We watch movie here fairly often due to location and offerings. Parking is really easy and just dont go during rush hours. Overall services were prompt if we have to talk to a human but otherwise it is smooth process to pickup ticket from the machine. Comfort level was okay but can sometimes depends on which room you are in. My group cannot comment on concession since we dont get them

Very nice place to see movies. Staff are friendly, and the areas are clean. Bathrooms are nice, clean, and spacious. And theaters are clean, speakers are loud making it easy to understand dialogue. Overall this a great theater to go.

Really dirty bathrooms. On a Saturday night one would think concessions would operate at full capacity in order to lower wait time to maybe 15 minutes instead of 30 for snacks. Dissappointing venue for the price. This area is so populated, adjust for the crowds. Photo below. Two registers open. Insane.Edit: 20 minutes in line, 6:16 on a Saturday night, and they are sold out of many items. Management, you can really improve this service. Including, nachos and quite a few candy items.

Plenty of free parking, and there’s also an outdoor shopping complex within walking distance (also with free parking. The theater has a Ben and Jerry’s with what looked like 5-8 different flavors from what I recall. If I get here more than 30 mins before my showtime, I skip their options and hit up the Haagen daas located in the nearby shopping complex. It’s a 10-15 min walk if you go through the staircase in the underground parking. Also a chipotle, and Panera bread in the same complex if you’re looking for some quick meal options.Popcorn isn’t worth it in my mind. Had it once with the butter.. didn’t taste fresh, and with all the bags of it lying around, I can see why it tastes the way it does.I love that they play international films. I’ve caught a few Korean films and one Indian one here that were flipping hilarious with a great story.I’ve tried the xplus (with kingsman 2) which is the the Dolby atmos (which I think is short for atmosphere ) experience. When there’s a scene with heavy rock music, it was so loud it drowns out the voices in scene. At times it’s just plain loud. You do feel the base in your seats when a bomb goes off which is unique to the atmos experience. I can’t knock the theater on these points as I’m sure it’s more how the movie’s audio was arranged than the theater. Either way, it’s not a complaint.. just know that you won’t love the experience if you can’t handle loud audio.The Xplus is the only screen with powered recliners and seat reservations. Also to note, there is a guard rail dividing each horizontal row. It’s about 6 feet in front of your seat. Don’t worry, your feet won’t reach it nor would you attempt to put your feet on it since your in a powered recliner. It’s there to make sure anyone in the aisle doesn’t fall on anyone in the bottom row as they get there food safely to there seat. If you’re 5’2” tall, then that rail will cut off the bottom 2-3” of the screen. If your shorter than that, then my friend, I’m afraid that rail will be much higher in your line of vision. The movie theater is in the perfect spot for me and my friends to go watch movies. Great seating, great service, great food. My favorite movie theater. It’s sad to see that it’s closing soon

1 of the workers behind the concession stand always makes mistakes. She takes popcorn by the hand and tosses it in your bag. Also she almost put hot fudge on her hand once. Scary she still works at the location. Update she is now a Manager but not behind the counter so much. Maybe she is the owners great aunt or something...Also went last night and Was enjoying my movie and eating Popcorn and suddenly when I grabbed some popcorn a little friend was in the popcorn. A Small Roach.... And then I saw another one immediately threw the bag away.As for the theater. Its ok. Not always cleaned properly. The popcorn isnt fresh they make it 1 to 2 days in bags. Ask for it fresh and they will tell you no.Time to sneak in my own stuff.

Been going here for years. They have been slowly upgrading it and now most of the theatres have the big comfy seats. Kids arcade is a nice bonus and being one block from city place is very nice too. Also parking is never a problem here. Good solid theatre.

Update: movie theater is closed permanently.Staff is always friendly. There is good selection of movies. There sometimes a foreign movie or two which is a nice variation. The popcorn is popped fresh and there is a variety of movie-going type food. It is clean and the seats are comfortable.

Every Tuesday is discount price, I think 40 or 50 percent off. They have an arcade. Other than usual movie snacks, they have Nathans and pizza. Its close to a shipping center with other restaurants as well. One time they even offered free new book copies. They also have a real 3d experience theatre.

I frequent this theatre with friends and family mainly for the Atmos theatre which has reserved reclining seats, and an upgraded sound system. The other theatres are not as up to speed. Theyre clean, have a decent arcade, spacious parking lot, and offer a variety of movies that you may not see elsewhere. As a whole there are pros and cons and for me to give it a 5 star review I would like to see the seating in the other theatres updated a bit and more staff at the concession stands. Maybe they should open the concessions located next to the theatres and not just the one in the main lobby

Giving it one star rating as I didnt have a good experience when I went to see a movie last week. Food counter doesnt have much options. My husband took a Ben and Jerry thick shake (made with ice-cream and crushed ice) and the staff gave him a thin straw to drink it. When asked to provide a thick straw used to drink thick shake the lady at the food counter said they dont have it. For most part of the movie he was struggling to drink it. Meanwhile we needed water as it was really very hot that day due to heat storm alert and the food court charged us $6 for a small bottle of water. Thats insane!!! Movie tickets cost $11 per person and water $6? When it should have been no more than a dollar. Bad experience. I would say better try out some other theatre. There are lots in vicinity.

This place is excellent great seats and comfortable the way the seats are set up if somebody is taller and sits in front of you you still could see the movie there. Everybody super-friendly there. Then if you want after the movie . You can take a nice walk and see the water like a little Boardwalk

Inside the theater, Chairs were nice and spacious but parking entrance was not labeled. As we were driving, we missed entrance to the theater parking lot. We had to double around City plaza,had to u turn out into street again to get to parking lot which was spacious too. They changed that little segway street by the circle to do not enter!

I love this cinema. It’s spacious, quiet and clean with comfortable waiting areas and a corner section for video games. The confectionery stand is expensive with lots of tempting goodies , soft drinks and popcorn.

This is a very cozy and clean Thai restaurant. The food is good. The curry is very good but I think it has too much coconut and butter for me. It tasted good but I did not have a good reaction after eating it. The Pad Tai is very good. I think the overall food is good here.

I like the xplus theater. Sound comfort and picture are great. I havent been inside any other room the 5 plus times Ive been here. It can get dirty. For 15 bucks a ticket, I feel they should add a foot massage or discount toward food.

Its clean. The theater I was in didnt have reclined seating like other AMCs. During a quiet talking time we could hear music coming from another movie. It needs a better noise buffer. It was also extra cold in there. Overall nice theater.

The 3-D experience is great. Comfortable, reclining seats and air conditioned theater. I was even cold on this hot humid day!

I like this theater a lot. The lobby is spacious so the place never feels overly crowded. There are enough screens to have some decent diversity in movie offerings. And its great that theres a parking lot.

Just down the street from me. They take movie pass so Ive been going more frequently. Place is getting a little aged and needs a refresh. They have ben and Jerrys so it gets 4 stars instead of 3. Managers are always very friendly and helpful.

Honestly this was a really great experience. From the retro feel, to the comfortable couches! Plus we saw Infinity War which is why you get the shook memes instead of photos because I was so into the movie before I even got into he theater that I forgot to take photos! The theaters are very spacious, the screen is huge and provides great quality! Popcorn is good with some butter and salt of course. The bathrooms are up to my standard when I went there, very clean! My experience went pretty well besides infinity war destroying all my feelings. I will go again, probably for the next Avengers or some other spectacular movie that needs to be seen on the RPX!

Larry the manager and the other manager I believe her name is Wendy are both great managers and very accommodating. They addressed my issue and were very professional handling it. I love the theater because its extremely clean and lots of leg room. Late shows are the best. They have the snacks and a Nathans area and lots of parking.

My wife and I go to this theater all the time. They have a number of large auditoriums with big screens as well as a Dolby Atmos auditorium for those who prefer that kind of movie experience. The rest of the auditoriums are of moderate size. The presentation is always good. The staff is very nice. Parking is never a problem and it is next to a number of shops and restaurants.

The service in this place stinks. They have recently shut their doors for good which is a good thing for this place. It was very run down and not kept up.

The decor of this place is something out of the late 90s. Its extremely clean, so it almost feels like a portal in time. The theater is spacious as is the parking. They also host a number of special cinematic events, such as the screening of Your Name. which Im going to see (April 2017 at the time of this review.)

Just watched My Hero Academia Two Heroes Movie. I appreciate that this theater offers anime movies.No problems with the service.My issue is with the movie goers that dont stop laughing and clapping. I get it that people get excited but be respectful and mindful of others trying to listen and enjoy the movie too. I dont always go to the movies for this reason. Its very frustrating that people do not know how to act especially with their friends reacting. No one wants to be around that. Probably not going to go to this movie theater unless the movie thats playing is almost out of theaters. Ill be hoping there will be less crowds of annoying disrespectful fans. If youre looking for a relaxing smaller intimate theater I recommend the iPic Theater in Fort Lee or in New York. It doesnt fit a lot of people in a theater, there are booths so you cant really see the people next to you, they have blankets cool cup holders great food, and the people that go there have more class and are respectful of others there to enjoy the movie. Theres also a bar and alcoholic drinks if you like that.

This location needs to either update their seats, or lower the prices at the concessions stand if it wants to compete with more comfortable theaters in the area. Id rather drive 15-20 min longer to see a movie elsewhere than watch a movie at The View. This place gets three stars because weekday movie screenings are competitively priced. In fact, theyre the lowest in the area in terms of weekday prices.

Its a pretty decent movie theater, but the great thing about it is that there are xplus seating for many of the top box office movies. They also have a small arcade section, but the snacks are lacking in verity and a bottle of water cost $5... So yeah.... That...$5 and not something reasonable like $2.50 or hell $3, but I guess if your thirsty enough...

Dont waste your time going here if you have a hearing difficulty. They give you dheadsets that use 1950 technology (just higher volume) or you can use this weird device that shows close captions. but it weighs about 5 lbs and you have to hold it. SERIOUSLY??? this is 2018...

My biggest problem is the concession stand. The popcorn was stale and burnt. The seats are comfy but I guess Im spoiled by reclining seats which they dont have.

Love this movie theater. Im glad I moved closer (West New York). This is our favorite spot now. The environment is very laid back, and it looks and smells clean. Staff is ok, not too friendly not too shady. The concessions store is usually half empty, but they normally have what I get.

Good service overall. The only con of the visit was that they were promoting a combo deal for an extra large bucket of popcorn, LG soda and a candy but they did not have the buckets available without a managers permission. There was no manager to be found on the floor so we couldnt purchase it. The cashier was very kind and accommodating but Id say sharpen up on the availability of selected promotions.

The theatre is clean and service was great, I had a small problem that was quickly resolved, my main concern is the popcorn! I bought a $10 bucket of popcorn and the top layer was fairly fresh and once I ate this it revealed what is probably 2 days chewy rubbery popcorn underneath. Never had this experience in any movie theatre before.

Good theater, surprisingly clean and large. Many theaters but the only concession stand open is the main one.Matinees are the best times to go and get a decent price and seat.

The place is great but management needs to pay better attention to the service. We watched Jurassic World with full lights on for 30 minutes and it took 4 of us to separately leave the movie to go complain before the lights were turned off. Arghhhhhhh!

Other than the fact its located on River Rd., which gets very congested on the weekends, no complaints on the theater. Its fairly well kept and ticket price around $9.50 for adult weekday first showing. Price you can find better for maintee

Great parking, friendly staff, the overall environment is great. The people that come here are coming to enjoy the movie. Its calm as opposed to other theaters, it depends on the area. But had a great evening, ppl follow the rules. I love the fact they also help to raise money for the Jimmy Fund to raise awareness for cancer.

Pretty big theaters with the latest movies. It could be cleaner but maybe its just the kids trashing the place during the shows. Generally very well maintained. Food should have more variety though one could grab a bite at the nearby shopping complex which has some good restaurants- a major plus to make a night out of a trip to the movies. Ample parking is a huge plus too.

The only movie theater in the area, so its really a case of love it or leave it.That said, this is a good movie theater. Relatively clean. Lot of options of movies to watch. I think that cleanliness is the most important attribute of any theater.

I used to love this place, reasonably clean was the plus, but no more. Just visited today for the avengers movie, theres popcorn trash everywhere, from the lobby, to the hallways, into the theater room, the final kicker was a large pool of coke spilled on the ground and stepped into it cause the darkened theater. Did they cut down the employees so theres no one for cleaning between movies?! Dont think I want come back, when I have worry about how clean the chairs are after spending nearly fifty for movie night.

Dont forget to get something to eat before you enjoy your movie. Theres a lot of good food to enjoy here.

Great theater with lots of parking and lots of good seats at first-run movies. Easy in; easy out. I use their rewards program to get free treats and tickets. Happy they have senior reduced ticket price.

I love coming here usually late nights and the theater is almost always empty and they always have all the movies on time no messed showing and comfortable seating definitely the place to go when u want to catch a movie and relax.

Always parking available. As for the movie theater it is average. nothing special. Considering the area you would expect a more up to date theater.

Excellent staff, comfortable seating, food on location, tasty popcorn. Always a great selection of current movies, and TONS of parking. There are self-serve kiosks that print your tickets for you, or you can get on line and have a real human serve your tickets. The users are always polite and friendly. The theater is located near plenty of dining choices, and near the waterfront walkway, lots to do after your movie.

Food is hella expensive which is becoming the norm. Curved screen, audio quality was good but not loud enough. Seating was good. Tickets were $12 per ticket

The theater wasnt too packed. It was clearly well maintained but $4.50 for a water bottle is a bit much. Other than that its always been a good place to go.

Came from Essex County to experience Dolby Atmos sound for Last Jedi in X15 plus theatre. Had tech issues but staff was very fast to correct issues. I wish they had rasinets! Clean and stadium recline seats are wonderful. Staff is great Would go back for similar viewings. Order tickets quick.

Good movie theater, a lot of parking which is great. Decent prices, could be more affordable, but for a local theater is is exactly what you need.

Not bad place with big free parcking. I was only confused why the size of the film oicture did not match size of the white board. The picture went beyond of the board. Is it too hard to check and fix before show?

Large facility with 16 screens, regular snacks fresh popcorn with restaurant as well. Power lounge seats help make a relaxing atmosphere.

Cozy theatre. Totally unrelated... but theres a piano in the main lobby where a young kid will usually play amazing classical pieces.

The cinema seats were huge and comfortable. (I paid extra for reclining leather seat theater). The screen was good and the sound couldve been slightly softer. The general areas where snacks are bought was filthy with popcorn and wrappers and papers all over the floor. The entire place was dirty with strewn popcorn and uncleared tables. Staff were negative and unhelpful. Still a good experience and worth it for the comfy chairs.

This was a nice place, unfortunately the location was sold for $230 million and the theater closed a few weeks ago. That was my place of choice.

This is a reasonably large movie theater with a decent selection of films. Seatings generally stadium-like. One seemingly consistent issue is that the concessions stand is always understaffed, but that could just be because we tend to aim for off times. Your mileage may vary.

Honestly this is the greatest theater of all time. Huge screens, great seats, reasonable prices, and never crowded.

This is a great cinema , especially on the weekday ( Tuesday has reduced tickets ) very spacious and not busy . Very accessible by bus .

Some of the theaters have motorized, reclining and selectable seats. The rest are standard fare. The popcorn from the concession stand is stale but it is rarely crowded here

Nice place , not too crowded ,have a nice corner of arcade machines. However its not super clean , most of the showrooms have no reclining chairs like in AMC , the sound system is good but not superb. Overall its not a bad movie theater but its not a high end one as well.

We arrived 45 minutes early, the theatre wasnt ready so they told us to come back in 10 minutes. We went and sat in chairs near where they take tickets. We noticed a line forming. We went back up and immediately after we had checked they decided to have people stand in a line, so we were there earliest and ended up at the end of the line.....the worst part was the attendant who takes tickets was so unprofessional and passed the blame saying Im only filling for someone. Then we get into the theatre and they put the movie (the new mission impossible) in a small theatre in opening weekend. It filled up instantly and we got less than ideal seats. No organization, no planning, and terrible customer service.

Great theater! Not as fancy as the AMC 25 in Manhattan, but I would definitely go back and the prices are good. I wish they were on Fandango, but if you go to their website you can still buy reserve tickets.

Ive been coming to this theater for a long time and for the most part have been very pleased. The staff is generally polite and there is a great variety of snacks at the concession stands. Today I was going to see a movie as usual and as I was buying my ticket , a security guard came over to me to tell me that I couldnt carry a backpack into the theater. I was carrying a very small backpack that happens to be my purse that I carry all the things I need including medication. I explained that it was my purse and I need to have it. Security insisted that I have to take it back to the car or I couldnt enter. I spoke with the manager who told me it was for safety reasons. This is nothing but harassment plain and simple. This has nothing to do with safety. First, theyre not going to be able to make everyone who carries a backpack to go back to the car or not go in. Also, if theyre not allowing backpacks then they shouldnt allow any purses that ar close to the same size that can carry the same items that a backpack can. They should just check the contents of every purse and let the person in like all the other theaters do. This is ludicrous and upsetting to the customers. Another lady was told the same thing but they let her thought because she had no place to put it. So how is that safety enforced? I had to put my backpack in the car and leave my medication behind among other valuables that I was worried could have been stolen from the car. We shouldnt allow them to a use us and make us feel like were thieves or terrorists, its just not right. I couldnt enjoy my movie after that because I was so upset. Im going to write a letter to the CEO of the company. This is a useless and discriminatory policy.

Went for Bollywood movie. Getting here from jersey city by car was a nightmare. But the multiplex was good. Not very crowded and the overall experience was goos.

This is my local theatre and I like it because you can usually get in on opening days for new films without a line. The new Plus theatre is a great addition, with large reclining chairs like the high end theaters like Fort Lees iPic without the high prices. It has a decent arcade for the kids to kill time in before or after a show as well.

Clean movie theater. 5 star bc it upholds movie theater standards. Went in on a Sunday afternoon, 2:40pm showing, spent $25 on tickets (is that good or bad dont know). Wife and I go here bc it doesnt get crazy crowded.

Movie selections were great and the popcorn wasnt bad.

Its nice while youre watching a movie to know that youre close to a large body of water.

The XPS theater is great if you watch that specific movie. Otherwise, the theater seats are a bit mediocre at best, making for a bit of an uncomfortable experience (and we go to the movies a lot). The food options above average however!

Foreign movie selection including some Asian movies are good selection which other theaters are not providing

Needs new management. Theater#11 has sound but no video. The line to get pizza and hot dogs is super long because theres only one person doing both the cooking and the register. The soda is flat.

Ive been crossing the GWB for almost 20 yrs because of the very hospitable and family feel. The Manager Blanca Rodriguez super efficient.
