I have played hockey here, public skated, played some games, and taken my daughter to the rides. Family sports has a lot of activities for the whole family. The ice rinks are nice, the ice is soft which isnt what I am used to, but its hard to find decent ice here in Colorado. Pro shop is small and has a great selection of golf equipment.

Amazing center. Has a small amusement area immediately after entering the building. Nice rinks. Large enough locker rooms.Adjacent to an outdoor golf course and indoor lacrosse center.

I cant ice skate at all myself. Also, I came for mini golf outside and came in to use the restroom. I was happy to see on my way back out, that the rinks are well maintained and open. I was able to see figure skating practice going on in one rink and junior hockey practice in another. Im sure these talented athletes are thankful for places like this dedicated to getting them back out there in these trying times.

Great place to learn golf! Great range and course to start. Wish the grass range put out markers for color distances. Other than that have been going here for years and love it!

Old buildings, looks like an old school. Old carpet, needs updating. Not laid out well for the different entrances. No signs big enough to see to make sure youre parking or entering the right way. Inside needs more signs or pathway arrows. I was a visitor.

I love skating at this place. They Zamboni the ice after each session. They have great customer service and the Avalanche Grill upstairs has great food!

Attended a figure skating competition during August of COVID-19. The rink was sanitized, clean, well run.

Went to Family Sports again today the first time in a very long time and I really used to love this place, however, I understand with Co-vid that certain parts are closed down however, there should be a disclaimer on their website about the ice rink and mini golf being the only open attractions during this time. When we went we were told that the bumper cars were down and lazer tag and climbing wall and arcade were not in operation, which was fine but it would have been nice to know before going these were all closed even if it is a disclaimer note on the website. We did notice before leaving however the bumper cars did become operational to some guests but we were not told earlier in the day and visit. Additionally not a fan of the whole lollipop park in the family sports complex. Really miss the sizzler and the SUV ride however, that is alright and I know not necessarily the fault of the employees of family sports. The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the bar staff at the Avalanche Grill which this was the first time we ate there was very friendly! Keep up the good work in the restaurant and update the website please to alert of the closures!

Has the old school hockey feel. The ice was pretty bad my first trip there, not sure if its a one off or not!

Was pretty cool, had a bunch of rides and games for the kiddos and some prime vending machines but I would say 6/10 haunted

Odd layout facility. Very expensive. We’ve been there a couple of time. First time we were there for the lollipop park which was fun. The other side of the park needs a make over and arcade games are an absolute rip off. Worth trying for the first time though.

Overall if you hear only for 30 minutes its good more than that you have to buy tickets for The Other Side it should be all included in one package so you could have fun with your whole family

I visit for the golf which is an awesome place to practice all areas of your game. Awesome 60 to 80 yard practice for short game and sand ay

A wonderful place for young children to play and be on rides suited for them. The pizza is ok, not great, but what can be expected. My grand daughters ( 3&4) love it.

The maintenance crew was nothing short of amazing professional and friendly. We come out there approximately 1 to 2 times a week, we are also known as the tattoo 4. Youre maintenance crew had so much work to do but they were so amazingly polite and really great people. There is one gentleman that was in there the pro shop that is , could use some serious training on customer service. He should work with the maintenance crew and learn how to be friendly and still get the job done. I love this little track, and love coming out and will always come out. Its always a pleasure I believe I can speak for my other 3 in my foursome That we will continue to come out as much as possible. We really appreciate you guys, and we also golf South suburban. Thank you so much for a 5 star experience excluding the hiccup in the pro shop

Great! I recommend getting the deal pack, I wasnt paying attention and got ice skating then added on spending more than I would have with the pack deal. But much to do so it was worth it

We love the Family Sports Ice Arena! Everyone has been great from the pro shop, to the coaches to the classes! Martin at the pro shop didnt over sell! Private lessons with Coach Jenny have been amazing! Being a mom who knows nothing about hockey or ice skating, having every one be sooo patient with me and all my bazillion of questions!Thanks to everyone for being wonderful and helping us!!

Theres a lot going on here. Maybe you saw a league hockey game, maybe you took your kids to lollipop park. If theyre too old for that, maybe they did the rock wall, inverted bungee trampoline or even the bumper tanks. Did i forget to mention laser tag? Lastly, theres a genuine bar and grill upstairs that actually serves real food and drink. The place just goes on and on. Note that the arcade could use better upkeep as there were a lot of broken down games during my last visit.Footnotes: lollipop park is its own thing and needs separate admission. On the other side, there are packages for purchase to do the bungee thing, rock wall and bumper cars. Bumper cars min height is 44 in. The bungee requirement is to be between 30 and 200 lbs. The rock wall 40-275lbs. The games use tokens. Most are 2-3 tokens per play. $1=4tokens. Tickets are exchanged through a self service kiosk.

Arcade, golf store, restaurant and two ice rinks. The arcade when you first walk in has Chickie cheese atmosphere. The rinks are nice with good viewing bleachers. There are even a few tables in the restaurant over looking one of the rinks.

The kids loved it but which kid wouldnt with all the activities. The services was below standards. We paid for a hosted party which was a nightmare. Dont pay for a host! Party started at 2:30PM. We ended up setting up our own table (which was included in the package) because nothing was setup except a table cloth. We had one table cloth for 18+ kids and adults. We had to request the second table. The host was suppose to take the kids to each obstacle to guarantee each kid in the party got on each obstacle which never happened. Kiddos didnt even get to climb the wall and half didnt get to jump on the bungee. The host only took them to laser tag but one set of kids already did it themselves. Food order was missing hotdogs and pizza slices. We paid an extra $2 per kid to do everything ourselves. It was a nightmare. We wil never do this again. First and last time here.

Super friendly pro shop staff. We stopped in here to get brand new skates sharpened and blade protectors. The men in the shop were extremely helpful and provided us with plenty of information regarding area golf courses. Definitely looking to stop back and get some driving in on the range and course.

I have played ice hockey for years here, and it is a great facility. I have also had parties and they were great!

Fun for the whole family! There is so much to do here for children with different interests, from golf to ice skating to laser tag! My brother took ice skating lessons here and greatly improved, an all around great experience for anybody looking to have some fun!

It is a fun get away for kids, an indoor theme park. The skating rinks are nice. The reason why I give only 3 stars...The pro shop has been amazing with working on pricing. If you are a figure skater do not, I repeat, do not get your skates sharpened here. They claim they have people who know how to sharpen the skates, but I dont know anything about this sport and when I looked at the blade, I could tell they didnt sharpen the blade completely and it wasnt done properly. My daughter could have really hurt herself with the way the blade was cut. I took them back pointing out they didnt even sharpen to the toe pick and was told, they dont go near the toe pick....which I am learning, skaters need those areas sharpened. I spoke to multiple skate instructors and they said it was a horrible sharpening job and it was dangerous for my daughter to skate on them. We now have to postpone all practices until I can find someone who can do the job correctly. Again, the facility has been great, the pro shop has been wonderful and I highly recommend them with purchases you may need but DO NOT HAVE FIGURE SKATES SHARPENED HERE.

Do not go here for free skate there are many better rinks. Often times they cut part of the ice out. Arcade and what not is good. Restaurant is also pretty good.

Fun place for the entire family with indoor birthday party facility for wee babies and toddlers, Ice Skating for all ages, Golf Course and practice Range and Pro Shop for Golf and Hockey.

I loved it! The ice rink was my fav, but everything was entertaining. Although the lazer tag line was long it was worth it.

The staff here is fantastic. Their coaches and Learn to Skate instructors are all a fabulous group of people. We really enjoy their program and all that are involved.

Other than the arcade, I play here and I love the ice and the lockers and seeing the Avalanche practice here is an amazing sight!

This place is crazy. Something for everyone from golf to ice rink to amusement park for little kids, and a bar/grill for big kids. Great amenity for the area.

My family and I love this place! Something for everyone. Mini golf, laser tag and the climbing wall are all favorites of my kids. However they offer along of activities for a very decent price and all day play.

We took our son here for his 6th Birthday. They assign a Birthday Coordinator to your party, and they take care of the things you need, our coordinator was amazing, and very helpful. the birthday rooms are usually pretty full, as they are just a bunch of benches next to each other in a row.this center would have gotten 3 stars if not for our planner/coordinator/staff friendliness. the people who work there are great.for the price of $19/per kid you get to ride their rides unlimited, except the bungee trampolines which you only get one jump on, and you get 1 slice of pizza per kid (you have to pay for more, and the pizza is not good). they had a total of 3 rides, and a couple other attractions (laser tag was a lot of fun), but their video games/amusement were mediocre at best. they have a kids area lollipop land, which has dozens of cool looking rides, but for some reason that is not included in the $19/kid, instead it is an additional $14/kid.overall the kids had fun and i guess that is all that matters, but from a value standpoint it may be cheaper/more fun to go to a chuck-e cheese, or another event center like lava island or something.for a little day trip, this place would be fun. for a birthday party there is much better out there imo. i could see this being a sunday funday with my kids

We are here 2-3 nights a week for my sons hockey. We absolutely love the space. Employees are great, there is a restaurant and snack bar on site, and you can skate!

Great view of the rinks and the facility is nice. Concessions arent upen during hockey tournaments and the have a no outside food policy. Kind of idiotic.

My 8 year old daughter just started getting in to golf, and we decided to go to the driving range so she could hit a real golf ball instead of whiffleballs in the yard. Family Sports Center has a great facility, and its not expensive.Start in the golf center and buy your tokens for balls (S, M, L). Head on over to the two story range stalls and find a spot. On a warm weekend, it can be tricky to get a spot and you might have to wait for something to open up. We had 4 people and just rotated through one stall, and then another opened up next to us so we could use two stalls. Sometimes the ball machine swallows tokens, but theres usually an attendant to help out.Try to get a spot close to the path down to the stalls as it can be a bit of a walk with a golf bag. Theres lots of targets to shoot for out on the range too.

Great range. Short 9 hole course. I generally use the range and chipping area only. Course is nice enough.

Honestly the ice here sucks. It’s always soft and full of divots. The pro shop has little to offer, and they messed up sharpening my skates on more than one occasion.

Best rinks for hockey in Denver. Can also leave your kids playing arcade games if they dont want to watch boring ole dad play.
