I recently moved to the area and this has to be one of the BEST locations in the valley. Every time I’ve come, every employee goes above and beyond to educate their customers and make them feel welcome. I always leave with something new to try and I’m never disappointed. Always recommend my friends here too, 5 star experience every visit!!

I love it! I was really shy coming in but the employees were great they made me feel so comfortable and they were so informative. They took their time and really helped me open up. Will definitely be coming back!

The store itself is fine, it’s the employees and the lack of training they have on selling the products in this store that I have a problem with. I called before making the (long) drive to see if they had a product in stock that I’ve been looking for in multiple different stores. They didn’t know what the product I wanted was so I explained and the woman on the phone said “Ohhhh! Yes we have many of those in stock.” I said “great” and made my way over. When I got there and looked around for a while, I felt like I might just be looking past it so I decided to ask if they had the product I called about. They tried selling me something way different from what i described.......I figured “whatever, nothing I can do about their mistake” so I said “alright well since I’m here and this is also a smoke shop, I just bought my first zippo. I don’t know much about it, can you sell me whatever I need to use to fill it”? They very confidently sold me some butane, I come home, put it in my lighter, realize it doesn’t work, then I see on google that butane is not for Zippos..... such an annoying experience.

Just bought a ecigg yesterday and already having problems with it. Stuck with it since all sales are final. Didnt know that since it only states it on the receipt after I already paid for it. Cheap crappy products at high prices.
