The view and and tranquility of the ocean was awesome. They rented horses and atv for me. On top of that I met and married my wife there.5stsrs for this place. A+ services. I recommend to everyone seeking to have many new long lasting friends.

I unfortunately had a bad experience. I am currently looking to rent a 1bd. Mobile Home After 12 yrs. in a section8 housing list my name finally reached the top.Anyways back to the Mgr. Rocky; Right away upon meeting him at his office He had a chip on his shoulder He is not a people person. I looked at the rental & I was impressed & proceeded back to the office where he gave me application (never have I seen a application like this)He made it perfectly clear to bring it back with no blank pages & a $25.00 money order.As soon as I started filling it out is where the ? Able unsure to why the landlord of where I previously lived had to fill out.I got the $ order & returned with my paper work for him that section8 requires & the application.As soon as he saw that page blank he started telling at meTO LEAVE HIS PROPERTY NOW. I was trying to simply just say sir I have a learning disability that sometimes prevents me from completing task.He did not want to hear me & he probAly couldnt HEAR ME.THRIWING THE $ ORDER & APPLICATION BACK AT ME TELLING ME TO LEAVE NOW.I WAS in complete shock & cryed while I was driving. It takes a lot to make me cry.THIS MAN IS A GRUMPY PERSON WHI SHOULDNT BE DOUNG THAT JOB......

Very nice, well cared for and welcoming, good location

It has nice people and a swimming pool . Plenrly of spaces available. And their are RV rental spaces available if you are just passing through. With gas and groceries rt across the street.

Clean, well kept, pool. Price average.

My mother and I just moved in and so far we love it. The carpet couldve been better with the smell of dog or cat, however, we have faith in management that theyll clean the carpet properly for us. Other than that along with minor items that need to be repaired/replaced we love it. One of our highlights is the neighborhood is very quiet which is the way we love it; that was a must for us because we are very quiet and peaceful people. Also, the manager seems to be on top of everything here (MOST IMPORTANT)as I stated before we are very pleased. Another highlight is the community is surrounded by stores, banks, restaurants etc.. that was a must for us as well. If something changes our view well do a review but I doubt we will ever have anything unpleasant to say. God bless.

Kind of a dump

Nice elderly park but the Manager Rocky is a very piss pure load yelling noisy peace of shot. That does need to be dialing with the public or the ed)early people at all

Quiet, grounds maintained. Most mobile homes are in good condition. Plenty of amenities.

Nice small community mobile home park, neighbors watch out for each other, feels safe. Over 55, no children

Not a very pleasant place . The resedemts are mean rude and on the violent side.
