Always come here. its a bit pricey. But its a quality theatre to enjoy movies. Always very clean staff is nice.

I generally enjoy going here, as it always has a good selection of movies and times, and has only 7 minutes of trailers, and good screening conditions. My only complaint is that often the concession lines are slow moving, with too few employees, and they never seem to move with much urgency, even when the lines are long. Dont they know people are trying to be on time for their film? A nice theater, but allow plenty of time if you want to get snacks.

Nice atmosphere and area, but the inside of the movie theater seems a bit dated. For the price you would expect reclining seats and a nicer theater. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating.

First time here. Came to watch BlackKklansman to beat the rush hour traffic. Big parking lot, small but great theater. Great experience.

The last movie we had watched here was The Lion King with the whole family. The kids did enjoy the experience and its their first time, by the way. The ushers were very friendly and kind assisting the kids to their seats. The kids were in shock and amazed at their big screen. And that makes their first experience in a movie theater here!

Went and saw bad boys. Machine gave me no options to sit. So Im thinking theater is packed. Nope half empty. Even worse a couple that was buying their tickets after were assigned seats next me. The row above and below and too the sides were empty yet we got stuck next to each other. For $18.95 for one ticket, arc light gotta do better. Reclining seats not included.

ArcLight Beach Cities is fairly tucked away which makes trips during late nights or early mornings all the more enchanting. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is always calm. Seating is comfortable with adequate leg room.

Average movie theater that could use an update. Reserved seating but no recliner seats in the theater I visited. Concessions offerings are a little thin but there is a bar. Prices are comparable to other movie theaters but other theaters offer more; recliner seats, refills on large soda, for example. Parking is available right behind the theater

Too expensive for what it is. The seat was extremely uncomfortable and just felt like sitting on a hardwood floor. The staff was super nice and helpful. The concessions were too expensive even by movie standards.

Good,but Somebody left the AC on in the middle of winter .it was like 60 degrees, and people said with hoodies and jackets instead of their normal 72° comfy standard. Temperature should be regulated to a norm not forgotten. Otherwise great experience.

This place beats any theater we have ever been too. The wait is never too long and the theater is always clean. The staff are all fantastic. I am no longer an AMC fan since we started coming to the beach cities ArcLight.

Went there a few days ago. The bartender Kevin was very nice and helpful when I asked him what are some good drinks to try. The theater was empty, since I went during the week, and the theater was clean. Free parking can be found behind the theater.

Was running late to a showing of Rise of Skywalker, but a kind staff member allowed us to purchase tickets. The theater was comfy and the sound quality is amazing. Overall great environment.

Eh. Could have done without. The food queue took forever and the food wasn’t that amazing. The seats were not comfortable. I enjoy the new theater in Carson better. The sound and picture quality is much better there than here. It seems that ArcLight banks on the fact that customers can drink alcohol at this theater and put all of their energy into the service at the bar, leaving us non-drinkers in the dust.

Love love love this place. Great place to watch movies anyday of the week without being super crowded. Great customer service and great showing schedule if you like odd hours.

Friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. This is a great theater if you want a smaller theater experience and dont want to deal with tons of people. There is also a bar area. Free parking is available too. We saw Hobbs and Shaw. It was fantastic! You wont be disappointed.

Really comfy extra wide seats. Good popcorn. Nothing special beyond that, kind of a standard theater with nicer seats and assigned seating.

I saw Cats the motion picture here late Saturday night. Staff was super helpful in getting me prepared with and food. Movie was lame, but space was pretty good, so Id come back for like 2 or something

It was an ok experience because they STILLLLLL have those basic, non reclining seats but they were the only ones near my location that had Emma playing. And the previews are only like 40 seconds long....cmon

I love this theater. Its very well kept, the architecture is nice, and the seats are really comfortable! They do sell alcoholic beverages as well as snacks, but its not a dine-in. Still, a great movie going experience!

This is place is classy. You can enjoy a libation and a bite to eat before the show. The staff is laid back and the seats are comfy. I will definitely return for another show.

The theater itself is very nice however $17 for a matinee is outrageous. For that kind of money you should get recliners

We saw Godzilla, King of the Monsters. Adult cocktails and popcorn . Bartender, concession stand staff and ticket takers were amazing. Be patience because they are in the midst of renovations near the ArcLight. Also, do not park in parking garage. All movie guests parking is behind the parking garage and signage is posted. Enjoy!!

This ArcLight is a nice theater thats clean and well maintained. Parking is across the street in a large structure, so it can be a bit of a pain to walk to. Staff has generally been nice and friendly. Its a nice place if you want to grab alcohol while watching a movie. Its also nice if you prefer reserved seating like I do.

Went to see Bad Boys for Life...was very entertaining... The cinema was clean and comfortable...

Had to swallow the cost of three tickets because of lack of handicapped accessibility. The parking structure is too far from the theatre and while there is an elevator you still need to navigate stairs and curbs which made it impossible for one of our party to get to the theatre. Ruined night at cost. Will never come here again and will warn away all our handicapped friends and family.

Lots of show times for the latest Joker showing. Very flexible show time and huge great looking, clean, large theatre. They have a Kool bar area in main lobby room to enjoy yourself before a movie.

ArcLight continues to be one of the nicest places to see a movie. You dont really see the annoying movie goer here or the couple with 5 kids going to an R rated movie. Usually everyone coming here is looking for a good movie watching experience.

Great theater. I went here to go see Planet of the Apes 2. I went early as to not be in a theater with alot of people and it was great! Beautiful area and awesome movie and pop corn. Not much else to say besides this is a really good theater!

One of my favorite theaters. It has a lounge so you can enjoy some adult beverages. The reason its my favorite is because it is never super crowded. I went to AMC at Del Amo and felt overran. Its too much for me. This is a perfect hidden gem.

This is a nice theater. Clean comfortable with stadium seating and a bar . Plenty of free parking (mostly across the street in the parking structure). The only downside is its somewhat isolated, no restaurants in the same complex you have to go across the street.

Nice and clean with attentive staff. The concessions were slammed just before a big showtime and they handled the rush like a team, even the managers were helping out getting drinks. The seats are comfortable enough and it actually didn’t seem too cold. Too bad the popcorn was stale.

If the large popcorn had a free refill (its really a medium bucket for $7) or the tickets werent $14 a piece, then it would be 5 stars. Ummmm. . . . This place will always remind me of a very interesting thing that happened to me while I was there. Being picked up while youre watching a movie is a unique experience not everyone can say theyve had. Nice place. I saw the remake of Mad Max here. Far as I remember it was very clean and I liked having a bar on the premises.

The theater was nice and clean. It wasnt crowded. Nice bar area and different choices at the concession stand. The seats were comfortable enough. I was surprised though that for the cost of the ticket that they didnt have reclining seats.

Fanciest movie theater Ive ever been to. Take a seat on one of the chairs in the hallway before entering to your movie, its very comfy. Chairs inside are a bit stiff.

I use to like this theater however recently it has gone down hill. Parking can be a massive pain unless you want to park across the way. The staff use to ensure the theaters are quiet and had good quality. Last time there was a obvious flaw on the screen that ruined the movie for me. The last straw was when I ordered a vodka soda and got a vodka tonic. Its a two ingredient drink how do you botch that? In short skip this place. Get two stars just cause its clean.

Went to see black panther here and thoroughly enjoyed the movie and experience. Was my 1st time coming here with the kiddies, will definitely add to list of theaters to attend again. No cons.

Relatively clean. The seats don’t lean back whatsoever and are made of old material (I personally prefer leather). Ticket prices are a little steep for such a bare-bones theater ($15 per adult or so. More if you buy online and are charged a convenience fee).

We used to go to the ArcLight Hollywood exclusively.Tho its been open awhile, Ive not posted a review of this ArcLight Theater.We enjoy the atmosphere, something about the location, El Segundo. We go to the later shows & parking is easy to find.Most of the Auditoriums are clean, & the assigned seating is one of the draws to this chain. We dont have to rush in & grab a seat to try & get an acceptable seat.Im not able to walk up the stairs & the Handicap seats can get taken quickly sometimes.We will continue coming to this Theater.

This theater is great. Its always clean, staff are friendly and youre guaranteed to enjoy your movie without some jack hole messing it up from talking loudly or on their phone. Theyre also very accommodating if you need to change your movie showtime or entire movie post purchase.

It was good. Clean and friendly employees. But its two issues I have. First the price of the tickets are extremely high. $17 per ticket. And the second is the food. The food is limited to popcorn, hotdogs and candy. Other theaters have a better selection of food.

Really nice theater not a lot of people go here so youre definitely going to find good seats at least during the week. one thing they need to do is upgrade their seats to reclining or electric seats. they have a bar out front and they allow you to bring in the drinks. Overall good experience but could have been better with the electric reclining seats.

Love going to the movies here. Its nice to pick your seat and its pretty clean. We enjoy being able to have an adult beverage either before or during the movie. Overall have had pleasant experiences and staff was friendly. Pricier than your average movie ticket, but worth it.

Beach Cities movie theater. Seats are the traditional style that haven`t been upgraded to the reclining stadium style. Limited parking behind the theater or across the street in the ramp. Reasonable prices for popcorn, soda and candy.

Nice new contemporary cinema. Pretzel sticks were better than the average microwave theatre standard.. but mustard only and no cheeze??? Note to self -BYOCheeze whiz next time.

This is an excellent theater! I loved the ticketing system and how you get in. The entryway was very nice and opened with a big Lobby. The staff at the refreshment counter were very nice, helpful and quick. One of the best parts is that the seats are very large and comfortable. Additionally there is a wide aisle so people dont have to squeeze by you taking their seat. I saw another reviewer complaining about the announcer coming in before the movie started. I actually appreciated them doing that. It adds an extra touch of class and its good to know if you need anything they are close by.

We arrived at Arclight Cinemas Beach City LA today and walked through the door and over to the ticket booth to be met by an employee named Donald. Donald stared at us condescendingly for a number of seconds before speaking down to us in a horrible tone about how it’s a self serve ticketing system, which was ofcourse unbeknownst to us. Donald then strutted off and we bought our tickets.After this experience, we walked over to the confectionary counter and there was 3 staff behind registers and two were seeing customers. The third staff member with no customers was Donald, so we approached. He again exclaimed, very condescendingly this time that his shift was nearly over and he won’t be serving anyone and to get to the back of the line. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by an employee in hospitality before in my life, for absolutely no reason.So as we walked off to the back of the line, Donald shot both my girlfriend and I a horrible look, he then turned around and proceeded to fill a small box of popcorn for himself out of the popcorn machine. He stood there for a number of minutes eating it, before strutting off into the back. This was all time he could have spent to helping us (which I might add he had many chances to do but chose to be the most unnecessarily rude person I’ve ever met).Any establishment that has this man under employ, I will never personally return to. I would avoid arc light cinemas like the bubonic plague until this man is out the door. Do yourself a favor and avoid!
