Playtime Boutique is probably the most respectable adult store Ive been to. Staff is extremely helpful and understanding of questions you may be shy about asking normally. Lets start off by saying Im a online shopper. That being said this was my first time going to a brick and morter adult store. When you walk you are greeted by the employees. You notice right away that the store is VERY CLEAN!! Huge plus in my book. This store is geared toward the high end category of toys. They have a huge selection of basically anything you want. And im sure if they dont have it they can get it for you. The employees are super helpful. Theres no reason to be shy because in that kind of business they hear everything. I had questions and they had answers. They arent pushy trying to get you to buy something you dont want. They will recommend things that they personally have. But it stops there. I was so comfortable that I will be bringing my wife back because shes the conservative type and they will make her feel comfortable. Dont pass by this place. Stop in. You wont be disappointed!!

This place is 5 stars time ten. Everyone there is so sweet and they make sure you have a good time as soon as you walk in. Jessica especially. Shes truly an adult store genius and runs that place with astounding leadership. She runs a tight ship and makes sure her staff are experts in what they sell. This is by far and wide the single greatest adult store in the tri-state area. the employees are amazing and knowledgable about every product they sell right down to the very T. Jessica, the general manager, is the sweetest delight, and she walked me through my entire purchase and calmed my anxiety and worries about being here. As I read through some of these reviews I noticed that everyone that gives this place a bad review recently are just salty because they are trying to win one over on them and don’t get it. This place is wonderful. The staff treats you with nothing but the up most respect. This place is 1,000 times better than any other variety store. Even if it’s a adult variety store it’s still retail. Retail stores have rules and if you don’t follow them then you will either get in trouble and or get kicked out. So as a customer be mindful and respectful.

Worker kicked us out and threatened to call police because we opened a pair of stockings we were going to buy no matter what. She waited until we paid for our items to ask us to leave. The other person didnt even feel comfortable making her purchase because the employee was so hostile.
I purchased 3 dvds and received 1 free on 2/18/2019. On Saturday we left for a vacation in Mexico for 1 week. Returning home on March 2nd. I removed the plastic on the 4 dvds and inspected them. 2 were ok but the other 2 were not. The dvd was not the correct dvd for the case. I went to the store and explained this to the girl behind the counter. The dvds were in pristine condition but not the correct ones for the case advertisement. All I wanted was to exchange these 2 incorrect ones for 2 new ones. I paid $8.00 and change for 3 and got one free. So we are talking about $13.50 for the 2 incorrect ones. She called her Manager and they refused to exchanged them. I really felt like they thought I was trying ot put one over on them. For $13.50 they lost a customer. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and won the dispute. I will now complain to the BBB. All for $13.50. I would advise any one that buys a dvd from these merchants to open the bos and make sure your not getting the bait and switch trick. Make sure the correct item is in the box. Next time I will go to the adult store in Woodbridge. You lost a customer for 13.50... Not a good way to run a business !!!

I was a long time customer here, but the products became lower quality over time- last straw was buying 3 items here, all defective, and not being allowed to return any of them. Save your money and avoid this store and its terrible customer service and low product quality.

The playtime boutique was the first toy store I had ever been, and i love it. Me and my wife have been here numerous times to shop for toys, and her cute little nervous butt deep down gets a thrill from shopping at toy stores with me..lol. They have a clearance rack with awesome deals which i always hit up. To be honest one of our favorite toys came from the clearance rack and was a full 50% off. Definitely a return customer and appreciate the selection available. Nothing but a pleasure..pun intended lol
