On Oct 14, they posted something saying its open until 1a. I take a $15 uber at 9pm here only to see a sign that says they have closed down due to covid. It might be a good idea to update your Google maps and yelp to reflect these changes in your hours of operations for customers dont waste time and money.

I love this place! Ive traveled to dubai, canada, mexico, turkey, etc and this place is def. This was my first time to a hookah lounge. Our hostess/ waitress was extremely knowledgeable on the entire menu, and recommended a delicious option with drinks. The environment was welcoming and the music was perfect. I recommend this lounge for anyone interested in drinks and great hookah. Will visit again. Wish I could rate higher!!

This isnt a normal lounge. They use fruit as a bowl to smoke out of rather than an actual bowl. They made some strong drinks and I didnt go too broke so Im happy.

Talk about a hidden gem right here in El Paso on Mesa! We had a blast and the music was perfect. Drinks were great. Hookah was great. Atmosphere was perfect. Not too crowed on a Friday night.

I cant believe how servers approach your table. One , my server placed his hands and leaned on them in the middle of our table. Two every time the server approach the table my foot was stepped on. Three, server didnt know how to split a group of 2 couples ticket and asked us, Hooooow?, literally. And the drinks sucks and I do not like the music that night.

Great staff... extremely attentive.I have a very unique experience to say the least. My homegirl and I went and was immediately seated and treated greatly. The guys who were next to us began to harass us... I immediately made it clear to the staff and the began to circle us and ask us if everything was okay every 2 mins. They made it clear that there was a cop on duty and if anything to let them know. They did not stop till those men left.Im was extremely satisfied with the service.

Took us about 45 min to get our hookah and drinks. I think the server was new. After we purchased their best hookah offering the lights went on a hr later at 1am to find out it was last call. Think we may be choosing a different location next time. Its a younger hangout. The hookah once it did arrive was very good and the reason they received 3 stars.

I came here on a girls night out and it was pretty fun. The Hooka was clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the drinks and shots were VERY good. (Kinda small, but still good). We were VERY well attended to, there were multiple people to check on us and our server was nice, informative and he let us know what the best thing was on the list (although, Im sure everything is).

It was a grand experience. Waiters are fun, social, ensure your constantly taken care of and the women are lovely. Cocktails are a bit overpriced but taste excellent and worth paying extra for the experience. Would definitely go back without a second thought. Love the light up seats as well.

Highly recommended! Im new to El Paso and I wanted to find a good hookah spot to smoke. I Googled and found this place. Once I got there I was impressed with the 5 star customer service and the cool light up chairs. Felt like something out of L.A. or Las Vegas. The servers make sure your hookah is and coals are good and the drinks are fun to choose from. Great place to relax and or meet people from all walks of life. Check it out and you wont regret it!

Theres so much wrong with this place. The atmosphere is great, but theres so many hidden fees. We came for the college night expecting to pay for a $10 hookah. Turns out that only one person is allowed to smoke it and everyone else is charged a non smoking fee. So instead we decided wed share their standard $22 bowl. We found out that its only good for 3 people, and any additional people pay an extra $5. Then since our party was 5, gratuity is included into our bill. The host continuously took HUGE hits from our hookah to test it. He told us it didnt taste very good, but served it nonetheless. After 30 minutes he said that we should have used it all up, and that were done. We showed him that we could still smoke, and he graced us with another 10 minutes before he decided we were done and took away our hookah. Ultimately it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this at all.

This place was awesome! They had great music and great customer service. Even though inside was closed for an event they had heaters for outside. The guy checking I.Ds was the life of the party! I took away A Star because they refused to talk prices over the phone and even lied saying the price varies depending on the flavor and what you want. For the basics in any flavor on the weekend is $20 and the most expensive is $55 in any flavor. If you are not a smoker you still have to pay a non smoking fee of $10. Single smoke is $12.

My first experience in a hookah bar, I liked the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. The location was smaller than I expected but they did well with what they have.

Im going to give it a 4 its a really nice place really cool very different experience I been to a few hookah lounges and this one is very nice nice music not to loud but very live and nice place chairs kinda killed my back a bit and they didnt let me vape even thought I bought my own hookah but over all a really good experience and by far the best service I have ever received at a hookah place they come by and turned/changed the coals every 20-30 minutes have a very big variety of choices for hookah.

The manager on opening day was very rude!! There was free food, a taco truck, and DJ Diamond was playing the music. I went there to hear her perform. At 1:25am, the manager had the bartender as me to sit near the door as they claimed they were expecting a group of five to be coming. As I went to sit down near the door the bartender turned my chair to face the bathrooms, in a direction that was different from everyone else! Then before I could sit the manager rushed over to me and asked me to leave since I was not smoking!! He did not even give an option to buy a certain amount of drinks to stay and they closed at 2am!!! I did not notice anyone else arrive before closing either! The manager appeared to be kicking out all the non-smokers all evening long!! This is a business that should not be supported by anyone, especially the UTEP current and former students that they are trying to get!! BOYCOTT BAD BUSINESS!!!

I go there regularly, I went for my birthday and they made it a truly amazing experience as well as their hospitable regular Aaron. Great specials throughout the week, including for military. The only thing that could make it better is if it were open on Sunday.

Amazing place! Staff is super friendly and will come check your hookah to make sure it is smoking well, they really know their stuff. Im a big hookah enthusiast - I have 5 pipes of my own at home and have been smoking for several years, and this is my go-to place when I dont wanna have to do the work of setting one up myself. The prices are the best in town too - $10 personal hookah during the week, and $15 during the weekend with upgrades (like fruit and stuff) for a few bucks more. The king puff is DEFINITELY worth it. I dont wanna spoil that surprise because its great.The bar is great, they have awesome specials and a good selection (they carry titos so my gluten free friend loves it) and a good beer selection too. The puffplosion is giant and delicious and worth it.Only downside for me personally is it gets kinda loud on the weekends because they get busy and their DJs are legit, so keep that in mind - it gets pretty crazy and if you wanna take a big group (5+), do the bottle service to reserve a spot. Its totally worth it! Great party spot during the weekend, wonderfully chill during the week.Definitely my favorite hookah spot in town :)

In my personal opinion, the owner has no manners or respect. I was sitting with my friend, we were waiting on people and we had a heater next to us that was turned on when we sat down. A couple minutes after we sat down, he comes and turns the heat to the group next to us and walks away. I always spent money here and came multiple times and always showed nothing but respect. I wont be going to puff anymore.

Ive been around the word from Sevilla to Ny and this place has been the best lounge I have ever been to. They were very attentive to my hookah and kept it very neat the entire night. On top of that they have a great military and college nights on Monday. 10/10 would smoke again.

Worst hookah place ever. For many reasons. The major reason was that my group felt rushed. For a pricey place its not worth it customer service was a 3 out of 20.

The vibe in the lounge is pretty cool and friendly. When I went they had a belly dancer which was kinda cool. The Huka prices are a little high with my experience. It was roughly what youd pay if you were in LA. My biggest complaint is that while there my wife and I were asked to move to these hard Walmart style hard chairs because a larger group had arrived. We declined the request to move and it wasnt an issue but I was a little annoyed that someone would ask.Tip: If the place is almost at capacity figure out another plan. If come to a lounge its not to play musical chairs.

It was my first time in El Paso and as an avid hookah smoker from Houston, I love this place with all my heart. Pieces of my soul are still at Puff. Shout out to Anthony and Kelley for giving us the best service ever. You guys are the BEST!!!Let me start off by saying Puff is hella lit. Going in with a group of 4, their service was quick. The ambiance was PERFECT. They have chairs that light up, different color schemes, great music at the right volume, and unbelievably amazing service. They knew what flavors to suggest based on what you ordered and even double check whether you like the flavor or the hit. They also changed our coals frequently so we wouldnt get harsh hits.On Mondays, they have college nights which are $10 per hookah and the flavors are provided on a different menu (you get what you pay for). Refills are $8 for those hookahs. If you wanted more flavors, they have their premium flavors menu and those are $22? Im not too sure since I went on Monday. Those refills are $12. For the $10 hookahs, its recommended to have one to yourself. It might be a bit pricey, but I stayed there for 5 hours (sorry, by the way) and had 2 refills. My total was ~$32 including a bottle of water which was $3 for anyone that was curious.Once again, I would like to thank Puff for providing us with the best experience possible. The place did get a bit busy (it was a Monday night), but they still tried to go around as quickly as possible. Also, theyre opening up a bar and will be selling appetizers soon -- beginning of next month, I believe -- and Im sincerely sad that I cant go back.

Good atmosphere and good shisha. The service was great and quick. I liked how the staff are all using a wireless device to be connected which made the service good and fast. I went on Saturday night and they had a Dj playing that night. They also have outside seating area if you are looking for a quite environment. I would say it is little pricy for me as college student. but if you do not mind paying thats the perfect place for you.
