Overall a pretty good theater. Good prices. Employees are friendly. Seating is average, not uncomfortable but could be nicer. I feel like the audio system is missing some punch during action scenes. Overall I enjoy seeing movies here. Its well kept almost all the time and there usually a County Sheriff in the lobby so that helps me enjoy a movie when I take the wife and kids there.

This theater definitely has a western theme. At least from the outside. On the inside there is a lot of Hollywood and movie / TV memorabilia decorating the walls. Decent people and a friendly environment. Not to mention a simple environment in the theater auditoriums themselves.

Friendly staff, current movies, fresh popcorn, and affordable tickets. I have been several times and am never disappointed. Good family fun.

I went here Friday evening around 8:30 because i couldn’t make the movie that i order online. I went in and asked if i could get a refund on my movie. The worker was extremely rude and sighed and just acted like he didn’t wanna be there or do my refund after he was complaining done he said “okay you can go” and i asked if i was getting a receipt and he laughed at me and said not for a refund. I saw him crumble up my receipt so he straight up lied to my face. I have never had such a bad experience at a movie theatre and felt very disrespected and made fun of.

What can I say, its a regular movie theater. Ive always liked going every once in a while. Sometimes Id even go by myself just to relax, staff seem to be all around nice.

Really good place to watch a movie they have the best popcorn and i like it even more when other theatres are over crowded they usually have enough seating and no one yells or makes noises here thats probably the best OKC theatres need to control there customers better

The popcorn was good. You get to put your own butter on it and your own seasons. The manager on duty I think was a little bothered by our big group. However, the employees were very nice! They made sure to sign us up for a mailing list oh, and that gave us free refills on our large drinks and large popcorn. That was greatly appreciated!The cleanliness over all of the theater was wonderful. The Only Exception was the ladies restroom. The supervisor was not entertained when I pointed it out.

Edited: Went to see Lion King 3D I noticed the sound was not good, actually horrible. It seemed very very low, we were looking forward to the surround sound of the new soundtrack and all that goes with that. Also, the management might take note: bathrooms never have paper towels and soap has been missing more times than not. *************Went on a Tuesday and prices were amazing. Very good service and popcorn, soda was so cheap it was almost unreal. Only thing I didnt like was the seating was uncomfortable, but Id sit through more movies just to make my kid happy. Cant have everything now can we.

Love going here to watch movies not bad price wise

Unlike most theaters this one did not give a military discount. The quality of the picture was really good but the seat even though theyre well cushioned do not have any give therefore you have to sit straight up and down and that can give me very uncomfortable.

The theater is always clean, the concessions are great, and the staff is very friendly. This is a great, small town movie theater. Ive been going for years and choose this place over any larger theaters.

Temperature was just right. Friendly employees. Loved the movie about Mr. Rogers.

Drinks and candy are way overpriced. They cost me almost as much as the tickets. 10 bucks for small pop and small box of cans. Tickets are reasonably priced.

My go-to theater. Awesome manager and staff. Watch all the new releases opening day and the manager definitely takes pride in his theater. Recommend this theater to anyone looking to have a real hometown movie experience.

During the week it usually isnt busy. You might end up seeing a personal show dedicated just to you!! Good picture and sound but the sound is not overbearing like many other theaters these days. We enjoyed it and plan to see many more movies hereThe family and myself reccomend

Great theater to take young kids to. Its not overly crowded and has pretty good seating. The staff was pretty friendly and the facility was well maintained. I will definitely take my family back.

Would recommend sending your manager to a training to learn how to interact with others. His attitude was crummy. He was very standoffish with the questions and seemed ready to argue.

A sign at both entrances saying “no semi parking”... to bad, I had all day to watch movies and you only had 2 cars in the lot 15 min before the first showing.

Screens aren’t the biggest but it’s never packed and it’s clean. Perfect for a small town movie theatre.

I love this smaller theater! We drive all the way from Mustang to see movies here. We love that it isnt so huge and busy. Friendly small town feel and staff. Kids love to play in the arcade after the movie. I wish there were more movie theaters like this. I wish we had one in Mustang!

Nice theater, friendly staff, clean and security office present in evenings. Feels safe to allow kids to view without holding your teens hand.

Not alot of people there so we pretty much had the pick of the best seats. Up-to-date movies and the seats were nice.

Enjoyed Captain Marvel, it was nice to enjoy the humor and an audience laugh occasionally.It was nice to see it the day before it was scheduled to released as I work the day it is.

The security guard on duty 5/24/19 was extremely hateful, the theater was very hot (which is usually the opposite) the arm rests were torn up. I had not been to the theater in about a year and I was very disappointed in my experience.

I like this theater . It is quiet and it is older compare to other theater. My daughter and I go here a lot . Staff are friendly.

No truck parking jerks what do we hurt when we want to decompress for a couple hours watching a movie. Love how everyone wants their shelves stocked but forget about treating the drivers with respect when they are out here day in and day out sacrificing their time with family and friends just to make a living bringing you all the things you need.

We use to go to B&B in OKC. This place is so much nicer. We now live in far western Oklahoma. It was worth the one hour drive to this theater! So nice, so clean, great staff, good movies, nice parking. Plan to go back soon.

Nice but very very espensive

It was cool. If I could of gotten a refill of popcorn after the movie it would of been better. If Im gonna pay 60 bux to see a movie, I would like a refill of popcorn at least.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Manager Robert.. for helping out our church group tonight.. we needed some popcorn seasonings and butter to use for a special event at the church with lots of young people.. Up to date movies, never crowded, just sometimes the A/C needs to be turned up in the theater.

Small town feeling movie theater...nothing flashy or fancy like a Warren theater, but ticket prices are very reasonable as compared to the big Warren theaters.

Dear B&B Theaters El Reno, My family and I would like to thank you for ruining our Saturday night. Myself, My 7 & 4 year Sons and their Elderly Grandfather drove over 40 miles one way to attend the 6:30pm showing of Logan only to have the (14 Year Old) Cashier tell me that you have a new policy that will not allow my children under 6 attend R rated movies after 6pm. Which one of my sons is 4 years old. I politely informed the (toddler) cashier that i am his parent and i decide what he can and cannot see. I asked the cashier if he himself was old enough to even sell an R Rated Movie ticket. At which he didnt have a reply. I then asked him where they have this policy posted to the public again no response. I informed him that my family and I have been going to this theater monthly almost weekly for almost eight years and which both of my childrens first movies was seen at this theater. He refused to let me speak to the manager, give me a number for the manager or take my number for the manager to call me. My son instantly started crying that it was his fault that the rest of the family could not see the movie because the juvenile cashier believed himself to be a better parent then I am. B&B theaters you do not get to dictate what my parenting style is. Logan is only a violent movie as which my son has seen every xmen / wolverine movie that has been made before Logan. I have checked your website also and this is new policy is not posted online either. Im sure that you will ignore this message and go only providing terrible customer service to your patrons however never again will me or my family attend this theater. I have overlooked your terrible uncomfortable seating, overpriced concessions and POOR HD Quality as a convenience but I will from now on drive the additional mileage to go to a real Theater in Yukon. This year i think im giving everyone i know AMC Gift cards just to avoid this pathetic excuse for a theater. In closing i would sincerely like to thank you again for ruining my families night.Ps: My Son is still upset and crying that he is the reason that we didnt get to go to the movies with his grandpa which he rarely gets the opportunity to see him.

Theatre was decent looking but wouldnt let me into an rated R animated movie because i forgot my license at home. Im a 23 year old student at SWOSU and they said my student ID wouldnt work. Drove all the way from weatherford to see a movie that was premiering in el reno and didnt even get to watch it. Very inconvenient.

Matinee price is insanely high

I went to this place and they asked for my ID so I showed it but the man was sort of being racist because my last name was Mexican and started asking for drivers license even though I came with a friend and told him that all he needed was my age but then said I couldn’t enter without my drivers license and same with my friend because he was Mexican.
