Alameda Isles is an over 55 gated community. There is no place better than this. We actually own the land on which the house is situated. Our monthly dues are $ 169 per month. That includes TV grass cutting and palm trees pruning.We have a club house that holds up to 250 people, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball court , shuffle ball court, and horse shoe court. Exercise building with showers and toilets and sauna. We have a library and an arts and craft room with kiln. We have a billiard room. We have a wood shop with table and band saws and all kinds of tools.we have a small park with pond and golf tee and horse shoe courts. We have a marina and a yard to store boats and trailers.You cannot find a place better than this.
