Very energetic, respectful, outgoing, employees. Very spacious atmosphere and it wasnt loud actually kinda comfortable. Very exciting and fun place to enjoy adult gaming.

When are you all going for get the message. You need to knock off the crop pro.otions and ease up on the machines. We come quite often and we do play low, but the machines just take and wont even let us play very long.we use this for entertainment, but you all have taken all the fun away. Weve noticed that your customer base is getting lower, when are you going to learn. Were very concerned because we enjoy coming, but that will change if things dont improve.

This casino is your old school Indian casino. The place is really a giant room with a bunch of games and some table games in the middle. I became a new player I quickly made 110 bucks from there new player promotions. Did you have at least slots and lots of great variations leverage slot games. I actually made some money there and I enjoyed the attention service of the staff.

Fun, clean place, which seem to be following social distancing guidelines. I didn’t win anything , but my boyfriend did . It wasn’t much (like $150), but it made him smile and therefore the experience was worth it.

During this Covid-19 we are dealing with they are doing such a super job to keep everyone safe so they can play. I travel and been to Vegas and I put them right up there when it comes to how large and the different games to choose from. I dont plan on going in5 casinos to win big. 1st time there on my Birthday (7/19) and I received $10 first timer, $10 for my birthday and $10 for seniors day. $30 free money to play on and then I racked up enough points to get $25 more to play on and I won a good amount. So Id say I had a awesome day. Nice staff and clean. Felt safe.

Lucky Star is an ok casino. It has some good things and some bad. First the good. The restaurant. The food was good and plentiful and reasonable. The staff was helpful and informative. The games are the usual fare. Now the bad. The smoke is terrible. Granted I have only been once so it may be better at other times.

Great place to stay in your RV for FREE!!! With hookups you cant beat that we only stayed one night but it has a 4 day limit it was nice to run our furnace an not be cold the casino looked fun but dont really gamble ide stay again

I have been to a lot of the Casinos around the Oklahoma City area. This one is one on top of my list as a Favorite. Recent upgrades to the bar and live music again! It has a Great restaurant with large selection to choose from. Great staff too make sure your drinks are always full. As far as the gaming I havent play much on the tables but the slots are pretty good. Ive seen a lot and I mean a lot of Jack puts paid out. I personally have had a lot of nice Jackpots won here over the last year. I win some,and I lose some but thats the nature of the Lucky Star here. It always has a nice Clean environment. Great and very friendly staff. The Security can be seen everywhere and all have been very nice and helpful when needed. I know its out a bit from anything but it can be worth the drive to take a chance with a real Lucky Star! I be back again someday. I can only hope I catch a shooting Lucky Star night again soon!

This place is a joke that isnt funny. Ive never seen anyone win and definitely never won myself. I frequent a lot of casinos around the country and this chain is more of a scam than gambling establishment. Dont waste your time or money and absolutely do not use your credit/debit card. They will say its declined but you will still be charged.

I had fun. The check in process was easy. The place was clean with good social distancing in place for the machines. I was very impressed.

The place was very clean and all procedures in place to protect you from comic 19. When people left machine staff right there to wipe machine and seat down with sanitizer.So rows seating to close together where the machines weRe on both sides. Had hard time walking betweenN them.

A whole lot of the machines were not working. It was a bad outing. The one great part was the restaurant called R € Z...the service was impeccable! The food was very flavorful. One of the best meals Ive had at a casino and a lot of restaurants! 5+ stars!!!!

Place is a rip off, Ive gambled all over the country and this place is the worst. I put one thousand dollars into one Buffalo machine and never got to a bonus round. Very little payout playing max bet. Machines glitch and you can see them reset. Save your money and sanity. This isnt gambling its theft. A lot of fake reviews, read them with some suspicion.

So changing my rating. When we went the machines would shut down if me and my husband sat next to each other. It felt super creepy tbh for the fact it wasnt very busy. Didnt really think about the social distance thing going on until yesterday someone told me they shut every other machine down. At the time I just thought someone didnt want us to sit together. But still Felt singled out almost by the eyes in the sky. I dont know if theres a way to make people not feel creeped out but it was obvious we knew each other. Maybe just let people have free will? It also kinda felt like I was being herded around to specific machines that maybe didnt have good chances of winning etc...honestly I probably just had bad luck but idk maybe that machine that i originally wanted to play that got shut off for being to close to my husband was a winner but i was forced to play a different one....thats just how I felt there Sorry

Drove to Concho from OKC yesterday. Concho employees worked diligently to maintain social distancing, keep machines clean and offered masks to EVERYONE. As the day progressed, too many people were allowed in and too many people NOT in masks or even trying to social distance. At the time I left Concho made an announcement declaring MASKS REQUIRED. Thanks to employees for trying so hard to make things safe! Too many patrons just dont care!

They check your temperature by a camera when you go in and its mandatory that you wear a mask. I love how they take precautions. It was great and fun!

Had fun, won money, but other than the lady that checked us in *very kind* there was zero customer service not a single employee smiled at us even the cashier i tipped,if the employees act like they hate it there why should the patrons want to be there?

I just dont think I can go back in there I lost so much money and I drove from Newalla Oklahoma all the way out there and I just could not win I can do that close to home at these casinos might be another 5 or 10 years Ill come back out

We had a party of four that went to the restaurant inside of the casino, the food was really good, the waitress was really really good. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a really nice time there. I would recommend this restaurant to everybody. I would love to go back someday. The atmosphere was really nice too.

Great place been going for about a year now. Very clean and keep up with disinfecting the machines after use. Would give it 5* but its a casino so you know.

We parked in the RV parking over night with full hookups at no cost. Only about 7-8 spaces all with 50amp. electric. Casino is small but has a variety of slot games to choose from, a few table games, a bar & mini cafe. Casino host, attendants & security were very nice & helpful!

Pretty cool. Had a good time with my dad and only spent $40.

Lots of jackpots when I went, I even got 100 dollars free play being a new member!! The only thing that was a little strange was there were very little staff on the floor. Me and my friend both had tickets get stuck in the slot machines and we had to really search for people to assist us. The servers or cocktail waitress werent very friendly but I only remember seeing two of them on a Friday night! Overall we had a good time but not sure if Ill go back because I like to be at casinos that are staffed better

Places for security type machines low payout I do not recommend it at this to anybody go to Las Vegas go anywhere but to the Lucky Star

Its in the middle of nowhere.. 5 dollar free play and you cant machine transfer.. Too many people and old outdated machines in a small building.. Players club closes whenever it wants too.. Parking lot too small.. Spent 200 bucks and never came up one time...

Lucky Star has recently undergone some improvements. New stage, promotion area and carpeting. Air quality is still good, not great, just good. Winning remains slightly below average in my opinion. Staff is friendly. Competition amongst Oklahoma casinos seems to be stepping up... and driving some welcome changes in the gaming industry.

Covid 19 precautions have declined in the last two weeks, of course things are opening up across the state, so may be in line. The AC is set to low, it was so cold we had to leave. My husband is hot natured, so it is too cold when he complains

The staff is friendly and personable. The snack bar has great prepared when ordered food. This casino is our all time favorite.

ATTENTION ALL BANNED PLAYERS..... You can get a players club card even if your banned i can personally attest to it. I was banned and 6 years later went to the players club gave them the exact same id they took a cooy of when i got banned and no problem got a card used it for promotions etc.

Unfortunately a water line broke so restaurant closed and no bathroomBut did win!!

Terrible casino no bathrooms never goin back

Service was slow at the bar. I had one beer and waited for service. It wasnt busy and i waited over 10 mins before i just left. But the black jack dealers were friendly and helpful. That is the only reason yall are getting 2 stars.

Not a bad place to get away for a day, but to Smokey, I couldnt handle it being a nonsmoker and some of the games not working just right. Not a bad place to go once in a blue moon. Whould I recommend it, will not for the drive if the place was close by, yes, for something to do.

This casino is one of the best. There are about five casinos much closer to me (including Riverwind and the Grand), but I will always make the drive out to Lucky Star. The payouts are noticeably larger, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies are quite cute and friendly as well ;)

This place was much better a year ago. Machines have become a lot more tight, since the construction of a new bar. Unless you want to take a risk and play $5 or higher slots, dont expect much return, if any. Smaller denomination machines will let you play for a while, if all you want to do is have fun while losing a small amount. Restaurant has good food, but good luck on getting seated. Past 2 times I have eaten here, my party has had to ask for someone to seat us.

Didnt win a thing

Camped overnight free. The 50 amp was weak and the 30 amp did not work at all. But it worked enough that we could have our heaters on.The Casino seemed very tight to us, but we enjoyed ourselves anyway. Deli sandwiches were excellent.

I was just have to say its okay Ive never received any kind of promotional money to come there and Ive spent some money there but quite a ways away from me to go and they would have to have better promotions for me to go there
