Nice small campus alot of nature surrounds it for great outdoors painting. Victor the receptionist was very knowledgeable and welcoming.

I had the best time here, booze, music and SCIENCE. The event is very well organized and obviously the museum is packed with fascinating exhibitions. Entrance fee is $15, and the planetarium is free unless you want to skip the line by paying $3. Great event to hangout with friends and enjoy a refreshing night to be in touch with nature.

Great little gallery that plays host to a good amount of art-centric events. Beautifully designed, inspiring space that actually has an artist suite in residence. Not something youd think to see in SD. Cant wait to see what they do in the future, as they plan to expand the campus up onto the hill. Considered them for a potential event venue, but had to pass due to size. They were very accommodating and quick to respond.

Really amazing place, certainly one of the cultural gems of San Diego... They bring world renowned artists as part of their residency program, and they have super high quality studio art classes that anyone can sign up for. Ive definitely never been dissapointed by a visit here :)

Lux is in-between shows, but will be back with an amazing Season 11 on September 9th, 2017.

But a museum, but a place to watch pieces literally come in creation by invited, out-of-town artists. Very interesting, but not somewhere you spend hours at a time.

Service was good, nice employes, want to say it was an over all great place...but, the employes need to keep track of their belongings. Example my gandmother and I were looking and the souvenirs and an employee took a ring right out of my grandmothers hand, I understand it was hers because she said, but she could at least use manners. But other than that good management
