The best park i ever seen. Free soccer ️ courts. Very big soccer ️ courts amazing park, can sit with kids, or play with them.

Calm place to jog and do some excercise. also playing football and volleyball and other sports.

This park is conveniently located adjacent to the East End of the new Goethals Bridge walkway. There is plenty of parking here. While it is a small park there are rest rooms, and it should prove to be a great starting point to walk or bike across the new Goethals Bridge.

Decent park, lots of space, jungle gym, turf field which is a beauty, ample parking and they are building a skate park.

For the past 16 years that I lived here I have seen alot of work going into this beautiful park. Soccer field, cool shate boarding ramps, 2 baseball fields, half a mile asphalt walkway. Big fun for the entire family

I love Mattano Park. I grew up playing in this park among others and it is one of my favorites. Although it may smell awful at times due to the river nearby (especially during the summer), the park itself is definitely worth visiting. It has bathrooms, a water fountain (not sure if it still works), a little spray park area, two separate playgrounds (two of which are for smaller children), a soccer field with night lights, a volleyball court, basketball courts, a baseball area with sand, a metal exercise station, two circular paths that you can walk or run on, a circular area of tables atop a hill, and a skate park. This park has a plethora of trees, tables, and benches so you can enjoy the park under the shade on hot summer days. This park is spacious and offers wonderful sunset views. Please drop by if you have the chance!

What most dont know about this park is that it has great skateboard ramps!! A must go for any level sjateboarder!

Its a great place to relax and walk your thats what I do, but it will be even better if they put some lights, even those with the solar panel, it had light but mainly by the court.

I love this park. I go here everyday enjoying it. Mostly playing soccer with all of my friends. It has 2 playfgrounds and a mini water place for the kids.

Not the best place you can visit, it usually has a foul smell, and it seems that people like to throw trash around. When the place doesnt have a foul smell, it is a good place to reunite your friends and play any sport, sit around, or refresh yourself, in the summer, or at least to be ready to walk around the city if the smell comes again, my recommendation is to walk directly out of the place if the smell is around.

They built this new part of the playground but cut a lot of trees so we have the same problem as the old park the playground gets hot now too

A beautiful local favorite with something for everyone. This park has skate ramps, a ball field and a playground area, thoughtfully spaced so that all kids can play safely. Theres lots of open grass area for gatherings and cookouts, plus a paved trail for anyone looking to take a peaceful stroll.

Love the place for walking and exercising, because its open and feel safe. But today high school kids were there smoking marijuana. I saw police came, but they werent kicked out.

It’s a park. It does what it’s supposed to do. Be a large field of grass with some landscaping here and there, along with a playground. If you hear anyone say “Montana Park” around here, correct them.

Besides the basketball & soccer area. I wouldnt really consider this a real park. Very overcrowded also when the weather gets warm. Warinanco or Rahway Park are much larger & have many more amenities then Mattano Park.

This park is awesome. It has literary everything. It has a skate park inside, basketball court, football field, a track, a field that can be used for anything, soccer goals, a section were it shoots water for kids to play, and some swings they were built b for kids with special needs. Also, it has parking and a bathroom.

The is a great park, it essentially has three different playgrounds one of which is for children with disabilities. My issue is that there isnt any water fountains. They do have picnic tables and even grills which is awesome. One thing thats concerning is one evening we were there and a truck came by to spray for something and the wind drifted it to us. It wasnt pleasant. The city really should wait to spray any chemicals until the park is empty. I wouldnt be surprised if between that and the air port that kids around there are sick.

Super dirty and unkept.. Very disappointing on all levels. Its a shame the children have to call that a playground.
