Horrible management and maintenance. They will not fix anything but sure will do anything to get people to rent even lie and say they will fix the stuff you asked but its a year later and nothing has been fixed. The walls in the trailers have no insulation causing your electric bill to be sky high and they also charge you anywhere between 30 to 40 dollars for water and will no explain why it differs. Lighting in the complex is horrible its so dark at night you would think you live in the woods. Ya its cheap for rent but not worth the headache when there solution for a fix is duct tape. Have been asking for a bed room door for the entire time I have been living here it will be a year in February. There are air leaks everywhere in the house and management tells you its all on you to fix it up when it was like this when we moved in.DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP.

Very run down considering how it use to be kept up. Is cheap to live in if you need a place to go though. And management is really nice.

Great at providing FALSE eviction notices turned off my water at the request of my ex!! DONT DO IT!!

They made us put our own floor in than after my ex put the whole floor down they charged us for the new floor that we put in. The lady in the office has no managing skills what so ever. The trailers are full of fleas all summer long hardest thing to get rid of. And its just straight up nasty Id give negative stars if I could.

Cant get hold of noone half the moble homes look so getto .dont know how they stay in businesse .big sign said for rent been up for years to lazy to take down .said none for rent but have a lot of empty ones.

They are garbage. They promised me new carpet when we moved in ive been there for 6 months still no word on it.. its the dirtiest trailer park i know . Oh and the matinence guy came to fix our sink and instead broke it and said we had to pay for it

This place is total garbage told me i had a place set up to move into then ny lease was up at old place went to get ready to move in and they told me it was not available anymore even though it was supposed to be set up for me by the second completely unproffesional
