Beautifully clean community w/ huge yards, close 2 everything I need, newly remodeled homes r NICE...some w/fireplaces, all homes have a/c units, pool, bb court, tennis courts + PEACEFUL. Great place 2 live.

We just moved into a trailer house here and we live it. Its under new management and they are great. EVERYTHING we have asked for has been taken care of and then some. Judy is amazing! Shes very kind and friendly. Carlos the maintenance man is amazing and efficient at his job. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to buy or rent a mobile home.

Under new management the place is at its best. Remodeled pool and the grounds are kept clean. You need an appt for the office but they are quick to respond.

The homes and the community are very nice and well maintained for the most part. Maintenance is good about fixing any issues quickly. The biggest issue I have about this place is the fact that you can never reach anyone in the office. They never seem to be there, it used to be that you would see them at the beginning of the month to collect the rent but now I never see them even at the beginning of the month. If you try to call and let them know about any changes they wont call back and if you send an email they dont respond.

Just finished seeing a mobile home and I am so impressed with how nice staff was. Reviews seemed bad so I went to see for myself, and I was informed that they are under new management! Staff was so friendly and answered all my questions honestly and promptly. Ill be calling this place my home very soon. Thank you Palm Desert!

Palm Desert is great, Ive been living here since I was 9 months old, but since the new owners got here, they put up a gate here on Turner, and they never open it, kids make it late to school and so do adults trying to go to school or work, and look what happened to the house that burned down because of this stupid gate, the firefighters had to break the chain there, which took quite some time, and by the time they got to the fire, it was too late.I want that gate down so we can all go through there and to get to places faster and the school bus can go through there to drop us off faster

Terrible people in office whenever theyre open and the people have more important stuff to do so they just hang up on you when you call

Palm Desert is a very nice place for kids and adults, but now they put gates at the entrance on turner and they wont open the gate, and now I almost make it late to school because we have to go through the highway and it takes longer

Went to see some mobile homes... ended up buying one. Great costumer service. They dedicate to customers needs.7-5-17 update... So when i got the mobile home, I found some issues and were notified immediately to manager. A year later they still havent fix them. It seems Im going to fix them myself then take the bill to them lets see what happens.02-25-18 update... With new management I feel things will be taken care of. New person in charge is very-very professional, will treat you the way youre suppose to be treated, like a tenant. Added another star for the new management.07-20-18 update... Again new management. i dont know, Im starting to worry a little. The company that owns this property cannot get it right I guess, but Im starting to worry a little because of all the management changing. The pool hasnt open for a this summer and for some reason, i feel, that when they open it the propert rent will go up. Hope not.

My one year lease is over next mont. The maintenance employee there is great. You call him, hes there and he fixes everything that needs fixing immediately. However when we go to the office there is never anybody there though they close at five.

Under NEW MANAGEMENT there greatest. Got jilted by the other manager badly and we know WHY . Were currently renting a singlewide, but were looking to buy a Doublewide. They have renovate ready to sale Dbls. New plans for this MHOME PARK looking good so far.
