Such an old school great place to workout. Here youll be able to enjoy your workout using pretty much all the equipment you need. Do not expect showers, sauna or anything like that. In fact I love the way is setup. No need for fancy stuff. Ive heard it was always like that. You come in do your thing and leave. I love the friendly environment there. I do wish the city would be more flexible with schedule, Im not asking for 24 hours service, but a least couple more hours on weekends.

Academy Hosinsul is amazing. We have seen so much so much maturity come from our sons participation in their martial arts program.

The Martial Arts school, Academy Honisul has amazing, dedicated instructors that teach several forms of martial arts and do a great job with the kids. The prices are a great value for the high level of instruction. Weve been at the school for over a year and really enjoy it.

I signed my kids up for the boxing program and I had to pull them out. I was certified as a USA boxing coach about 20 yrs ago and have been teaching fighting methods ever since. This coach fails to correct fundamentals which could lead to injury. The coach also has the kids spar before teaching them proper defense. My kids went there for a while. I never saw them work on defense or foot work. The worst was when the coach just had the kids stand toe to toe and punch eachother.Too many errors and poor practices. This place is potentially dangerous. Do not bring your kids here.

Has weights all kinds pretty much what u need for all body parts to work on every detail people there kool everyone keeps to themself just sometimes people dont put there weights back

Not good, i took my child for boxing clases but they didnt want my child because he is only 6 years old. So sad for my baby

Dope location if you just want an actual old school gym. No fancy basketball courts, pools, or saunas. Just like the gym should be lol. This place has all types of things from heavy steel weights to cast iron free weights. Its always kept tidy for the most part, and the staff is friendly and really personable in a way. I just hate how in the weekends in the summer the city changes the hours to unreasonable times for us that actually work the weekend and would still like to come in and workout. Im sure they can keep it open to at least 6pm not 12 or 1pm... which they do on seasonal hours. Anyways this gym is awesome and I definitely recommend it to our community and even visitors!

Love this place. Very clean and spacious. They keep update the machines. A lot of free weight and tables.

A great place to workout, with lots of dumbbells, Olympic bars and machines. The monthly payment is above the competition though.

Im a big fan of the Elgin park district as a whole and this place does not disappoint. Nice indoor soccer field, great drop in pre-school.
