Was able to enquire about many products very easily. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked the sales girl Ashley and Brianna and was very especially impressed at how friendly and helpful they are. .They always know exactly where in the store I could find what I wanted. This contrasts greatly with other stores. They make shopping very easy and I will recommend this amazing store to my friends!! Keep up the great work.

One of the most comfortable conversations that I’ve had with a store clerk/employee. I felt comfortable asking her anything. She gave me positive feed back and answered all my questions in a manner at which she me me understand everything. Definitely would recommend this place and I definitely would go there again.

They are very knowledgeable in the products they sell. Very friendly and very approachable. Would give 10 stars if I could. The shop looks very clean and well organized. The bathrooms arent dirty. It has a chill relaxed atmosphere.

I was sceptical going in because from the front it looks ran down and skeevy. I was pleasantly surprised. It was super clean and well lit. The manager was super cool. Her name is Savannah. (I hope I spelled that right.) A really good selection of product too. Lots of toys and videos. Ill definitely be going back when I need to spice things up again.

Worst customer service the girl working the night shift acts like she doesn’t get paid by the hour. Has the door open the lights on and wants to tell me she’s closed. Like it would’ve killed her to make one more sale. I will never go back there again just because of her

So I had gone in this store a long time ago, and other adult stores as well..I had never ever had an employee be so helpful and be so knowledgeable in all the products in store SAVANA was freaking amazing. My husband and myself, had all these questions and She was LITERALLY able to answer each and every single one of them... We were there Tue. Feb 04,2020. Early as well lol.. She made both of us feel so comfortable.Thanks Savana, girl your are the creal MVP... YASSSSS... oh and vwe will be back for sure.

Lovely place, I was far to shy to ask for help and the person working the count came up and ever tactfully asked if I need help. Giving me alot of information and helping me leave far more satisfied.

Way too pushy selling. As soon as I walked in, they started pushing sales. They wouldn’t let me look at all the toys I wanted to see, and when getting a toy that interested me, they started telling me why that one is bad for me If I want an 18 inch double headed dong, just let me buy it in peace

I went in not really knowing what I was looking for and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products from beginner products to more refined taste. Bonnie did an amazing job and due to her knowledge base, friendly and amazing attitude we will definitely go back.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. They believe in good products and will not offer you something that you dont need; and they will help you avoid buying something you will probably regret.So far Bonnie and Carolina have never steered me on the wrong direction.Note:I found this store online but I never noticed it before even though I drive on I-10 every morning to go to work. That construction project is really screwing these guys out of more customers.Its a great relief that their business hours are so flexible that you can pretty much go during any time of the day (after traffic dies off).

I had a great time for being the first time I visit

I think by far the worst experience I have had. Too pushy in the products they are selling. Started shopping from Sunland all the way to El Paso enjoyed all the other stores. Stopped at this one after about 15 minutes of being pushed on the most experensive product I finally had enough and left. One of the employees took a picture of me and my significant other and tried to hide it once I had caughter them taking the photo. Tried to get the corporate offices number due to it being a HIPPA violation, and no one has helped me. Please be aware when going into this store.

April was super nice, competent, and confident in what she was selling!

Sales clerk marketed a lube as being natural with no sugars (very prone to yeasties). Come to find out, the product does contain sugars or sugar like compounds that fly under complicated scientific names that hide in the Ingredients label.They try to upsell thier lubes and cleaners. Dont fall for it!
