Liiiiittle bit sketch if youre not from the area maybe, but Ive never had a single problem with anyone here, and Id say I stick out a bit lol. Park itself is well worth checking out, weird features that no other parks in the area have, ranging in difficulty from super beginner friendly (ride on grinds, little banks with edges to stall on, a foot high ledge with runup to get ready for stairs) to pretty gnarly (kicker to big gap, long 4 stair, long high flat bar)
