Good prices, always good refreshing new movies to see. Theaters and bathrooms are always very clean. Prices for tickets arent bad either. Always a very enjoyable experience to go see a movie and relax.

Very upset with what happened to us last night. We arrived early (thankfully) and there were people in our assigned seats. We had a printed confirmation with our seating that was purchased on Oct 23. The people in our seats admitted that they were not supposed to be there but that management told us we could sit here to stay together we both went to speak to a manager and he informed the other customer they would have to move, they did not. We waited fifteen minutes and no manager came in to ask them to move to their assigned seats. I had my printed confirmation in hand and they never showed any type of proof on which seats were theirs. They then began to say they bought their tickets early for those seats as well. I went back to find the manager as we were tired of standing in the isle and the previews were starting. I asked Kyle if he would require them to move and I was met with aggression and that he was working on it from behind the concession stand. The family finally moved and admittedly sat in their assigned seats. The remaining group in the other seats they were occupying also showed up so there would have been another confrontation even if we had moved. Management handled this so poorly and should have just asked to show tickets (printed on on the app) for proof of seating and they never once asked the other customers, nor did they ask them to move.

Beautiful theater and the seating is nice. The seats in the theater actually are made so that you can snuggle with someone if you wish. Its great for my son and I to spend some great quality time together. They are little on the pricey side at the concession stand.

The overall experience was cool. My only issue was the dried out concession stand food. Unacceptable. If its slow, and my family of 13 can have a theater to ourselves to enjoy the movie, we would appreciate fresh snacks. #WeCanWaitForFreshFood

Very clean, very nice, and easy for a family outing. Just as any regal is concerned, they have just about all the new movies you could be enthralled with. Granted pricing for drinks and foods seem a bit steep, but any movie theater does that. Thankfully its not so bad as many theaters like youd expect. The prices are just a little high, but pretty on point in comparison to most other theaters. With huge curved screens, that anyone could see clearly, and sound that would be practically impossible not to hear. Youll feel the bass in your legs and chest, and the highs will screech like a bird in your ear. Theres even a location within the theater you can rent personally, just for birthday parties. The only complaint, is there just arent enough kids who want to work these days, so the theater has to rely on a few very talented and hard working kids, who commonly do more than one job. But that isnt actually on the theaters part, keeping it a 5 star in my book.

I came into see a movie, and wasnt what I was expecting.I asked if I could see a different one on at the same time. They refunded it with no problem then issued me new tickets. Thanks for the great service.

The staff was so friendly behind the snack counter. The lobby was clean. Bathrooms had soap in 1 out of 3 dispensers. Last visit was the same. Need more soap for us ladies. The carpets in the theaters smell really gross going up the ramp. Need deep cleaned!!

Im so glad I got to see The Other Side of Heaven 2 at this theater! The theater is in good condition with excellent sound and picture quality. While it doesnt have reclining seats (at least not in the theater I was in), I was thankful to see this show. Ill be back! Friendly staff!

Service was FAIR at best. A long ticket line stretching OUT of the lobby was served by ONE person delaying entry unnecessarily until a manager came to ease the load. Concessions was overwhelmed and my order took almost 20 minutes to complete when I was told it would be SIX minutes and still one item paid for was forgotten and had to be thawed, cooked and delivered DURING my movie. People were nice, but overwhelmed and poorly managed.

Best place to go for them new movies, ya know? But go with friends because its just obviously more fun with friends. Unless you dont have none, but its cool because going by yourself is fun as well. Try the games out too, theyre pretty fun.

We watched just mercy a great emotional movie. The prices were expensive like 5.99 for a small drink. Place was empty although we went at 3 ish. Probably would watch another movie again

You have to wait in line for 30 minutes to buy tickets at the food counter. Even if you just want tickets yoh still have to wait for people to buy their food. It smells really bad inside the theater. Needs rugs cleaned and a deodorizer on them. Nobody there thinks about cleaning the rugs. I give them a zero, not a one star!!!!

Its an upscale experience that you would expect. Very clean, comfortable lounge type seating in the auditoriums, the latest technology. A very good experience but its also expensive. There are certainly cheaper options that are just as good in Lorain County. But if youre looking to treat yourself to a nicer night out and movies are definitely youre thing then this is the place for you.

Some teenagers snuck into a movie and were very loud and obnoxious. They definitely need to have someone patrol the theaters in the very back. Other than that the prices are standard. Its a nice movie theater.

We havent been here since summer. The changes are ridiculous. We had to goto concession stand to get tickets..not normal and pick out what seat we wanted to sit in as we was buying tickets...when we got into the theater it smelled like pee...yuukkk..not a good experience at one of my favorite places to watch movies.

Good theater. Doesnt have any imax or fancy sound. But its a good location and I have t had a bad experience yet!

Same issue as Casie. Bought 3 seats for a family movie night and reserved everything ahead of time. Seats were taken by three other people in the theater when we arrived. Contacted management who sent someone over to fix the issue. Employee claimed they had duplicate tickets. Regardless, dude didnt seem to check the tickets or care enough (likely because he gets paid 7 an hour). Management needs some backbone with enforced seating. Ended up seeing half the screen the entire movie. So much for that. Go to Regal Crocker, AMC, or Great Northern instead for a better experience.

Froze while watching movie. Why leave a comfortable house ? Wont be back. Had to give 1 star. Doubt manager will resolve this. The 3 couples next to me were uncomfortable also.

This theater is out of date, and far behind, technologically... But it is clean, and efficient. And the employees are kind and helpful. It may not be an I Max, but I enjoy using this theater.

Updated review. Things got better after my last review. Employees at food counter were very nice and fast. Seats and floor are now clean when I came in to watch IT at 7:45pm.

The men’s bathroom had 1 urinal was out of service,no paper towels and 2 of the 3 soap dispensers were out of soap.Besides that ,I would like to know who’s bright idea was it to have assigned seating,? Seriously ! Are we pre-schoolers or are we boarding a plane? I heard several complaints behind me about it and frankly for what we pay we should be able to sit any darn place we want! If you need a count of how many people buys a ticket have the cashier keep track of how many are sold,don’t make us have to decide that,what if someone beside me smelled real bad,and I wanted to move my seat,then what?Thank you for hearing me out,but I’m very dissatisfied with your theatre.

A really nice theater. No imax but top notch theater either way. Prices have gotten higher so i dont go that often. Just saw the new Star wars movie and was very pleased.

Man this is the first time in a long time Ive been to the movie theater and Ill tell everyone thank you for all the new inventions out there like Roku! The movie was great but it will be a long time before I see another. The prices were WOW and leave it at that.

Only complaint was the expensive concession stand & the movie we wanted to see was not playing even though the website said it was & gave a time. Aside from that clean theater, friendly staff & great visuals & surround sound.

I am beyond happy with the experience we had last night. I bought tickets for 3 guests and myself online ealier this month for Star Wars. When we arrived I pulled up my phone to be scaned, the staff members said these tickets are in the past which led me to be so confused. The manager came over to help. We soon learned I had accidentally bought tickets for the night before (pregnancy brain). I was so upset and concerned we wouldnt be able to get into a showing that night. The manager fixed the problem and printed us new tickets. We were able to get in that night and sit all together. I honestly appreciated it so much. We had been looking forward to seeing this movie for awhile and I would have hated to disappoint my guest (was part of a Christmas gift). Thank you again to the manager and all the kind staff! We had a great night and we will definitely be back to see more movies soon

Only 2 people were working at the concession counter. All tickets had to be purchased from that counter. Took 15 minutes to get my tickets. The Theatre lights were on, Unable to see the screen. Not enough people working to run a cinema with as many screens that they have. Last time here.

I cannot say this benignly: The carpets stink! However, the bathroom was very clean!What is the purpose of assigned seating? Im glad they do not have recliners like Crocker Park.MOVIE THEATERS NEED METAL DETECTORS (which is why I rarely go).

It could be worse but seeing a film here was not a pleasant experience. There was a long slow moving line at the box office. It took 10 or 15 minutes just to get in. When entering the theater, there was a strong unpleasant odor. Concessions were ridiculously over priced, of course. The actual film didnt start until over20 minutes after the scheduled time. Some kid had his feet up on our seats. People were talking throughout.The whole shopping center, other than this theater, is kind of a ghost town.

During the whole movie I had to cover my nose due to a horrible smell! Time to clean!!!!! The red exit sign shown on the movie screen the whole time and made it had to see. Will not return to this theater and what a waste of money, thanks for ruining the last star wars movie for me!!!!

Seats need upgrade. Seating assignment needs a touch screen to select your seats. It just feels dated, but with modern pricing. There are many superior alternatives at similar price point.

Plenty of room with large variety of movies. I would recommend to the managers that they turn up the lights after the movie ends as it is so dark that i have seen older patrons having trouble navigating the stairs when leaving. I am 55 and i had trouble. Other than that it was a good experience and i will definately be back.

Always my first choice for going to the movies. Because of its size there is always plenty to choose from with lots of convenient show times. Huge close-up parking lot and there are a dozen good places to eat within 5 minutes.

I hate the picking of our seats! Need to get rid of that, this is why I stay at home or just go to another theater that doesnt dictate where I sit!

Theatre 12 smelled immensely strong of urine. The seat I originally sat in made my clothes smell. It was as if someone had urinated in the chairs and then it wasnt properly cleaned. I was really excited for the movie, but my overall experience was brought way down by just having to smell urine present the entire time. I felt gross after I left..The seats were very uncomfortable and the ac unit in that specific theater was kind of on the loud side (though it could of been where I was sitting as well).

Stale popcorn the ice tea tasted extremely musty like the machine hadnt been cleaned. Stafe was slow and didnt seem to care to be at work. prices were high. Theater is outdated. Suggest Crocker park cinemas with larger reclining seating.

This place is very nice

Been to many regals and this was my first time here. My first movie with my girlfriend.And we didnt get passed 5 min into the lions king before the smell of pee was to much. Mind you we where the only ones there and it was there first showing. We had to pick are seats before we went in and ya my chair back was 80% broken. And as I looked around there was a lot of messed up seats. So I asked for a refund. First time in 32 years. Sad

My only complaint is the seating. Everything is great right down to the aesthetic of the theater itself.

Employees very friendly. Seating is very cramped and uncomfortable but overall not a bad place for a movie.

Worst idea to buy tickets at refreshment stand. Three of us went and couldnt get three seats together because other lines were taking our seats .

Forced to buy tickets at the concession. Long lines and service is very slow. Backdoor way to entice you to buy overpriced snacks. The soda fountain at my line wasnt working, so that added delay. Will go elsewhere next time...

We LOVE Tuesday 5 dollar movie

Generally speaking, I like the theater, but recently they have a policy about buying your seats. I dont know who came up with this idea but it is absolutely ridiculous. We were with the group and we couldnt buy our seats together and the worst part was it backed up the line because it took each person about 10 minutes to pick their seats. We got in the theater and the majority of the theater was empty so it made no sense at all.

This place has all the movies you could want to watch and they got these big screens to play the movies on you gotta check it out at least one time in your life I did and now I cant stop raving about it also they have snacks And all kinds of drinks to choose from make sure you get there early to see all the cool previews

I went to see Jurassic Park the first run of the movie, it wasnt crowded at all the workers are friendly, they keep the place clean, prices are a little high but thats what it cost to go to the movies. But overall was a good experience. Also the seats are very comfortable. Also I used the Atom ticket app for the movies, that is very handy. You dont have to wait in line you just walk in and scan your phone. It was very convenient and fast.

I took my son to see the new Detective Pikachu movie on Friday, 5-10-19. This is usually my go to theater because its clean, easy to park, and the closed captioning device usually works. Well today, it didnt work, and when I told the manager about it, there was no apology. The device once in a while doesnt work, and whatever manager I deal with usually apologizes and gives me a movie pass. I was very unhappy with my experience today. Hopefully it was a one time thing, as I have usually had good experiences there.

Summer kids movie deal is the best way to get out if the house with the kids

This theater had a showtime posted for Uncut Gems at 9:30pm on two different platforms. After driving an hour to go see this movie, at this time. We were told, “our showtimes change all the time.” We were not able to see the movie. They were also very rude to us, making it seem like we were the ones in the wrong for coming to see the movie at the time they advertised on Google.

Good place to go see a movie but I wish the seat springs werent so strong even my 5 year old had a hard time in the seat. The booster seats mean that your toddler is automatically going to fall into the crack when the seat folds up on your kid.
