Seats were well spaced. Food was good but beware it is a limited menu. The bar is very limited with only two drinks offered and no wiggle room. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise we enjoyed the experience very much. Felt safe and it felt good to go back to the movies.

Popcorn and soda was delivered to my seat. Watched as they cleaned thoroughly. They do contact tracing and seats are spaced. Loved it.

Friendly service. Limited menu . Our only problem was we were the only 2 people in the movie theatre except for one other person that sat in front of us. I purchased the tickets online a week before the show and no 1 had chosen any seats. The seats in front are not 3 away from you The whole movie theatre was empty so they could choose any other seat. It just didnt make sense to me and my son.

With the Covid Restrictions some may be worried about what steps that AMC has taken to ensure safety of customers.Youll find that they have limited the capacity of the movie theaters so you wont have to worry ahout their being too many people. I went around 2 am and it was relatively empty.They ask for information to contact you, i believe this is in the case that someone gets sick.They ask you to order your food before the movie, if you want any additional food, youll have to go out.In addition they ask customers to wear mask during the movie unless theyre munching.Lastly, the movie theater did a great job of cleaning the restrooms, providing hand sanitizing, and cleaning wipes, as well as food was placed in closed containers before serving.In conclusion, the decision to go to the theater is a want and not a need. So go only at your own risk and treat yourself to their delicious dry-rub wings.

This is my first time here for a birthday surprise. We came to the AMC dine in. It was awesome. Its in side a mall, I didnt know. The seats are comfortable the service was great, you get a waiter who was very nice. Ill come back next time with my friends and we will explore the mall.

Staff was great. The theater was great. The screen wasnt so great. The screen was blurry/out of focus. The movie wasnt bright or vivid enough. I could barely tell what was going on in the movie. Im thinking that the lights might have been too bright.

Was very good n convenient apart from everyone great. Felt like first class. Except food didnt taste like what we order n little less warm but was cover up nicely in tray.

In the days of reclining seats, the big seats have no leg support. Audio quality is substandard.

AMC DINE - IN Menlo Park 12 is the best. Theres a really cool bar and reception area to chill in should you arrive early. The theater itself is massive. Ushers, Cashiers and Servers/Bartenders are readily available, and service is a above par.Imagine chillaxing with an awesome cocktail while you enjoy a flick. We saw 21 Bridges which was entertaining. They offer traditional and gourmet popcorn, an enticing array of entrees and appetizers, plus desserts! Really cool experience either before or after retail therapy.

1. sound volume very low.2. seats are good.3. very disturbing due to food servers. i guess there should be rule that you place your order in first 10 min only / before entry. may help in creating less disturbance.4. our movie was supposed to be CC. but there were never any CC. plus the low volume made the movie barely understandable.5. Food is so so and way overpriced.we never went again.

My kids love it but as adult we werent really impressed. Sound for the theater could be better. Also, the food is average. We had a Coke yesterday and it was almost like water. French fries were also average. Loved the nachos though . Overall an average experience..

Great service during the Covid issues...

First we had an issue with the kiosk purchasing the tickets. My friend was charged but we received no tickets. Thankfully the manager was very helpful and quickly fixed the issue for us. Then during the movie we were ordering food and explicitly stated we could not have the chicken in the appetizer combo FOR HEALTH REASONS and requested if it could be substituted with French fries instead. The waitress agreed but then didnt tell us it couldnt be done and instead brought the meat out. We asked again for help with this and she said that she can only remove the meat and couldnt add any substitutions nor mark the price down if were literally losing a portion of food. The lack of communication was unacceptable and they brought out the same plate with greasy smears of the chicken still on it. If someone is requesting a substitution for health reasons, especially one that is CHEAPER than the original, there shouldnt be such subterfuge and unrelenting refusal to assist. We were also one of the first ones in the theater and one of the last to be served. Customer service is definitely lacking. I would give 1 star but the manager was really amazing.

I dont typically go to this AMC location, but its was the only one playing a movie I was interested in at a good time. When my friend and I walked in, after buying tickets ahead of time, we went to the pick up kiosks, which were all out of order...Okay, stuff happens its fine. When we got to our seats, we noticed there were people sitting in them and we politely told them we had those tickets which the people then proceeded to tell and show us, to my surprise, that they had bought the same exact tickets. Not sure how that happened but whatever we just sat in some empty seats. When we got in we expected a server to come up to us and we didnt want to be rude about it so we waited and waited and finally decided to press the call button. After being told 3 times that we were going to be helped, no one showed up until the middle of the movie and we didnt get our food until the movie was practically over. I dont usually write reviews but the fact that they sold our tickets to someone else and we didnt get served until the movie was over really bothered me and Im finding it very unlikely for me to ever go there again.

It was a wonderful experience because I had never heard of the dinner combined with the movie thing before I went. It is just so convenient for anyone to not have to worry about going out to eat and missing part of the movie youre seeing afterwards. It can all happen in the same place. Food isnt spectacular but then again spectacular food costs a lot of money typically. Definitely my favorite place to see a movie.

Absolutely love this theater. It’s out of the the city, conveniently located in a mall, which I love because the Cheesecake Factory is in there and I typically like to eat a nice meal and then go catch a movie and have a drink. I especially like the recliners. The waiters and waitresses are really nice and attentive. Didnt wait long for drinks and they didnt interrupt the movie to bring the patrons food or drink during. If you are from the inner city like myself I dont mind driving out to Jersey to have a relaxing dinner and a movie. Might even be able to do a little shopping in the mall too.

Honestly, could be better! The seats are cushy, Ive never (personally) had a problem with the staff, and its convient that its at the Mall. It also chooses to carry lots of different films, including this past week many Oscar nominated films that have been out of theaters for a while.But the theater has major issues. The upholstery on many of the chairs are peeling. And the sound bleeds between the theaters. For example, while watching Parasite, I could clearly hear Star Wars explosions from next door ruining quiet scenes. Sometimes the theater doors arent closed, because food is being bussed in, and noise from the hallway can be easily heard.The food is so so. Its hard to justify the price of the theater food when the mall food court is next door. I like the novelty of dinner and a show but I wish the quality matched the price.

Great theater wonderful seating and view of the screen no matter what row yu are seated in. Clean theater. I was a lil upset that, my show didnt have a matinée. I went to see a Madea funeral, the first showing was after 1:00pm... No matinée price was offered.

Ive been to this movie theater a bunch and it is usually a fine experience. The food is pretty decent in the eat in sections as well. It is on the pricey side overall for tickets and food, but going on tuesday nights helps that. The service is usually a little under par as well. Last time there I had a full pink lemonade almost spilled on me since the runner was rushing. The server also came during a very climactic part of the movie to explain our check to us, which was wrong and we had to explain it 2 more times. I wish they would tell them what are bad times of the movie to go down, but it is part of the rick of going there. It is always clean there as well.

Very comfortable way to relax and enjoy a movie. My 4 star rating is given for that reason and that reason alone. Also, not all rooms have the big, comfy, reclining chairs! You have to make sure your getting the tickets for a room that has them, or you will be very disappointed. You cam see the difference in the chairs in the pics I have posted here.The prices for the food and drinks is very overpriced. For 2 drinks, 1 mixed drink & 1 glass of sangria, I was charged almost $25 w/o any tip included. The food isnt up to the quality of a fine dining establishment, however the prices for the food is listed as if it was!So, if youre planning to have a night out at the movies and you plan on having a meal and some drinks, you may want to stop somewhere else to eat amd drink!!!! It literally took them over an hour to bring out our popcorn!

I should have taken a picture of the Big Bite Sampler because it was horrible. The food was cold and the chicken was undercooked. The two best things were the strawberry margarita and the movie. The ladies room had a limited supply of soap, which was surprising at a 7pm show on a Friday night. Usually this theater has very good food, drinks and the bathroom is well stocked and clean.

Like go to a place to watch movies when I feel like eating at the same time. They also have a full bar so that makes it easy to enjoy a drink and watch your favorite movie. Always clean and if you plan it right you can shop before or after.

This place is usually great. But during my last visit someone stole my credit card information and charged $30 to my card the next day. I called customer service and they told me to call the theater. Apparently no one answers the phone at this establishment. Called them 15x throughout my day and not one time did someone answer the phone. Called customer service again and was told to take it up with my bank

It is located at the Staten Island mall. Convenient to browse around the stores before or after a movie. I went with a couple of friends, we were early for the next show, so went upstairs where they have a big areaWith lounges, bar and food with glass walls,shaded, that you can the whats around. And we caught up on each other,being we havent seen each other for a while. Very nice experience.

1 very low screen brightness. 2 I can hear the trailer of wonder woman 1984 when watching little women very clearly. 3 staffs constantly coming and going for tips and that kinda stuff, staten islands better, just order ahead of the show. 4 menu light between the seat wont go out, very distracting.

Great theatre, great food and service. This is our favorite movie theatre. We go out our way to go here. They also serve alcohol which is fun for date nights and such. They are always very clean as well even when theyre busy which amazes me.

The movie was excellent! But the server Troy was rude and disrespectful. I spoke with the manager Asia regarding his behavior. Let me just say that anytime a staff member stands in front of your view requesting payment while the movie is still going is rude. Next time it wont end so pleasantly. Troy needs to play his position. Corporate will be notified. Five movie tickets isnt anything, he needs to be retrained!

Im disappointed that theyve been skimping on the food. I ordered the mac & cheese with bacon and chicken and they barely put any mac & cheese in the bowl. The food is always lukewarm. Im happy with everything else just not the food part. I suggest going to a restaurant instead of ordering a meal here.

Going in was great, food service during movie, not so much. Server never came around to ask about refills or even give us the bill. He had to catch us as we were leaving the movie! And then they gave us the wrong bill and no direction where to go to get our bill or where to pay. Dont think well be back!

It was neat to try. Overall I did not like the distraction of waiters when trying to watch a movie. It felt like cocktail service at a comedy show. It was fun to try at a movie i didnt overly care about. I wouldnt recommend for a movie you are excited to see.

The dine in theater could use an update. The food selection and prices were good/reasonable. Service members were attentive. Id say the worst part was how unkempt the restrooms were. Actually pretty disgusting! All the same its a reflection of the entire experience. Thumbs down.

Saw Lion King 3D. I love that you pick your seat in advance. Seats are really comfortable and I dont think theres a bad one in the house. Dining menu is decent for a movie theater.

I was surprisingly disappointed with this AMC theater on Saturday night. I took my sister here since she is not from New Jersey. Everything went well except for the food and drinks. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food to come. When our food finally arrived, it wasn’t hot and the alcoholic beverage was not good. For the price, it could have been a lot better. My sister was disappointed with how long we waited and so was I because the movie was almost over. I know it doesn’t happen often at this theater but that night, the wait was entirely too long and the drinks were mediocre.

An excellent dine in movie theater with an operating drinking bar. It also has waiters and waitresses that take food orders at your reclining seat. Located in the Menlo Park Mall of Edison, NJ.

The dinner thing didnt work for me. My salad had half the ingredients missing. The waiter apologised and immediately brought me what I ordered. Better food and cheaper to eat out and then go the movie or order hamburgers, might taste better than my salad. The food at the movie isnt cheap so plan to spend $100+.

It was the worst. $55 for movie and meal. My meal was Cold - Hamburger with fries, they literally gave me 8 fries. My husband chicken quesadilla taste like leather. Manager refuse to address the issue once notified. We were not the only One I took photos of other people who didnt eat their food either after movie. Date Night Gone Bad

Easy accessible theater and the well sized auditorium. Seating are great. Parking is very near to theater. you need to take the elevated path to reach the top floor for the open parking. There is closed parking in the basement. Foods are OK and the Smoothies are awesome. If you dont feel like eating or something, you can order a cup of coffee and the simple fries basket.

Theater and dine in service was great. Cheese burger and beer was a little pricey ($27.95) but delicious.

The chicken fingers here were horrible. The breading was not good at all. It was the kind of breading that was crunchy, but also fell off of the chicken very easily. The chicken was also bland, as if they had not seasoned it at all. To make it all worse, the chicken was cold.

Enjoy the dine in theatres bcuz u can get the food u want not just snacks. And the seats are very comfortable, and the surround sound is awesome!

If you are going to the movies, this is THE ONLY WAY TO SEE THEM!!! You HAVE TO SEE MOVIES IN THE AMC PREMIER RECLINERS IN THE DINE-IN THEATRE!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Plus, I can have a nice mixed drink with my meal!!! They have a fully stocked bar for you to order from, the only downside is that it is SUPER EXPENSIVE!!! ALSO, Not all movies are presented in the theatres with the premier recliners.... SO, make sure you check the theatre before you decide to go!!!

One of the nicer dine in movie theaters in the tri state area. The service here is good, our food was served very quickly and without ruining any of the film watching experience. The movie was terrible but its not the theatres fault, but luckily the staff more than made up for the pisspoor cinema

This is one of my favorite theaters to go to. I suggest an improvement to the seats be made. They are starting to feel worn out, and some look that way. The service has always been great, so no issues there.

While the wait staff was nice, we (more than one patron in the theater) expressed our concerns that the projector was out of focus prior to the movie starting. They said theyd get it taken care of. However, the projector was never adjusted and the entirety of the film (The Lighthouse) was blurry. It was a terrible experience and Im sure NOT the way the filmmaker intended us to watch the movie. AMC needs to seriously step up their game when it comes to staffing their theaters. Films are intricate works of art, not just popcorn fair. We come for an experience and this was one, in a bad way.

The server failed to bring us our check. While we were walking out started shoving them into peoples hands. When I spoke to management,after the server stated it was his fault he was behind on his Pune failure to preform his duties the manager didn’t even bother discussing the issue,offered no resolution.The chair in front of mine was broken so I couldn’t walk though the isle.In addition the server never returned to offer any refills or anything even with the server light on.We will never return to this AMC again.

The waiters were not attentive and the theater could use an update, the chairs rock but dont recline, Some of the chairs had huge rips on them and although the food was good it was way over priced. I rang for a waiter to order popcorn and some candy, they brought the popcorn but never got us the candy. When it was all said and done I paid well over $100 for a movie, popcorn, two hamburgers and two margaritas (which Im not even sure they actually added alcohol to.). Next time I will get something to eat and drink, then just go to Secaucus or Jersey city where the chairs are new and do recline.

Service was excellent and very attractive. Eclectic menu from bar service (must be 18, show proof) with appetizers, entrees; pizzas, burgers, salads, wraps, fish and chips, and deserts. Children s menu, soft drinks, popcorns (and gourmet flavors) juices, etc. Good portions (provide take out containers with lids. Prices reasonable (still less expensive than the theater). Parking is free.

Recently came to this theatre for the Friends 25th Anniversary showing. The theater had technical difficulties which delayed our showing about an hour. Management went above and beyond by comping our food and giving us free tickets. We were able to stay and wait and enjoyed the show. Staff is always friendly every time I come here. The reclining seats are also comfy and a perk!

It was my 1st x and I went with my daughter to see frozen 2 and it was a really great experience!!! The food was amazing ,being able to have a nice cold blue moon and relax was a nice ending to my day.....

Not worth the $$$. Employees are very nice and helpful but the food and seats (rocking, non reclining and with lights in between that dont shut off) arent worth it. Also the waiters and waitresses going constantly back and forth (no fault of their own) is distracting. Id rather go to a regular AMC theater.

My 1st time back to this theater since Ive moved out of NJ. Came back home to visit family and we decided to go to the movies for my birthday. It was a large group of us, about 13. And our server ,Teraye (I hope Im spelling his name correctly) was Great!! Very nice and attentive. Service with a smile. Definitely will be back. Thanks again for making our evening Very pleasant.

Very nice experience. The food wasnt that great though and the menu variety was minimal. However the service was good and dinner was served in a timely manner as not to disrupt the movie viewing. Service was friendly.

Comfy seats, food is okay. For the price you pay, not worth it. Don’t buy food when you go there not worth it. The staff is nice, sometimes. Ordered two sodas never got them after complaining 3 times. Still didn’t get them. You’re better off going to linden.

I’ve been here before but this time I ordered the chicken wings. The server told me you get 8-10 boneless wings, I got 5 which were mostly breading. It was supposed to come with 3 salted cucumber spears I got 3 warm unsalted spears. All that for $11.99. The drink was $5.49 and no refills. Then during the end of the movie she came over twice to interrupt asking if i signed the credit card slip yet. From now on I will eat before the movie.

This is the first theater in the area to offer waitress service and serve alcohol which is pretty cool, that being said although the servers are nice the service was a little slow

The movie theater is always clean and 21 Bridges was great. But our waitress acted like she wanted too be anywhere but there. That is the reason for 4 not five.

Very good with the premium recliners def worth it but the food and drinks are on the rise but the mozzarella sticks where like chips and they where very good so no real complaints.

My first experience at a Dine-In theater and it was great! I enjoyed it and would go again.

Best part about this theater is reserved seating, roomy seats. We picked the middle section 5th row and the seats do not adjust so it was a little awkward for eating. Sticky floors sticky menus. Lights are dim in theater but you could actually see the residue on menus, tray and cup holders. Our waiter was pleasant. The menu is Pricey: Eg.$17.49 for chicken tenders and fries. Ordered a couple of drinks and second entree. We received our orders very quickly and food was hot. I didn’t mind paying more for dine in service so much until I tasted the food, it was not good!! Nice presentation disappointing flavor. Tasted like microwaved food. Soft pretzels were tough. You have the option to order classic theater treats like popcorn and candy instead of a meal. Next visit I think we will do that and have dinner at a near by restaurant likely for less. Also, bathrooms were filthy. Hand dryers disgustingly dirty use paper towel.

One of the best movie theatres Ive been to by far. I am never unsatisfied when I come here. Very clean place, friendly people and Great service. Been a customer since I was a kid and Ive never had any bad feelings towards this place.

If you like waiting a long time for your food then this is the theater for you. I ordered our food before 1pm and half our order came out at 2:44pm. This is the longest I have ever had to wait for food! Unbelievable! Will never visit this location again!

The theater is nice. The food and drinks were good, and it wasnt too cold. I was hoping the seats reclined, but it wasnt that important. I dont think I saw an arcade section in the theater at all though.

Its a nice place, but not particularly clean. Our tables were clearly dirty. The popcorn and butter were not hot and there was no salt with the popcorn.

It’s getting a bit worn but I was often a regular here. They need to mop the floor sometimes and replace their seating. The service is great though.

The theater part is good and is like any other theater. They have really nice recliners but they are getting old. Some of them arent as comfortable as they used to be. The staff is really nice and the place is usually clean.The food leaves a lot to be desired for how expensive it is. Easily costs twice the price of tickets to have a meal here. Your best bet is to eat beforehand and enjoy the recliners and the movie without the overpriced food. The servers are nice but service can be slow. Skip the meal, watch the movie!

I live in Pennsylvania, I visited my friend in New Jersey and we decided to go for a movie since I havent been to the cinema in New Jersey before and I have been visiting for six years. When we got to AMC omg! The movie room looks different from what I have seen in my city. I had so much fun, of course, we went in with our popcorn and soda. I love the comfort of their chair, it operates in a way that you can lay down if you want to and the cushion is very soft. The room was quiet, no phone call distractions or unnecessary noise till after the movie, unlike other cinemas I have been to. I have been to many movie rooms but this is exceptional.I cant wait to visit AMC again when next i come to New Jersey.

Always good to lounge back before and during a movie.To recline back with a beer and good company for a movie even better!

Had an error trying to buy movie tickets and ended up not being allowed to go in. All but 1 kiosk was broken. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Never coming back.

The Harriet Tubman movie was inspirational despite its central theme of slavery, a foreboding institution.Her courage and even her compassionately guided reverence leads one to believe in the power of her faith and in those who followed her.She was brave and a lightening rod of hope.On the issue of dining in one must try the warmed brownie dessert bowl and yes the french fries are hot in tempersture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Service was prompt and attentive.I have alway enjoyed this spot!

The place is perfect, sold out tickets but its so organized you dont feel like its crowded. Meal prices a little above average but still fine. Police presence to make sure everything is fine, young waiters willing to assist you, comfortable chairs. No regrets.

Seats are comfy, food is okay but absurdly expensive as is to be expected, but dont pay cash. I had a $10 tab, gave a $20 bill and asked for change. My server disappeared and I never saw her again despite asking several other servers. I tried again as I was leaving, but it was 130am and i couldnt find anybody. I hope she enjoyed her $10 tip because nobody at AMC will be getting one from me ever again.

Food is fine. I just go for a movie there and not interested in the dining. The servicing size for nachos is huge that you can easily split it between 3. So check the serving sizes before you order. Comfortable seating and good accoustics..

I been to this location many time roughly 35 times and I drive from bushwick Brooklyn all I can say is its very nice , clean , nice staff , good drinks and food.
