BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN CLEAN COOL HAS POOL AND CLUB HOUSE FOR PARTIES AND POLE ROOM AND EXERCISE ROOM AND USED TO HAVE A PLAYGROUND BUT THAT IS THE ONLY MAJOR PROBLEM

All I can say is I know somebody that lives there. This is a manufactured home park. This is a gated place you need a code to get in. This place is very clean and safe also quite. This place also has a large swimming pool with restrooms and the weight room.

Only there to look over a home it was clean quiet well maintained for a gated community.

Well theyve came a long ways since i was a kid growing up as a kid where they build this Palms Of El Mirage use too be nothing but desert and we use too go out there hunting and shooting old cans and bottles with our pellet guns that was over 50 yrs ago never knew what all that the people of the town of Surprise And The Town of El Mirage would ever come together and build such a wonderful place in our play as kids that was our play ground and now theres plenty of family homes build there good job and lots of friendly families living there now GREAT IDEAL ABOUT BUILDING THE HOMES THERE SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND WELL NEEDED IN ITS PLACE.....
