Highly recommend! Difficult but fun at the same time! Our group barely escaped but it was our first time so it includes everyone, not just people who are experienced in escape rooms did the TNT themed room. Super cool decor

We did the tnt escape. The scenery was amazing and the creativity and thought that went into it was very entertaining. All the little details there helped create realistic scenery which was so important. We escaped with 30 seconds!! it’s definitely amazing for something at El Paso.

Had a super fun time with my siblings at Operation Outbreak while visiting El Paso in July 2019 from Cali. We had so much fun in the Sherlock Holmes room even though we didnt escape, that we went to lunch and came right back to do the Burial at Sea room and were successful at escaping that room. The staff was very nice and fun, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family activity to do with pre-teens, teens, and adults.

The experiance is one of a kind! The staff is great and super energetic! The Room we did was great and makes for a great team building and leadership development. Its worth every penny and I hope for them to keep expanding in el paso and other locations, will return soon to try other rooms!!

We did the Baker Street Gang room today. It was a challenging adventure that has many puzzles to solve and keeps you busy for the entire hour. My family and I have went to several different escape rooms in three different states. Operation Outbreak has comparable rooms and friendly staff. This was our second time to this place and we will be back.

I have done all the rooms here and all of them are so much fun!!! All of them are so different and complex! Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. One of my favorite puzzles (the key maze) was in one of the rooms and I really enjoyed that too! I can’t wait to return to check out the horror themed room! Amazing and fun place!!! I went for a team outing for work and we had the absolute best time! The customer service is also great. From booking the rooms to the last moment we were there the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Everyone had such a good time! I highly recommend to go visit! I will definitely be back!

Had a fun time attempting the Last Breath room. The room was well thought out, however the room was not setup correctly. Some locks were not locked, which gives away clues and ruins the fun. Some drawers that required passwords also opened without the passwords. You’re supposed to find clues in escape rooms, not them be given to you because the room wasn’t properly setup.

I did the serial killer one and it was really cool and scary! I would really recommend doing it.get ready to be scared

We went to celebrate my birthday with 6 other friends. The experience was challenging but a lot of fun and worth the $27.

The Zombie Game we played was very fun the puzzles were amazing!

My first escape room and we picked one of the harder ones. Did not make it out of Burial at Sea, but still managed to have fun. Got stuck on the first section. We kept trying to almost break things, but were told to stop before we could. Do NOT force anything open. No spoilers, but when we made it to part 2, we found more things out, and solved more clues quickly. Think outside the box dont overthink things.

I’ve been to this escape company a few times now and have done three of the available rooms. All three were fantastic! The owner is very friendly and the puzzles are well thought out and unique. Would definitely recommend!

Love the rooms we have done here and staff is very nice. Also loved that I was able to bring my 2 month old baby in her baby carrier and wear her during the escape room, so I could still get out and do fun things and participate.

Went as part of a corporate event, they have 3 rooms, I was in the Sherlock Holmes Baker Street room. VERY challenging and very well laid out. Highly recommend this place, you will have fun and it is a great team building exercise! The staff was also great, cant wait to go back!

You definitely will not be disappointed!If I’m just being honest......I Had only done one other escape room in Hollywood California at a place called escape hotel. It was an actual hotel with eight different escape rooms. So I wasn’t really sure what to expect coming to El Paso to a place that had two escape rooms and was half the price.The experience was awesome!!!! and though I thought not possible, even better than the hotel with an awesome, passionate, creative owner and friendly staff. (And did I mention the price???) For $20 I figured ‘eh you get what you pay for’ but in this case we definitely got more bang for our buck.Thank you guys so much for an amazing night we haven’t stopped talking about.I never thought feeling so dumb could be so fun ;)Can’t wait to go back.

Great experience! My Director took us to do team building. I had heard of escape rooms but never experienced one. We had a good time and glad El Paso offers something like this. More employers should send their employees here for team building.

Awesome experience! It is a great thing to do on a night out. I have been twice with friends and both times were full of laughter. Both the Baker St. Mystery and Escape the Undead rooms are full of suspense and very well planned. MEGA awesome staff and owner who care about their customer feedback. Sherlock Holms: Bakers Street Mystery..... Wonderful layout with challenging puzzles. The layout is well used (I would assume by the sheer number of players). I didnt like having an additional team with me and my son as I felt they were a hinderence. I by no means blame it on the staff as they were very welcoming and I understand how much revenue it draws. Overall rating taking in to account the challenge level, complexity, cleanliness, and general feel of the room.

I loved my experience here, I have tried the Sherlock Holmes: Baker Street inspired escape room with my team and we escaped with seconds to spare, they also gave us 3 clues, which helped, and a super friendly staff that helped us through the process if we did something wrong. I would like to come again to try out the 3 other escape rooms, especially the newest one.

The outbreak was outstanding. The situation was intense. Time well spent A+ entertainment. Cant wait for the next visit.

My friends and I went the first weekend it opened and I had never gone to an escape room before so I had no idea what to expect. It turned out to be so much fun. It is not a version of a haunted house, it is a room with a backstory and puzzles to be solved. We had a blast and when we heard ideas for future rooms we were excited to come back. When the second room opened, zombie apocalypse, my friends and I went back in a heartbeat. The room was creative and so much more fun as it required a lot more teamwork. The owner really cared about our feedback and ways to improve the rooms or suggestions on future rooms. It is nice to have something unique to do in El Paso. Operation Outbreak is going to be MEGA.

This was so much fun! I liked how our team of 8 all worked together and contributed their own piece to solve the puzzle. It was a bit tricky but so rewarding when we got out!

We went with our manager for team building, we did the bank robbery! It was fun trying to figure out the puzzles to go further in the game. Clues helped LOL. Great staff, highly recommend!

This place was amazing! I went with my 3 sisters during Speing Break and it was a blast. We intended to only do the Baker St. Mystery but after completing the room we had to do the escape the undead and it was wonderful! It was difficult but it was an awesome experience in terms of staff and the rooms! I would definitely recommend for a fun night out with friends, family, etc. Thank you so much!!

Great experience! The owner himself greeted us and went through the rules of an escape room in a very casual, friendly matter. It was our groups first time ever doing an escape room. It was clean and the room itself was challenging enough but also fun. I have to admit I was sweating that we wouldn’t solve the mystery in time. I can’t wait to try any and all other rooms that Operation Outbreak offers. They definitely have a good thing here. Something different that you can’t get anywhere else in the city. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I’m just trying to get on the leaderboard next time!

Operation Outbreak is so much fun and a great team building activity! My friends and I just finished the zombie room which was more fun, more interactive, and more creative than I could have imagined. Puzzle lovers and puzzle haters alike should escape an escape room at least once in their life it’s an experience no one will regret.

AMAZING!!!! Well organized and fun. I have done a few of these is other cities and this was definitely one of the best. I went with a group of my friends earlier in the day and we liked it so much we did the other room later that night!

I had never been to an Escape Room before, I was really excited to check out this place. I had been seeing such positive reviews, but when I went today there was a receptionist there and my group and I were new to this and were looking around excited and when the girl spoke to us she did not sound professional or welcoming at all, it felt like we were bothering her. She made us feel uncomfortable and unhappy with this new situation we were excited to explore so we left. I dont know if this was a bad day, but I wasnt satified with the customer service especially to something I was looking forward to.

Wow! This place is awesome. I was skeptical at first because I had to go here for a work team building exercise, but it totally blew me away. I did the zombie room with some co-workers and we barely got out with one minute left. Im already planning a trip to go back and do the Sherlock Holmes themed room and I heard rumors there may be more rooms in the future. It was honestly a satisfying and challenging experience, they were very helpful with clues so you never got stuck too bad and it never became stale. The clues were difficult, but not so much so that it was impossible. I highly recommend this to do with a group of friends.

Very disappointed. They split you up into groups so I had to group up with some strangers instead of my daughter which it was her birthday by the way. The challenge was in the dark and the rooms were lame. Ive been to a couple of these in different cities so I was excited to take my daughter for her birthday here because Ive always had a good time at the other ones but this was one was pretty disappointing.

Did the zombie outbreak room and was actually able to get through with our team haha. Super fun!

Room was fine. I wasnt a fan about being paired up with different groups of people though. With 10 people crowded into a room, some in the team didnt have a chance to solve puzzles because others would completely take over the clues and not care to share the information.

It was an amazing team work experience. I really recommend it for families.
