, my 6 year old does... so small is more than enoughPros:- Location was clean and staff was super nice- Priced well- Asked management if we could change to a different movie due to the broken heater and such and they quickly obliged without an issue. They sat us in lower seats (row F) this was a much better experience.-Definitely large, plenty of options, lots of roomSince all the theaters now are doing this food service style, I kind of wish this theater did something a little different instead of what appears to be the economy of full service theaters. I liked the theaters with a kind of self serve food service and games and such, not having specifically booked seats, and being able to put the arms up in between seats and snuggle with your family.... maybe thats just nostalgia... I also miss the discount theater with things that had been out for a while in Arvada...

Nice movie theater! Friendly employees and always have a great variety of films playing and decent times. I hope they add more South Asian movies.. The food is overpriced as all movie theaters are, but nothing really out of the ordinary. The theaters have nice seats and provide plenty of space for your viewing pleasure.

Very nice and fancy theater, it would be nice to have fold down foot stools for how nice it is though.

Just got out from Regal Cinebarre Greenwood Plaza. The studio 5 was not temperature controlled. The whole time we were there the temperature was so low that my toes were freezing, albeit I was wearing snickers.

Liked it a lot glad that the theater was brought back a a cinegrill, thought seating was perfect price is great and good that all of Greenwood Village, Centennial, Englewood and the surrounding area supports this theater. It is truly a gem of a theater and a great place for a great family or date night out. Or jus go in and drink like a regular bar.

I so so so wanted to love the rebirth of the local theater where I watched most of my new releases. They do too much wrong to seriously recommend. I didnt realize how high the bar was set at alamo before coming here.1. Tiny Plastic Water Cups. I get that other regals are trying to get us to purchase a full size drink, but if I come for full dinner, providing me with 2 shots of water is just rude. Some of us are just fans of water, amirite hydrohomies? Do I need to order eight cups of water next time, (and then feel guilty about the wasted single use plastic)? Just give us big glasses of ice water in washable cups and stop insulting me with soda or bottled water.2. Seats. My mom is a relatively short 411, and complained that the heels of her feet didnt reach the ground when sitting all the way back. Her feet were dangling unless she was sitting forward. If she slouched backwards, the tall bar table would obstruct her view. The seats reclined a little, and were not the type with buttons that would allow you to adjust position. At 510, the view was good for me. But this place isnt designed for kids or below average height adults.3. Requesting tip before service. Booooooo. This is an objection on principle that a few places are guilty of. Tip is supposed to offered as feedback for good service. If a business, or taxi, or service, wants tip before you get what you order, the answer should be Hells no, otherwise youre contributing to the societal degradation of the purpose of tipping. I realize this theater was renovated from a layout that doesnt allow servers to run in and out during the movie, but if theyre going to charge you before the movie starts and offer no service during the movie, then they should either not accept tip, or swipe your card before the movie and pick up your reciept after your food is delivered. The screen was sharp and clear. The tickets were $10. The burger was cooked from frozen to medium-well, and was B+. I just dont know why someone would choose this experience over Alamo, when the prices are similar and the burgers are A+. My experience was early July 2019. Maybe they need some time to get in the groove. Ill give them another shot in the future, and edit this review if things change. I really want to love them, if not for the nostalgic location alone.

Nice theater, it seems to be well kept and clean. We went for a Fathom Event which I love that they offer. The seats were comfortable and the screen was a good level of brightness and it was a nice level for the sound. They didnt blast you out which is a nice change!

The renovation is a little strange. The seats lean back but dont recline and the bar style table that runs down every row is useless.

I love this theater. This is the last one around here to offer movies for 5 dollars per person on Sundays. The seats are comfortable, the employees are all very nice. I especially am happy that it has not been converted to the lay back seats that you have to pick in advance. Those are annoying when you are meeting a group of friends at the theater! Twice I have been asked to open my bag for inspection at this location before, which is difficult with popcorn and drinks and children in tow, but maybe that is the price I pay for carrying a giant bag that is needed when you have kids... Being singled out to inspect my purse is why I dropped a star from my review and really my only complaint.
