I have been here for a couple of shows and concerts and I love it since it is local!! Sound quality and lighting is great and I always have a great view from wherever I sit. I know I booked for a concert for this summer but due to covid it got cancelled. Staff was very friendly and helpful with refunding me for the tickets.

Very nice auditorium and event theatre. I went a few times. The stage is very big and sound quality is awesome. the parking is not so good due to location, but paid parking is available. There is enough rooms to get ready and dress up for the performance. Overall great place for school performance as well.

Ritz Theatre is a nice Place to Hang out just onceI have been there multiple times to watch a few concerts. I believe the seats are located perfectly fine for a clear view. However, it could get a little bit more maintenance especially in terms of ilummination and speciall effects.None of the concerts they schedule start at the time the say. Last night the concert started one hour later. On our last concert it began 2 hours late and the performer only sang for an hour.The strategy is to have people buy drinks and some empanadas while waiting. A year ago we got tickets to see some bands and it was cancelled last minute without letting customers know. So for the most part, it is an Ok place but not to be frequently visited.

A bit dated and in need of restoration, still able to host significant shows.

Tonights performance were great. These artists tolerated the hot stage as there was NO air conditioning. It was unbearable and super uncomfortable, would have left the show if I wasnt there with other invited company.They were also serving hard liquors and beer ONLY,,,, NO wine.Will not be going back to future shows because of this experience.

The time and money I spent there was was perfect. I finally enjoyed myself without feeling robbed at an event.

Place was great but not organized for the event I went to. The line was super long. Good drinks and good seats almost everywhere you sit.

The master of mics show was awesome but the bass was to loud youd could not really hear artist. The people where ghetto and stink and empanadas WERE TERRIBL

Old, old theater! Very small and a bit uncomfortable seats, dirty, dirty carpets.... Parking was fine, large lot behind the theater. Huge lines to get in, but thats not the theaters fault...

Not really bad auditorium . But the neighborhood bad AF. Just be careful around. Make sure to arrive on time because u will see a nightmare finding parking LOL.

There is no parking for the venue. Need to park alongside the road that is difficult to find.The legroom for the seats in hall is tight.

The event I went to here was great. It was packed and got hot pretty quick. I liked the venue of this old style opera house.

It needs to be updated because the installations are a little old, but they have a great space for any type of presentation or show. It has 2 levels!! plus theres a bar if u want to get drinks.

Staff was very helpful. You are not allowed to carry cigarettes so please keep it in mind. Parking is at the back of the venue and its paid.

I saw a great play yesterday, but had terrible first experience at the theater.To begin, there was no separate Will Call line, so one was suppose to wait in line for 30 minutes to pick up tickets and then go back again in long line to enter the theater, according to the security guard. It couldnt be more illogical.Additionally, There was barely any AC running, temperature inside must have been like 80 degrees. Despite persistent complaining by audience, no one from Ritz management bothered to fix it or even offer any explanation. On top of that, they shut down the remaining cooling, 20 minutes even before the play ended, to probably save more money.Also, the dialogues were barely audible in the balcony area, so it was hard to make out what the actors said.

Horrible experience purchased tickets for Mothers Day concert for my parents it was cancelled without notifying me. I received a text message 2 days later saying my money will be refunded and I still havent received the credit to my account. I have called 3 times and they keep saying I should be getting it soon. I will never trust or purchase any tickets from Ritz theater again!

I paid for my entry... with the lack of management... no re-entry. This theater is not a place I would return for a discount ticket,a cheaper ticket... a free ticket.... this place will not get a dime from me again.

The Ritz is recovering its place as an iconic site in New Jersey.

I read the others reviews, it sounds horrible. You guys should go to the one in NY, heard its better over there. I have a project to do, and it literally has no history at all, you only find that it was a opera house. Get it together smh

This theater is a dump. I went to a show here. The theater sound doesnt work or when it did started to work - the sound was awful. Not worth the value at all.
