Great for those with disabilities to enjoy horse back riding. They gain confidence, body strength and mental stimulation. As a place to volunteer I wouldnt really recommend. Most there are very nice but one particular woman involved with the horses can be unkind to volunteers in my experience.

My daughter and I have been volunteering for the past couple of months and are thoroughly enjoying it. The staff and instructors are organized, helpful, and approachable in every way. Working with the children and horses is so fulfilling. The program runs like a well-oiled machine...a tribute to their management team and established years of service to our community. Thank you for this wonderful experience ! We are addicted!

Great program using horses for therapy . They give experiences to disabled children that otherwise wouldnt have them. The bonding is something to see. The kids love this. Riding or being pulled in a cart. Amazing thing for the kids

I have worked here for almost a year and my experience has been wonderful! The people are amazing, and the horses are even better! I love everyone to bits, even the cats. Working here is the highlight of my life and I reccomend it to anyone looking to volunteer.

This non-profit quietly trots along helping disabled and their families to be joyful and enabled from disabled. So touching to see the employees and volunteers help from a wheelchair to on top of a horse for therapeutic riding. We volunteered at their Crab Feed this year and that was fun and impressive; dozens of volunteers, Project RIDEs Board of Directors, Employees and everyone pitching in to make sure the 100s that attended had a great time and were appreciated for their donations to keep the organization going. Ride on!

Love this place I missed horseback riding

We searched for the facility for 10 minutes, no signs indicating location. The generous lady we spoke with on the phone along with the flyer says orientation starts at 4:30. We entered the barn/ arena at 4:20, with our experience as equestrians we stood quietly at the sign in table in order to not disturb the actions. Nobody in sight other than the lessons that were taking place... there were multiple people waiting with us. We stood there for 8 minutes until someone finally appeared, she proceeded to tell us we needed to leave as we were late and doors closed at 4:15. Don’t waste your time on this place! If you do consider this place, they prefer no horse experience so they can teach you the “right” way.

Great fundraising event for special needs School I love Jesse Baker. I go every year did the project ride also the baker games and the award ceremonies I have twin niece that attend there.

This place is so much fun! The staff and warm and caring and they help so many children in need. They are always looking for new volunteers and riders! Come check out the horses and get your fix! :D
