I have been to here before on multiple occasions and each time was better than the last. This trampoline park was generally enjoyable and has a lot of variety when it comes to a trampoline park. There are dodge ball areas, volleyball areas, and basketball areas all for trampolining on. There are also concessions, tables, and areas to keep your shoes and belongings safe. Cant wait to go again!

The best place ever. My daughters loved it. I jumped with them as well. I hosted my daughters 7th birthday there She had a ball. The waitress did a wonderful job.

My crew and I were given badges with the incorrect time printed on them. I did not notice until it was pointed out by a team member telling me that my niece and I were not supposed to be in a certain area because our time was expired. I was confused and told him we had not too long arrived at the park. I informed another team member and she seemed to not know or care what to do about the issue. She asked did I have a receipt and I said no, I wasnt even asked if I wanted one. She somewhat condescendingly stated that I should always ask for a receipt. It was my first time at the park and I assumed the badges would be enough to prove our authorized entry. She called over another team member and I explained the problem again and he asked if I had the waiver. I was able to retrieve it from my email to confirm that we had arrived and checked into the park 7 minutes prior to the time that the badges expired. He went back to check in and got us all badges that were correct. The previous two team members made me feel like I was doing something wrong and didnt bother to see if there was possibly an issue. Im glad that the other guy was able to handle my issue quickly and politely. Despite that hiccup we were all able to enjoy ourselves and no further issues arose. But next time I will remember to ask for a receipt and be sure that my badges are correct so I dont encounter and slightly irritable team members.

Most of us are trying to stay safe.But today I was in disbelief, why does Sky Zone have a limit on the # of occupants? And why do we need to have reservations?When more than 50% of the occupants did not have a mask on.Keep me safe, Sky Zone. You have security guards for a reason, use them. Have them go around and tell everyone...Wear A And ....yes, I paid a extra dollar per reservation to try to keep myself. Everyones extra dollar is not adding up!

Fun trampoline place but not a lot of extras for the price. The rock climbing wall was a big hit. Our group was a bit annoyed when the one volleyball went over the side of the trampoline while we were playing a super fun game and instead of getting it the employee just shut down the volleyball court. Maybe invest in more than one ball. Still had a great time and worked up a real sweat.

They charge you $1 per person to hold your reservation then you have to buy there socks for $4 per pair. This place is the most basic of trampoline parks youll be bored and run out of things to do within 30 minutes. Save your money for the other place that have obsticale courses and more to do instead of just jump and thats all

I was attending a birthday party that the birthday boy unfortunately didn’t make it on time too but the manager Mary did amazing as to still accommodate all of us. Mary stood with our group through out the day making sure that we did get the food that was paid for when we’re ready too. Mary even made sure to help us find sitting on the floor to be able to eat and have cake. Mary went above and beyond to make sure that even though we weren’t able to make it to the party room that we still had an amazing time. She was so nice and really went above and beyond for us. She did an amazing job and i look forward to coming back.

The team at Sky Zone always goes above and beyond to service their customers. I’ve never had a negative experience no matter how crowded it is! Today I was blown away at Angel’s customer service and attention to detail. He helped me buy a 90 day pass for my sisters kids. He made sure the system was updated so my sister would be able to arrive without me being present or even having a receipt. Later he found me in the crowd, remembered my name and my sisters kids names! Thank you to Angel and all employees at Sky Zone!

Great place to bring your children to burn out that energy and get some exercise while playing around and having fun. Great for parties and birthdays. They also serve good food at an affordable price. Great parking ,friendly staff . Come try it out you wont regret it .

I love this place. Perfect for exercise. Not the best as far as variety, but its PERFECT for exercise. I encourage more parents/adults to engage in the activities especially if youre trying to loose weight. Like flip, jump, play dodge ball, do everything and keep going even if you get tired or feel dumb. Do the wall rock climbing, struggle to get out of the foam square pit and laugh while doing it, but go and enjoy. Dont just take the kids. I PROMISE you its so much freakin fun.

Its certainly worth your money but only if you get a Groupon. You have to buy SkyZone socks from them at the counter which is not included in ticket($4 each person). All activities are good and safe for kids and adults alike. Try the Glow night on Fridays if you can.

What better place than to have yoir kids burn some energy than by jumping! This is a great place for that! The facility is clean, staff is friendly. There is enough room for everyone and a specific sections foe younger kids. You will find a concession stand for various food items including hot dogs, pizza, popcorn and drinks. There are tables to eat and rest areas. Definitely a nice time . Socks are needed and sold when you purchase your tickets and sign a waiver to participate.

I had a lot of fun at sky zone! The trampolines make you bounce so high and you can do really cool tricks on it. Not only do you have fun, but you get a really good workout and burn A LOT of calories! I really recommend coming here!

Fun and exciting in a great facility.The place is not easy to spot from regular traffic, since it’s located in a factory neighborhood. Once you get to it, there is plenty of parking spaces on both sides of the building.A bit pricy, but it’s totally worth it.Special socks are required (for safety reasons), which must be bought there for a low price and they can be used in future visits. They have all sizes available.First thing you need to do is sign a waiver. The usual, anyone under 18 must be with an adult and must sign for them. All of it on a computer that is on the right just as you enter.Once you’re all done, get in line, decide how much time you’ll be jumping and pay for it.Change into your sucks and get jumping.I recommend you don’t bring unnecessary items with since you’ll be requieres to empty pockets (for safety precautions). There are rentable lockers and open cubicle storage locations to store shores and other things you won’t need. If your kids are the only ones jumping you are able to carry the stuff and see them from the side.There are about 6 areas. One sponge pit, one basketball hoop area, one volleyball area, one dodge ball area and Theo other general jumping areas.They have a party room. A concession stand with the typical American food. They have a sitting area to enjoy the food.It pretty much accessible. They have an elevator to the upper levels. All trampoline areas are elevated. There are ramps and stairs to get to every place.Pretty fun! You’ll underestimate how you’ll be tired in less than half hour. Kids get re-energized and can last about an hour.I took my two year old and he had fun. Other older kids and adults were very mindful of my little one. The place was pretty crowded, but there was plenty of trampolines to jump in comfortably.

I had a decent experience. Enjoyable and nice management that helped my injured sister. My only issue was the crew during the last hour. She was pretty rude. It was pretty noticeable didn’t take her job seriously because she was too busy talking to a boy rather than supervision the jumping area. She sent a little boy to tell my groups the rules. Also, I find it biased that the last 10 minutes there were teenagers (some dressed in sky zone uniform) with shoes on running and playing in the jump areas. This was my first time experience and I will definitely do it again but a different location with professional crew that don’t intimidate their guest.

It was a lot of fun. All ages enjoyed the trampoline park. I liked that the employees were hands on and monitored all the play areas to make sure the rules were followed. I would go again.

This place is awesome! Took my 16 year old & my 6 year old n we all had a great time!

Kids loved this place! Being a single dad Im always looking for places to take my 7 & 10 year olds. Open play during the week for these types of places is unheard of. Went on a Thursday night, 10 bucks a person for 1-1/2 hours full access the entire place. Clean, food, no complaints. Give it a try. Place was great!

Loved it so much that we are having my sons birthday party here! The team was friendly and there was a ton of different activities!

Stay out of this place!!My daughter fell of the ramp playing. She got injured. She fell on her hand and the only thing they did was to filled up a form report. When i ask for a manager a 19 year old kid came saying he was the manager. Clearly didnt know what to do. At least acknowledge what had happened.After they finished the report I ask for a copy they refused to give me one. Why?They just want to cover there bad approached to the situation?This place is not safe for any kid if something happens they wont do anything for you.At least acknowledge what happen. Sympathy?At least have an appropriate staff handling this type of situations. Very unprofessional.Very disappointed.The real manager was another person by the way he ask the 19 year kid what had happen when we left.DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

The place is great for kids of all ages, even kids at heart lol, the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Place is crazy with a lot of kids. Its a blast for the little ones but crazy for the parents if you just observe. The staffers are HS kids that dont really seem to care a whole lot.

Went here for a friends sons Birthday party and my 2 year olds had s blast. Great place to go with your little ones when they are bored. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Was at sky zone march 14, 2020 at 740pmThe manager was very disappointing. He walk past water on the floor for over an hour... Not safe with kids running around in socks. Then to make matters worst he stood at the front counter and allowed a young man not in uniform to dance very nasty while kids are around and then also the other people was recording it. Wont ever go back if he is working

The pit area should have a bigger jumping space to flip, but other than that it was absolutely amazing.

Nice place for the kids but the party rooms I didnt like they are small they had oneServer the people had to help serve the pizza and drinks. Although they had a count on how many people were going the place was very crowded.

This sky zone is awesome. Not as great as the other larger ones but still great fun. The workers need to do a better job of seeing who needs to leave when their time is up. My friends and I paid for 90 minutes and ended up staying an extra hour before we got tired.The price of their food could use a little work too but all in all very cheap and fun

My daughter went for a friends birthday party and had a blast! They were 5 year old kids but they had a section just for toddlers.

Had a great time with the family at Sky Zone. Went with 7 people in our group 7 all different ages. Everyone had fun. 90 minutes felt like the perfect amount of time for everyone. It was clean alot of staff present. I would definitely like to go back again

My husband and eye have made it a point to go here every week. Fridays is Glow night and it is fun for adults and kids. Went last night and was great exercise. 30mins does the trick to get the heart rate up.

Totally Awesome had my grandsons Birthday party their last year & my granddaughters this year they had a blast. Fun fun fun for the whole family wouldnt recommend for children under 5. Oh and keep the socks, that way when you go back you dont have to repurchase them $4.00 per child or adult $5.00

I love thos place because it is a really fun way of having fun with family and friends. And I went to sky camp and it was amazing and Lupe my counselor was the wan who made it even more fun. Thanks to Lupe and all the other people who made this happend thank you for hiving me the best summer I could ever have thank you for that. I would highly recommend Sky Zone and Sky Camp.

I enjoyed the energetic atmosphere, and that it is very kid and teen friendly. The adults could join the fun. Expanding to city limits, would be great for summer camp for kids and volunteers.

Kid threw up in front of us and the staff let the parents to decide if the kid went home or stayed to share her germs with the other 200 kids. Not sure who is more at fault... Sky Zone for not having a firm policy to not allow children whom have thrown up to continue jumping, or the parents who are more concerned able their own little world vs thinking big picture about how their kid might impact others. Or perhaps both are completely clueless.People... We are better than this...

Was nice at first. Got ghetto quick. Filthy foam pit. Parties overpriced. They aren’t watching kids jumping on each other. I saw someone sweating and wiped forehead on foam in foam pit. Workers more interested in talking to each other than watching the wild kids. Not good for little kids. They will get trampled. Kids not following rules. Why would they when no one is enforcing the rules anyways. Wouldn’t go back. Very gross and ghetto

Great space for the kids to run free and bounce! A favorite, but especially when the days are wet or cold! The 90 passes are really worth it!

This place was pretty fun. We used a Groupon for the two person package For jumping, but we still had to buy socks ($4 each). There were multiple sections including a huge bounce arena, two dodgeball courts, one volleyball court, Rock climbing wall, a basketball area, and a foam pit section. There was also a warped wall in the middle for ninja warrior fans. For all the bodies jumping, the facility was pretty warm. Also, I saw a child injury himself on the warped wall. The attendant didn’t do much and I felt bad I went to the child and told him to sit on the bench. It was fun bouncing!

I go there for the socks and stay for the jumping fun.

First time at this place. I took my son for his birthday. They offer online registration which makes it faster when you get there. The price is fair for the time you spend there. My son and his friends had a lot of fun. Its for all kinds of ages. They have many sections and there is always someone monitoring the areas so there is no problems. They have basketball, dodge ball, bounce pit and free style.

This place brings out the kid in you. So much fun.

Best place ever!! The workers there are soooo nice and they actually can have a conversation with you! A worker gave me a extra 30 minutes because of how respectful and how responsible I was to others, I made sure nobody was behind me when I did my flips so I didn’t kick anybody! They have really nice workers and I definitely recommend coming. Get ready to see me everyday Elmhurst sky zone, I’m serious. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Awesome place. I generally go to rock n jump in Carol stream but this place is bigger, better thought out with spacing, and appears cleaner than rock n jump.

Great staff, some kid grabbed our kids shoes and threw them to the trash, but the staff was very helpful and helped us find the shoes. Would reccomend based on the staff.But watch your valuables.

It seemed more of the same thing. I think they should have a little bit more variety for their trampoline. And a little bit better control over the bigger kids pushing out the smaller kids. Nice clean safe environment, nice staff.

My boys love it! Been there serval times in the past three years. Always clean, plenty of staff, not a lot of food or snack options.if you want to get your kids out for some exercise, this is the place.

So much fun!! Went in on a Thursday evening so there was not a lot of people, which meant more space for us!! 2 adults, I kidult and a toddler -we had a blast!!

We go here almost every Sunday from 10am to noon for toddler time. Our 2 and 4 year old love it and its only $8 each. Accompanying adults get to bounce 4 free. Great fun and great work out for all age groups.

The kids enjoyed themselves. The employees are attentive and unlike other locations they made sure the toddlers area remained safe for the toddlers

Had my sons birthday here. He had a blast here with his friends. The staff here were all very nice. The only complaint I have is the size and the price of the pizzas. I ordered 3 extra pizzas ahead of time so I would have enough for parents as well. When I got there I was told that one pizza would feed 2 kids ( 10-11y/o) and they recommended that I may need more. So I ended up ordering 3 more. At the end of the day I ended up taking a few boxes of pizza home.

Definitely a lot of fun for all ages.

This place was a lot of fun. Took the youth group from my church and they had a blast. There are a lot of different sections for activities and it looked like they were getting ready to expand. My only complaint was that they kept it kind of warm.

Great place for one time fun but seriously over priced. $20 for person per hour is way too much. Safety splitters between jumpers are too hard and you can still get an injury if fall wrong. Hours were wrong on Google - attaching whatever is says on the door.

I had a great time and so did my son and his friends. Went during the week so it wasnt overcrowded and we had plenty of time to do a bit of everything.

Attended my nieces birthday party here and it was so much fun!The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. Also surprisingly the food is also delicious. Will definitely come back.
