I have NEVER had a problem with anyone at this store. Everyone I have ever dealt with has always been friendly and very helpful. Numerous times when I have been there, people have come in with horrible attitudes and have been very rude and nasty to staff - Maybe you should check YOUR attitude before complaining about someone elses.

Wouldn’t let me try on both dance shoes (which I intended to purchase) because “people steal them” I came in with no purse just my tiny wallet, leggings, and a t shirt so I couldn’t fit giant blocky shoes anywhere on me plus I was the only one in there. Short haired blonde woman was very rude, not helpful, asked with a laugh if I “really was a dancer” and looked me up and down. Every other person I’ve met who worked Cirillas I’ve been too is very sweet. A store like this should make customers not feel uncomfortable.

Great store... fantastic selection of products..staff was helpful and pleasant..

Rude staff and a very small selection of items. I went in to purchase lingerie and some other items and the woman stocking (looked like a manager) looked at me and went back to looking at merchandise without a hello or smile. I picked out a dress and went to the counter to ask to try it on and the clerk was silent while she unlocked the door for me. Their selection compared to the location in Cuyahoga Falls is sad. I definitely wont be coming back and lm disappointed as I always got great customer service at their other location in Akron.
