As a wedding vendor, I had a great experience working with Olympic Hills Golf Club and their staff. Everyone is so friendly, and their grounds are gorgeous. From a photographers perspective, there is a lot to choose from for everything from full bridal party, to couple portraits. Hannah, their wedding coordinator, was so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend as a wedding venue!

Olympic Hills is a wonderful place to hold your event! We have worked with them for a few years, and each time they have been incredibly accommodating and help us to put on world-class events that represent our organization very well. The venue is beautiful, overlooking the golf course and perfect for a sunset. The food is outstanding - and they are willing to work within your budget. Very highly recommended!

We hosted a corporate luncheon here and it was a total hit. The venue was incredible, the food was great, and the staff were even better! Gracia took care of everything, from booking to setting the tables. Not one complaint came from anyone in the organization, and we decided after this experience that we will be doing our future luncheons here indefinitely. Thanks to all the staff who made it happen, only thing that could have made the experience better is if there wasnt snow and we could have gotten on the course!

We booked an event and couldn’t have been happier. Gracia and Ashley were great in planning the event, making fantastic recommendations and being cautious of our budget. Michael was dressed to the nines and made fantastic cocktails. Overall our event was a huge success. The venue was beautiful and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We will do all of our future events at Olympic Hills!!

The two greatest days of my life were the day my daughter was born and the day I walked her down the aisle of her beautiful wedding at Olympic Hills. Words cannot accurately describe how incredible my baby girls special day was.Gracia and her entire staff made sure every detail exceeded our wildest expectations and all while tightly managing the budget and accommodating the special requests we had due to my limited mobility.We toured and met with several other venues and I am so grateful that our friends recommended Olympic Hills because after touring the facility and engaging with Gracia none of the other venues even came close.The extraordinary setting and updated facilities really set the tone for the most incredible wedding ever.We received countless compliments and envious remarks from friends and family that attended the wedding and I genuinely hope my other two children decide to host their weddings at Olympic Hills when that time comes.Thank you again, Olympic Hills!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this venue and every single staff member are!!! They assisted me with my husbands surprise 40th birthday party, and there wasnt a detail that was missed!! They helped coordinate guest lists, food, desserts, beverages, decorations, music for the grand entrance, set up/tear down and everything in between!! They literally removed all of the tasks from my plate so I could actually be at a guest at the party I was throwing! I would recommend them to anyone who is planning an event from a private 10 person event to a many hundred person event, no matter what your looking to do, they will help you and execute it perfectly! Huge shout out to Ashley and Gracia for really being my go-to girls and making our event the perfect memory!!!

We had our company Christmas Party at the Olympic Hills Club House. It was amazing, the setting and new interior made you feel like you were at a 5 star resort. The staff, food and desserts were incredible. We had been to parties in the past before the remodel. The new clubhouse interior blows you away.

I recently worked with Olympic Hills for a wedding and the staff was terrific. Gracia was wonderful to work with. As a wedding planner, I have worked at a lot of different venues and I can say this one is a great choice for your event. The space is beautiful!

The event manager at this venue was extremely disrespectful and didn’t give potential customers the attention or care they deserve. Never recommending this venue to any of my family or friends who are looking to plan a wedding or event.

Very beautiful location. I was there for a wedding and it was a nice ceremony. However, the woman in charge of the event was very rude. We had the space until 6, but she kicked us out at 5:50. Not only did she tell us to leave early, but she did so very rudely. She was confrontational and unprofessional. We did not feel like guests at this venue. I do NOT recommend holding an event here.

I wish I could give this place no stars solely based on our experience with the event coordinator Gracia. The venue itself was very beautiful and well organized.My fiancé and I came in for a tour the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. My fiancé actually took some time off of work for a 2:15pm tour. We arrived and were met by Gracia. She walked us around the venue in 10 minutes and walked us back to the door. She was rushed the whole ten minutes. She never showed us the bridal sweet.I asked at one point (while she was hurrying us out of the door) if we can sit down and discuss more about the venue. She said we could, but to start asking her questions at the door while we were standing. I asked her about 3 questions and after each question she would tell us “well, if you have anymore questions just email them to me.” Definitely did not feel welcome WHATSOEVER. From the moment we get there until we left (10 minutes later) it felt like she was just rushing us.That’s not even where it ends. My fiancé got outside and realized we hadn’t even seen the bridal room. Therefore the Friday after thanksgiving, we sent Gracia an email expressing our frustrations. It is December 6th today and she has not responded to our email to this day. We are happy we did not go with Olympic Hills because if she was that careless in a tour, I can’t imagine how careless she would be for a WEDDING!We are completely disappointed in this establishment for even having someone like this on their staff. I don’t know what her reasons are for why she treated us in that manner. But honestly she may be a reflection of this establishment and in that case, my fiancé and I are very happy that we are not involved with them in any way.
