We love living here. Quiet and awesome neighbors! Not expensive

Aside from the landlord being a bit erratic and his poor choices for some of the short-term tenants, Aspen Grove is a really nice place to live. It is generally well kept and quiet. Id guess about half of the units are owned by stable couples and families that have been here 5+ years. A few units change hands now and then, and there are several single-wide units that are typically rented to college kids.

Seems like a quiet little neighborhood with a cute trail near the bimart end.

Great place to live, the sun is always out on the south part of Ellensburg, and there is a beautiful farm field with a pond. I love the view, nice park, neat and clean. Best of all is the location. I can walk to everything. Great place for families, college students, and retirees. I rate this park 5 out of 5.

Okay, places are close together, some are a bit farther apart. No garages.
