I am extremely impressed by the level of professionalism in their gymnastics and cheer programs. There is a waiting area with vending machines and a small pro shop for odds and ends. The facility is extremely well kept and clean which is a must for this type of environment. Not only do the kids grow athletically, but also develop social skills as well. The knowledgeable staff is very caring but also challenging at the same time. Oh, and they now have NINJA ZONE!

My daughters have been attending this gym for 5 years now and they absolutely LOVE it. Vicki (the owner) is so personable and caring about each and every athlete. The waiting area is very clean and never smells gross like other gyms that I have been to. The coaches are always smiling and hands on showing the kids how to properly do skills. Prices are so reasonable but make sure to call during the evening as they aren’t open before 3! Amazing gym!!!

They offer make up classes when my kids are sick and have a great payment option to save $$$$ for those parents with more than one child.

Easily the dirtiest gym I have ever been to. It is never professionally cleaned, only cleaned intermittently by staff. Never shut down yearly for complete cleaning. There is NO air conditioning in the gym & during summer months they run a summer camp in there , crazy!! So you can pay for your child to go sweat and get dehydrated in a dirty facility. There are not even adequate ceiling or floor fans, I spent hours there in the summer and it felt like actual physical torture.Owner only cares about making money off of you & your family go elsewhere if you can. If she cared about the gym and her clients , she would keep it germ free and clean and a safe temperature during summer months — which she does not.

Wow, what more can I say!!!! from the time I walked in the door I was greeted by the the staff, they answered all my questions and even brought out the owner for me meet. My daughter tried other gyms in the area and this was by far the best. Im excited to be a part of a great facility.

I second the reviewers who mentioned they did not receive return calls at all or in a timely manner. In sum, I called multiple times every day for a week, never received a live answer, and only received return calls after 3 days, and again 2 days later.I tried to sign my daughter up exactly one week in advance; leaving a voice mail on Monday morning. I called back several times and only got the answering machine. I finally received a call back Wednesday night and was told spaces were available. I confirmed that I would like to send my daughter, but since it was 7:30 pm and we were at the grocery store, that I would have to call back with the details. I called promptly the next morning (Thurs.) with info in hand, left a voicemail again, tried calling back multiple times only to get answering machine again. Friday finally received the call back, indicating spots were still available, and phone tag ensued yet again. Showed up Monday morning based on the only information I had, but there were no longer any spots available. Looks like a nice place; my daughter was disappointed. Phone tag is a fact of life, but is not when it is a minimum of 48 hours to return a call. Extremely frustrating experience.

My children love this place. I will never go to another gym. Best gym in the area!

Great center, I called during business hours and spoke to a rep about a class for my two boys. They offer group classes for up to 10, 4-8yo, boys with a very enthusiastic male instructor as well as girls class with a female. The instructor was able to engage my high energy child in listening and following directions. The instructor also had an assistant helping. The pricing was $430 for 12-wks and price lowers with more sessions. The center is clean, doesnt smell, and parents can relax while watching kids practice.

I have been attending this facility for about 2 months now and have been extremely happy with the staff and owner. My 2 children have been doing the recretional classes and are learning every week. They offer make-up classes when my kids are sick and offered me a payment plan to be able to afford for both my kids to attend. Im a lifetime fan!!!!!

For an owner not knowing how to run a business somehow she finds a way to keep the facility full of people, the kids deffently do pretty damn good and is one of the most competitive gyms in Maryland. I think she expanded about 3 times now(each time almost doubling the size of the facility) also without a partner? this women started with nothing . but yea your right, the owner doesnt know what shes doing idk how she keeps people coming back, making 100s of women and men happy each year along with their kids. if 99% of the people their are happy, I think the problem is you, not the gym. most of yous on here couldnt even run a mcdonalds.

This gym is the place you want your child to go. The gym is maintained and offers pits and a variety of equipment. The team program is ideal for any child as the staff will progress the gymnasts in the best way (no matter how fast or slow). I have never seen a coach who didnt put in the effort for the child whether it be on team, recreation, or cheerleading.

Attended a kids birthday party there...mostly organized, and the kids had a blast.

Not one of my fav. No special attention provided to kids who are not so good... They are just too crowded .

My daughter took classes there and they were very un organized. They put her in a class by herself, bc they forgot she had signed up. Her teachers were 2 high school girls who were on their phones more than teaching my daughter. The next week they put girls in her class that were substantially younger than her and not of the same skill level. This would be adequate maybe for kids under 5 who dont know what a good teacher is. I was very disappointed and couldnt believe they called these high school girls on phones teachers or coaches. We didnt even finish our classes we disliked it that much. There is a reason why it was so cheap! Dont bother.

This was my first time here and I thank god I wasn’t quick to sign up && pay online . I arrived and the woman at the front desk ignored me standing there then once I assertively asked for paperwork she acted as if I was bothering her ! The gym is so hot and dirty , smells horribly . Also , even if I did want to sign up .. there was no one to explain options or payment with me !

We tried twice to attend a Saturday morning class for our 21 month old daughter. The first time we were unable to participate we blamed ourselves as we arrived at 10:08 for a 10:15 class, and somehow the session had already begun. We were ignored by the staff already in the gym even though they could have approached us and taken care of any paperwork after the session.Today was a totally different story. My wife called and left a message on Thursday apologizing for our tardiness and letting the center know we planned to attend the Saturday morning class. No return call was given and upon our arrival at 9:40 we were informed the class had been cancelled. All the other parents found out that way as well. One couple had even traveled 45 minutes only to be meet by a rude staffer explaining there had been a sign on the door since Tuesday as if the parents of the Saturday morning class would have had a reason to visit the center prior to that class. They didnt update their facebook page, they didnt return our phone call. The staff is apathetic, the owner obviously has no clue how to run a business.

Although the program is ok, the employees/owner are meh. I did the trial class for my 3.5 yr and 6 yr old. I told them I was stepping out to move my car. When I came back, my 3 yr old was wandering around. The teacher brought them out for a water break and forgot my kid. The owner said it never happened and apologized. One of the staff members rolled her eyes at me. I continued because so many were happy with the program. That same staff member that rolled her eyes at me made 4 mistakes on my account the entire time I was there. There is ONE knowledgable woman at the front desk. I enrolled my older one in pre team and she completed the season....she wasnt given the trophy because we didnt sell $100 worth of tickets even though I paid the parent fee. It was one stupid thing after another. The waiting area in the evening has this one table of die hard loud crazy parents/grandparents. No thanks.....Its impossible to get someone on the phone during the day.
