This was my very first PC and i am extremely satisfied The service is not only amazing but also quick, i would highly recommend buying a PC Build from Nick. Love this place! I’m so frustrated that I didn’t hear of this place sooner! The environment is fun and they games they offer are great! I tried out the VR and the hour went by way too fast! Currently ranked in the Top 3 players this week! I’d love to work here one day! I always have friends come along, you can rent headsets and they have controllers and splitters so even someone who has never played pc can enjoy the full experience :)

Custom built computers at best!

Tried calling in 4 times to get a quote on a computer repair, only got through once when they said the tech wasn’t in and hey took my info down and call me back, never received a call back. Took my business down the street to We Fix Computers and got service the same day.

Equipment is state of the art, with likeable and helpful staff. This place is a good hangout, theres lots of games and the coffee shop next door is superb! I already have my own awesome gaming computer, but if I didnt I would definitely come here.

Awesome experience for my kids! Planning a party for my oldest and we were trying to figure out the best option for my son and his friends. Took my son tonight to try it for an hour and got a chance to meet Nick, the owner. He gave us a good option and suggested what was best for bang for our buck! Really nice guy and very attentive. Looking forward to taking my son and his friends for their gaming party!

This was my first ever visit to a LAN center and I can honestly say I enjoyed it, very cool and chill place. Was in town for a few days staying at a hotel that had wifi that barely worked, so I was really glad and fortunate to find a center like this one to get some hours in on my games. The prices are very fair in my opinion, especially if you plan on using one of their PCs. The PCs they have are very nice, though I kind of wish they had better headphones that could shut out noise effectively, but it sufficed :) I visited on a saturday and was greeted by a woman wearing a white beanie (unfortunately I never got her name) and she helped me with everything I needed during my long stay there, so thank you!! Aside from her, I could tell that the rest of the staff were equally as kind and welcoming too. I definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for a convenient place to settle for a bit and just get some gaming in !!

Really wish these computers had speakers to be able to play with friends. Discord doesnt cut it when youre so close to each other. Would also prefer the monitors to be a bit higher. other than that this is a great place!

Great place bad location. If i was running it i would have it somewhere more noticeable and somewhere there is more people. Cant see them lasting in that location. Great set up and place to go.

It is a really good place to relax if you are an adult or kid. Also the price is very afordable,and the over all experience is great.

Support this business. The manager/owner was extremely polite and helpful to all of our questions and needs. You cant beat the price and overall experience. The computers were great as was the set up. Get into some comfy clothes so you and your friends can become vegetables because all you want to do is sit and play for hours on end. Fantastic place. I give this place 5 angry kids raging at fortnight out of 5.

GGC is a very good attempt at a gaming center. If you are a casual player that just wants to have fun with your friends, great, this place will suit you just fine. However, if you’re trying to play at a competitive level in any game, I’d recommend saving your money and playing on your iPad instead (you’d probably get better frame rates).I went in about an hour before my online tournament to warm up and practice. I brought my own peripherals, set them up and got into my game, then when I load in with my partner to practice I am asked to move. No big deal as he explained he had a local tournament taking place at those particular stations.I move to another station across from me and get setup and logged in again however, with how long the pc took to log me in both times i lost about 25-30 min of practice; not typically bad but not ideal since I’m on a new setup and wanted time to get accustomed.I hop into the first practice game of the tournament before the placement games begin and notice something very off putting. The game will run at 144 frames and then randomly drop to 30-50 frames for a few seconds to a minute at a time. Which is absolutely unacceptable in a competitive environment. However, being 30 min out from the start I’m left with no choice but to play the tournament out on a system that would be better suited to play solitaire while waiting to send your next work email than in the tournament I was attempting to play.To conclude, if you and your friends want to play games casually and hangout at a cool place around other people with similar interests, this is no doubt the spot to be. If however you’re looking for a place that will let you play competitively, I’m sorry to say you’re out of luck. Now, maybe i got a bad system or one that just ran more poorly than the others, but, this is just my personal experience attempting to play a competitive tournament at the center.

I have been coming here for about 3 months and it is great, the people who work here are polite and the systems they have are great for gaming. It is overall a great place to go for gaming.

We love coming here! The kids love the tech, and we love how kind and helpful everyone is with the kids. The coffee is great as well. Its a great place to bring the kids, to get out of the house, and also get some online work done.

Absolutely the coolest PC gaming in EL PASO!! Prices are great and so are the people. They also offer virtual reality! The coffee shop next door is really good and it’s great to have some coffee while gaming.

Took my 3 boys (ages 11,9,9) today for their first time and they absolutely loved it. Price was very reasonable and staff was very attentive. Several different platforms for them to play. Highly recommend to any parents of a gamer. Will definitely return. My only suggestion would be to change up the music. They were playing ambient indie but not that big of a deal. Thanks

This is the best place to hangout, play, and leave your children. The staff will always be there to help the customers and make sure theyre satisfied. Theyre the best employees in the world. I say that because I couldnt get home due to the cold weather and none of my friends could have gotten me but what the staff did for me was just..the best for their customer. They called me an Uber and made sure I got home safe. Thank you guys so much and I cant wait to go back again!

The place is not bad for the price and everything was easy and simple to get going. the pcs are a bit slow at times and the monitors are 60 hz (or at least thats what it feels like) but aside from that everything was great!

Glitch is by far the best customer service Ive experienced at any business let alone a gaming lounge very attentive staff and fair prices. Looking forward to my future experiences at glitch it was definitely beginner friendly. I was taken by surprise when I was able to walk in with no gaming experience and still have an amazing time.

Great and safe place for my son to do what he loves and meet new people

Fantastic gaming Cafe, although they currently have a monopoly. It is a fantastic atmosphere and the staff genuinely care about you, however as Ive mentioned earlier it is a Monopoly so they charge someone outlandish prices, and all day pass from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. well run you about 25 bucks and thats not including a headphone rental, with taxes its near $30, and on top of that their water, and all soft drinks with the exception of energy drinks cost $2, whereas energy drinks cost almost $4 with tax. and they dont have an in-house sandwich kind of shop where you could get paninis, or Reubens, but you can get some food such as pre-made waffles, and ramen noodles. It isnt all that bad though, just down the sidewalk in the same shopping Center is a pizza place that theyre cool with you bringing their food into their place, by the way no outside food or drink besides sun City slice, and you can buy a whole pizza there one topping large for $5, also no eating at the computers

Really cool looking place, nice coffee, decent gaming rigs with great 144hz monitors, and overall professional environment. My only concern is that there is not enough room, and they lack 24/7 hours unlike most gaming cafes like in South Korea or LA.Truly a refuge for gamers and casuals. The owner is creating an ESport scene in one of the most unlikely cities while still making PC gaming accessable to people who usually never game.P.S. They also have consoles for true hardcore gamer /s.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that I was totally satisfied, and even called me a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly.They even introduced me to like-minded gamers, and I am part of a community now that I didnt even know existed here in El Paso.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised to discover that we had such a cool, fun and modern place in El Paso such as Glitch Gaming. The computers for use are all amazingly high powered, the selection of games available for play is wide and diverse, and the prices for hours of play is competitive and fair. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes connecting to game lobbies with your friends also in the building is annoyingly tricky, and can suck up your valuable play time. But the staff is friendly approachable and knowledgable.

They have really good gaming computers with a plethora of shooting games. They also have all the game consoles such as Xbox, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch with plenty of games to play on them. I really enjoyed their state of the art Virtual Reality games. And their coffee is amazing.

Staff is constantly elsewhere instead of helping the customers.Prices are absurdly high, they even charge to use headsets.And the computers work whenever they feel like, clearly lacking maintenance.And forget about coming here on tournament days with all the obnoxious loud customers making oranguntan noises.

Chairs are comfy, pcs work fine if not connected to wifi, keep in mind they charge for headsets and theyre sades so I recommend you take your own

Such a great gaming expirence and wonderful people! I wish I could have one of these when I go back to Los Angeles. Computers and WiFi are incredibly fast and great, and the only problem is that you waste a lot of your allotted game time on fixing problems trying to join a game with your buds, but I would still strongly recommend it to everyone I know.

This place is REALLY cool. When it comes to VR they are limited. Glitch is more of a computer gaming place. The staff is very sociable and great.

Had a great time at glitch gaming! I can’t say enough about the hospitality and customer service, which is at the top tier level here. Nick the owner and his staff, are always around to see how your doing. It’s kinda like, “Cheers”, but without the bar, where everybody knows your name!They are super helpful and welcoming, even for outsiders coming all the way out from permian basin area. Which, is what I had to do, when I needed to download a huge Xbox Destiny expansion that could not be downloaded on our lowly man-camp WiFi or anywhere else for that matter.Glitch gaming is mostly for pc gaming, but they welcome console players too! They have some PlayStation setups already (xbox peeps call ahead to see if they have systems for you). If you bring in your own console it’s only $2 an hr. so, its not a bad deal! They also have a pretty cool VR set-up in the back too.On top of everything else, there’s the Hive next door, a coffee and tea cafe. Where you can get your fix on some tasty fraps, expresso, or tea refreshers, like berry hibiscus! Which I recommend!Thanks again to everybody at Glitch Gaming for helping me out! I truly had a wonderful time. And, can’t wait to make it back out there again!

Worst experience ever... no customer service, stood at the main desk for 5min no one was there to help,place was empty, i had to go and talk to one of the employees so they could help me, too expensive, paid for 1 hour and got another one for free when voting for them on a web page, they never give me credit for that free hour. pc interface suck... try to play RSS and wasnt updated(and yes you use the time you paid for the updates) try to use my Uplay account didnt let me, was kicking me out and logging in with his default account and they didnt have any operators on his default account. try playing league because they said they had every champ and skin... never appear on my screen or anything new... overall never coming back honestly save your money and buy a new pc its a better deal.

The quality of this gaming center is the best you could find. Awesome PCs, great staff and an immersive atmosphere. As someone who frequents many different centers, the prices are cheap and comparable to all other centers but you get the highest quality at Glitch Gaming. The only thing this young lan center is missing is a close knit community of players which is sure to form with more time. Gaming chairs, mechanical keyboards, dpi adjustable mice, and 144hz curved monitors makes the set ups here the best you could ask for. Food is available in the center as well as an attached coffee shop right next door. 10/10 experience. Great place

This place is the best. It has everything, VR, consoles, and of course PCs. The range of games are good, from RTS to FPS. Pricing is a good deal and they even have their own cafe. This was needed in El Paso.
