I was there for garage sales. Walking around, the modular homes are nice with grassy yards, driveways & carports. This is a gated community for people 55 years & up.

Just a quick post to let Michelle know that after going on 3 years living in the community, I just wanted to say thanks, your efforts in helping me find and secure my home are greatly appreciated. I don’t know of a better place I could live right now, especially bringing my granddaughter over to visit and spend weekends with me. I always feel safe and welcomed when we go for walks, also the office doors are always opened for a quick visit. Thanks AgainTim

We have lived in the park for over 20 years. Michelle worked for both the previous owners and the current owners. She has always been very helpful and does get back to people if she doesnt know an answer. Although the park has undergone changes, we find them to be very positive. The new owners have followed through on what they said they would do, I.e. renovating the hall, creating a work out room, making an outdoor fire pit area. Both Michelle and Gary have been extremely helpful in helping the residents with the transition from the previous owners to the current ones. Happy to live here and dont plan on going anywhere.

I purchased a new home last year. My experience with Michelle and Gary has been so much fun. They are both professional but still down to earth and very easy to talk to. Every problem I have had I called Michelle and she always gets back to me. Naturally if you leave a message on a weekend she needs time to call you back but Ive found she immediately will call me or text me back on Monday. Ive had nothing but wonderful experience working thru the little problems that arises when you own any home. Michelle is charming to talk with and very knowledgable about this community. This park is top notch and very well kept thanks to both Michelle and Gary. Also Id like to include Terry as being very helpful to me in the past. Hes also a great guy to work with. In short I have nothing but respect for all of the people that work so hard to keep us all happy.

We paid 200$ for 2 nights and there was nothing to do at the campsite besides swim at the lake. The website said they had kayaking and an a arcade even a pool. The pool isn’t even built yet. The kayaks were broken and there was no arcade. Spend the extra money and stay at Findlay or Mohican.

Just the woman on the phone michelle from doing an inquiry was extremely rude and rigid. said she would ask owners about questions i had and get back to me, one of those times you know they never plan on following through. was interested in one of the more expensive homes. i guess it better i found UMH properties going up in Ohio. seem better based on the reviews i read. one thing i cannot stand is being blown off by a rigid contact person you bother filling in infor for to be contacted. WASTE OF TIME. you lose!!!!!! so does seller.

I have lived here 3-4 years with my mom. Ever since the new owners have taken over things have changed and not for the better!! They do NOT keep the empty lots mowed like before. They dont pick up the lawn and leaf bags like before. They have cut back on staff. Also they dont empty the dog waste containers which has led to large green flies!! The new owners have cut back on everthing except the monthly lot fee. The security guard doesnt drive through the park nearly as often. That feeling of safety is no longer there! It is so hard to watch the elderly struggle to stay in the community they are familiar with, but struggle. We are caught between a rock and a hard place. Can barely afford to stay and definitely cant afford the expense of moving!

I’ve lived in the park & Loved it-but I’m giving it 2 stars-because I was ready to purchase a home recently listed-& now the lot rent is $592!!! From $387-that’s insane!! So a condo is more affordable-I was told new management purchased the park -this is not Florida! Good luck for those on fixed incomes!

I cant believe the lot rent went up to $ 592.00 plus the water bill & maintenance fee. I hope they realize that most of the people who live in here are on social security & disability. Addemun, the lot rent is now $407.00 plus the water bill & maintenance fee

After enjoying living at Twin Lake Homes for 10 years, I needed to sell my home and move away because I was going to marry a man from Iowa. (Thats a whole sweet, miraculous story in itself!) When it became evident that I needed to sell my home, I knew I needed help to get my home sold in a timely manner and it was just before Christmas. Not a good time to try to sell. I contacted the girls in the office at Twin Lake Homes and they immediately started helping me through that whole process and they amazingly sold my home the first day it was listed. I can only praise and thank them for all the help and work they gave me. What a pleasure it was working with them. Also, the summer before I purchased a new shed and the people at Twin Lake were right there for me getting the ground prepared and making sure everything was ready for the arrival of that shed. I was so thankful for their friendliness and desire to help me. What a great place to live. I will miss my friends at Twin Lake Homes.

Ive only lived here 3 months now, but the actual purchase and move-in spanned a couple months prior to that. During that time, I was in constant contact with the park management personnel, and still am as I permanently settle in! They have been extremely kind, courteous, responsive and offered me all the support and guidance Ive needed thus far. This is my first experience in a manufactured home and there are no shortage of questions I have. So far I am so happy to live here. It is lovely and quiet and I feel safe and comfy anywhere in the park. I am so glad I was guided here! Thank you Twin Lake homes!

I left Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park a year ago. Moved to Florida. I have many warm memories of my life there. the park is clean, secure, friendly, and is quite social. It all goes back to the owners and their personnel. Jan and Kim are excellent and professional owners. I recommend Twin Lakes to everyone no matter what stage of life. I believe it is a 55-year or above park.

I only lived here a little over a year, but I loved every minute of it. The drive as you turn into the area is just beautiful and it is well maintained. The security guys always made me feel safe. I have lived in the Twin Lake Homes community for a very short period, but I can say I am very happy to be here and plan on staying here for a very long time. I drove through the community a few times just to see if I thought this might be a place for me to live, each time I came through people would smile and wave. I knew this was a community that I would love to be apart of - a friendly one!!!!! As far as the staff and management here? They are MORE than friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I absolutely love it here at Twin Lakes!!!! Im sorry Dennis feels like he was picked on, I never met him but his place was an eye sore. If he treated people the way he treated his home, property, and vehicles, Im sure he was the one in the wrong not management. It is nice to drive by that corner now and actually be able to see down the street and not junk cars sitting on the road. Twin Lake Homes is a wonderful community with activities to do, tons of friendly people, beautiful atmosphere, and wonderful management - Im proud to tell people that I live at Twin Lakes!!!

Excellent place to live 55 and older. Everyone that works there cares. Cares about the people.Cares how the place is kept up .I know this because they take care of concerns in the newer area and old area without questioning themselves. If it needs corrected they do it .If someone has a concern they deal with it .

My aunt lived here for years and really loved Twin Lakes. Years ago we decided she would assign her mobile home to Twin Lakes upon her passing. She passed away the middle of February this year and the management/staff at Twin Lakes were so kind and helpful. They even gave us the whole month of March to clear out my aunts place without having to pay Marchs lot rent.

I lived in this park for a year and still maintain contact with many residents, office staff and maintenance crew. Ive been in many parks and this is the absolute best manufactured home community in the region. The maintenance crew is as experienced as they come. The ladies who run the park are spectacular and are the best at what they do. The staff cares about the residents and deliver a premium product.I Love Twin Lake Homes

I lived here for 13 years. It was a great place to live!!!! I met a lot of friendly people. Enjoyed activities they have, cornhole, pot luck, exercise and bingo. Holiday parties are a lot of fun. Knowing there was security and chatting with them at times made me feel very safe living there. I moved as I got married. Would highly recommend Twin Lake Homes.Deborah Kandra

Dennis, even though I did not know you more than a casual wave when riding on our golf cart, if I was a neighbor, it would have been difficult for me not to say something about specifically all the broke down vehicles in your driveway. Now I believe there are always 2 sides to a disagreement, but the obvious violation to the development rules, that you in fact signed when purchasing, make it hard to side with you. Harsh words thru social media are usually nothing more than an avenue for someone to try to hurt the other party. By your own admission in your entry, you state that now you are gone, you have never been happier. Since the feeling seems to be emulated by your ex-neighbors, it sounds like a win win situation.Since you decided to use this avenue to try and discredit the park and the management (unsuccessfully I might add), I will also take this opportunity to add my opinion. Our decision to purchase here was not only based on the house we bought, but the staff and residents alike. We looked at history of the development, asked about future directions planned for and literally drove around and asked random people just walking or doing yard work, what their opinions were of the development. After a few times of doing this, it was clear we would be happy to be a part of the community. You get out of life what you put into it. My wife and myself have gotten involved with activities and met quite a few residents that we quickly became friends with that otherwise, we would have never met just staying in our house. We purchased this home to be our retirement residence when I finally do retire and after 3 years of being here, are positive we made the right decision.

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because there is no zero star option. Park ownership/management is a joke and rule enforcement is 100% arbitrary depending on where you live in the park and whether youre ownership/managements friend or not. Example: there are trailers with gutters falling off and cars parked in the grass on the old side of the park (where anything seems to go and be okay) but if you live on the main street (Twin Lakes Blvd. as I did) you had better not have a leaf in your yard, a single cracked mini blind in your window, or a weed growing up through your concrete or youll be getting material violation notices (which become threats of eviction if not fixed) taped to your door. This place is nothing but high school drama-but with your landlord! I bought my trailer not realizing any of this and within a month of moving in I got a laundry list of violations, never mind the fact that the previous owner (who I later found out was the owner/managers friend) left the place that way. Bought a nice double wide with a site-built, heated 24x24 garage for $45k and wound up selling it for $8k (if you plan on selling a mobile in Ohio, your buyer had better bring cash or have a 740+ credit score to get a loan) just to get out of the place but have never been happier since leaving. Bottom line: if you value your freedom, STAY AWAY FROM TWIN LAKES!

Mr. Dennis Bodzash Sorry your time at twin lake homes was not to your liking but those who cry the most usually are the ones at fault. You say the picked on you for having 1 leaf in you yard ,but the truth is there was knee high leafs in your yard and not forgetting the limbs out of the trees. Every morning it was a race for you to have your antique cars ,I am sorry I mean junk cars 2 or 3 and still have 2 in the drive that had to be jumped or they wouldnt move. And dont let me forget the 2 in the garage..You say you paid 45,000 for your home but how much did you put into it .You only got 8,000 dollars when YOU sold it YOU didnt have to take it but you did. The management didnt sell it you did. Can you remember how many times you hit your house with your cars. The one star you gave the park you said if there was a zero you would have given them that instead bot guess who the zero really goes to YOU. The new owner has spent a lot of time fixing and cleaning up the home and is looking better already. The best thing is every morning the neighbors can look out their windows or drive by and dont see the junk.I hope you are happy because all the neighbors are.
