I had a complete blast at this place. It’s friendly service and a lot of fun to do flips and other stuff. I had a couple problems though. If your looking to go to a place to do advanced flips and flipping I would try something a little more professional. Because I wanted to do doubles so BADLY but couldn’t because of the rules. But I had a ton of fun there too. I try to go once a month with friends because it’s a very fun place and convenient. I am going to go soon and can’t wait. This pandemic is so weird and to get out and have some fun is really a blessing.

I took my little brother to get some energy out on the trampolines a few weeks ago. We absolutely loved it! It was a bit busy and got a little crowded at times. Thankfully there wasnt much wait time for anything and we were able to jump to our hearts content. My only problem was the price, I would love to go more often but its not worth it except for special occasions.

Sky Zone is an amazing place for k8ds and adults to hang out. Specially being in MN during winters we need a place like Sky Zone for the kids to run around and drain their energy...!!I would recommend this place to one and all. We always like a trampoline park as its a great place to get the kids some exercise and have it be fun. It was easy to find via Google maps. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because there were a lot of peoplebyet there were parts not open. Not sure if its because they didnt have enough staff. Im also guessing we have to redo the waivers every year as I feel like I keep having to re-sign the waivers.

Spent a good 20 minutes+ in line waiting to check in. We had completed the waiver online on October 15 (per my email) and were informed there was new ownership as of October 1, so we needed to complete it again. The screens they have at the location were not easy to scroll down (suggest you just have normal keyboards and mice). I was clearly annoyed with all of this but the staff member was patient and walked me through it.

Our first experience was a Sunday Toddler Time. They just upgraded their computer system so everyone needed to sign a waiver. No big deal...except they had ONE person working. The line was out the door. As a children’s attraction the management should know what it’s like to wait 20 minutes in line with two toddlers and hire/schedule more staff. Definitely left an sour taste in my mouth and have no plans to go back anytime soon.

Regularly understaffed. And expensive when you break it down. You can go to Valleyfair all day for $34, and two hours at Sky Zone is $25, plus $3 for socks. We remembered to bring my sons pair of socks from last time, but I couldnt help but notice all of the plastic packaging the socks come in, which are not recyclable. I see from others below that if you bring socks from a competitor, youre not allowed to use them, BUT, you can trade them in for free Sky Zone socks. This is crazy. Then another pair of socks is wasted - what a terrible business practice and bad for the earth.Speaking of the earth - there are absolutely NO recycle bins anywhere in the place - very disappointing. Looks like management only responds to positive reviews here so Im sure nothing will change for the better based on customer feedback.

Way over price for birthday parties... They claim to provide table clothes and decor but they dont, and if you want to decorate you have to bring 3m puddy no tape allowed. You cant enter the party space early to decorate as well (even though they claimed decor was provided) you are on a time limit so if you pan a birthday party here you end up with about 10mins for cake, Ice cream, and gifts or plan to only have the kids jump for 10 mins... Because the hour and a half time frame you pay for is to get every thing done including jump time they kick you out promptly when your time is up... Best bet bring the kids just to jump and do the party at home!

Fun place... But many annoyances. The most transparently mercenary was when my wife got cornered and chastised by the manager because she was wearing trampoline park socks from a different trampoline park and hadnt purchased sky zone specific trampoline socks. If love to hear the argument as to what superior sky momentum inhibiting, fall prevention technology - platinum level - these specific socks have that the competition doesnt. Obviously its all about the money. One of many things that broke the rule of dont be evil... Or dont be stupid... Both good rules... We had a good time apart from the small poisons to our happiness that occurred throughout. Our daughter had a blast at toddler time

Follow-up: I was told after weeks of research (checking video) Kale the manager told me I was a liar and that my son left with his boots on. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. If you go, take your kids jackets, boots, shoes etc. With you. The place is a mess. I would find some other place to go for these activities.Original review:My son enjoyed himself at the birthday party, however, Sky Zones sloppy handling of personal items; jackets, boots, etc.. resulted in someone stealing my sons $80 Bog boots. I was forced to give him a piggy back ride over 100 yards in an icy parking lot. We will not be returning until I am confident personal items are safe from theft. It was absolute chaos when it was time to depart. It was a mess.

My fiance and I were the oldest people jumping (by about 15 years) and we loved it. There were lots of staff to ensure everyone was being safe. Looked like a great place for kids (and adults) to extinguish their mid-winter cabin fever. Main trampoline area had square trampolines, which bounce better and more consistently than the round ones found in suburban backyards. Did a bunch of flips and felt like a kid for 30 minutes. Lockers were available. Super fun!

This place has a lot of fun areas for jumping and playing and i really like how many trampoline options and stuff you have. the obstacle course is fun but it needs to be easier for younger kids and there’s lots of space for everyone to spread out. but i think that the staff could do their job better and be nicer. all the staff were always huddled up not doing their job, and they weren’t paying attention to the kids and they were saying lots of f bombs and other swear words but that’s just not right because there’s a lot of little kids everywhere and they don’t need to hear that. they also don’t have very many food options and the worker spilled my drink several times. after that, one of the workers was rolling her eyes at my little neighbor because he was having trouble doing the rock wall, and when he wanted to switch because the easiest one was to easy she said “omg that’s the easiest one you should be able to do that” like expecting a little kid to do something. not every kid can do things like that. and she just was so rude and got mad for no reason and she just needed to be less rude because she also got mad again for no reason. so thanks for that

My kids love the Glow Party on Fridays, we come almost every week for the full 3 hours. Staff is friendly with all the kids and they have a nice seating area for the adults who are not into jumping. My main complaint is that you would think that if someone pre purchased their tickets they would have a station to move you thru faster but they dont, they charge a convenience fee but there really is no convenience. They never have enough staff checking people in when its busy, if youre lucky it will take 15-20 minutes my last visit was a 35 minute wait.

Mostly a well run place, my complaint is about the sky climb area, its doofy sign up sheet & the fact its closed as often as it is open, signing in should be a lot better than it is, sheet is unreadable & yesterday I wrote my kids names down, when that time came we were informed that that was a shutdown time, upgrading this process & losing the thick unreadable magic marker & used up signin sheet should occur immediately, otherwise good staff & lots of fun for the kids!
