Love this place! This place is so popular that its a hit or miss when I go in the store, online better chance of finding what you need. Great store!

Great place to visit. I always find nice and interesting items. They seem to have a sale pretty often as well. The parking lot is huge so you dont have to worry about parking your car. The staff have always been helpful and theyre very knowledgeable about the items they carry.

I really love this place and very easy to find DYI stuff in arts and craft.Also it opens on Sundays.

The store was clean and bright. Love how the store is set up for Christmas. All the trees was displayed nicely. It really puts you in the Christmas spirit. Like how Michaels is the go to for arts and crafts!!

It is a good store. I like Michaels but if you are looking for yarn, this store in particular it is not the best. They have very a limited selection, nothing for someone wishing to make a fine project. The attendants are great though. Excellent customer service. I miss A.C. Moore

Good customer service as well as nice products.Easy to locate the sections and always makes the store vibe so welcoming.Love to come here to brainstorm the ideas and buy little stuffs to help the artistic project going.Fun place to be as an artist!

Best Michaels around, always have what I need.

The store hours clearly state that it closes at 8pm I drove over a half an hour to pick up an online order and they closed at 7!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not tell customers to check for store hours online that are not accurate.

This place is awesome, always is very clean and the people that works here is very nice. I love everything inside the store, beautiful and good products and prices.

Store had a power outrage and ofcourse the staff all under 18. No backup generator. This very worrisome! They asked everyone to leave. The staff made no effort to fix the problem. Come back Monday

So disappointed in the customer service department. I paid for same day delivery which never came and after being on hold multiple times for a looooong time, they had no answer and ended my chat as i was still asking questions.

Picked up 8x10 frames employee helped me pick out 2 sided tape needed plastic for a frame glass cheaper? Taking it to my local michaels too long of a wait

This location is a constant let down. The employees don’t care. They never have their seasonal product set up on time. Things online that say you can pick up in store at this location are never out on the sales floor.

Clearance section is on point! Just like any other Michaels, the aisles are constantly changing with the seasons and there is almost always a sale. Its got basically everything for your crafting needs! Wonderful staff, and its usually very quiet so you dont have to wait too long to check out.

Customer service was very poor.and the associate had an attitude cause my gaiter mask slightly roled cover nasal holes in which I have abreathing issues .

The staff is very attentive to the busy store, customers needs and long line. I arrived to purchase one item and I was so grateful to find it outside and on sale. My visit was quick and effortless

I love Michaels. Has the biggest and best supplies for crafters. Stores are clean and well stocked. Prices are good and better using coupons. The Pelham Manor location is one of the best I have ever been to.

Always a great experience here. Staff is pretty knowledgeable about products, friendly. Theres often a line which Ive seen people leave their items and walk out over but they always move it quickly and call backup cashiers. Im here twice a week for craft supplies, love this location over paramus.

I made this flower with friends for her 50th birthday, they looks amazing.

Large inventory. However, they need to restock.Could not find any customer service representative. The one cashier was helpful but could not leave his station.Perhaps other stores are better.

Always has a great selection of items. Staff is always friendly but they are hard to find for help and a few times when asking for advice, some werent very knowledgeable in their products but I appreciate them saying so rather than pretending like they know and having me purchase items that wont work or that I dont need.

I love Michaels especially during the holidays. There merchandise can be a bit pricey, so dont forget your coupon. After the holidays, prices drop and you can get some pretty good deals.

This store is fully stocked and clean. My wife goes to this location and on rt3. Michaels always have what my wife looks for. From baking deco to yarn. And they come in handy for small art projects for our kids and church celebration. Also, great place to pick out frames for photos and posters.

Excelent place and good prices

You cant use your bicycle, skateboards, rollerblading, etc. You can walk around the lake!! Beautiful, peaceful. They have Turtles and Ducks in the Lake.There is plenty of parking.

I like this store but the reason i rate it 3 stars because they dont have enough art suplies like various brands of artist quality colored pencils and other art suplies.

Lots of good things

I love Michaels, but the costumer service needs a lot of improvement and a better service in the pick up area. When I was paying, the cashier didnt had any idea about the rewards, when I was leaving the pick up bag started the alarn because they didnt checked the security on my items it was so embarrassing it was way to much! Bad day in Michaels...

My wife loves crafts so we go to Michaels often. This Michaels is out of my area but i found it to be one of the most organized ones.

Loved it! They had everything I needed, and the employee that helped me was so nice and didnt really care that I was buying out like all the tulip fabric paint they had. Things could be hard to find, but you just gotta open your mind! Overall, amazing! Also, very neat, and quick service.

Great selection of arts and crafts supplies. If you have the app there is always a coupon or sale and the app will let you know. Thats why I have more sketchbooks than I need, every other time I go there is a BOGO on sketchbooks.

Has a good sized painting section and baking section.

Only one employee for everything

Went there to get things for the baby shower my friend and I are hosting the next few weeks. Grabbed few things, paid and left the store. We went there half an hour before they closed and got to the register 10minutes before they closed. We found what we wanted.

Too many items to shop without sales help anywhere to be found. They need competition to get customer friendly.Otherwise you will find what you want eventually, but will dread having to go back.

This store was clean and organized. Nice to browse around in. Lots of inventory and some pretty good sales going on.

Customer service is great and if you take advantage of the online coupons you are good to go. Didnt find everything I need .. they dont carry tailor chalk in this store. Other than not finding a few other things is a good place to go.

Compared to other Michaels stores, this one is disorganized and the staff is unhelpful. We asked for them to check if they had more of something and it took the employee 15 minutes to come back and she didnt even talk to us. I recommend going to either Paramus or Secaucus if they arent too much farther for you.

Awesome place for those who are passionate for arts and craft... great variety of articles and stuff for almost any kind of art.... in my opinion I think that this place is one of the best in the area for the reason that it has what I need for photography material and drawings. Some times they have very good deals and specials on certain stuff I get everything I need for a very good price...!!!!!!!!!!!!

A medium sized arts and crafts store with many basics but a surprisingly small number of stickers for scrapbooking and projects outside of birthdays and births. And the line was super slow. They need faster or more cashiers working.

This particular store is a mess you hardly find anything. The shelves are empty most of the time. You need help to find something? Good luck on finding someone to help you. Finally you got what you wanted, you go to the cashier whom she doesn’t greet at all and you think she is talking to you but no she is on the phone (apparently a ear bud phone ) and looked directly into my face meanwhile talking and laughing on the phone. Rudest customer service ever

The number one place for acts and crafts stuff

The rest room had poop all over the wall in the last stall. God only knows how many hours that was there. Not to mention it was my 1st time here

Michaels is still our go to place for arts and crafts. We were there last time to pick up supplies to help organize physical photographs from photo albums. While they have a limited selection, we had enough to start organizing. The 4x6 and 5x7 plastic photo organizers are built well. We did not like the larger case for photos as it was very flimsy. We were able to put the 4x6 and 5x7 photo organizers in the big plastic case but had to carry it with two hands. They have (almost) everything one could want for arts and crafts. Sales can be a good time to get better prices. In general, probably the best one-stop shop for arts and crafts supplies.

If it’s “peak” hours.. and you have a HUGE checkout line... you need more than two registers open. If you don’t... well, then you’re offering a one-star experience.

Been here a few times and this place is always understaffed. Associates are nice and its unfortunate that they dont have the support to help them.
