The park itself is nice. But they want your first born before you can move in.

Nice place to have your family in. Quiet and spacious little trailer park. Inside the trailers were big rooms and closets. Kitchen had an island and was nice.

This is a mobile home park. Everyone has their own lot. Cant rate handicap. The person I visit has a nice spot. Trees n stuff.

The plowing sucks and they are charging use for a water base charge and water charge ontop of that included in our lot rent but other then that the neighborhood is better then it use to be

Horrible management cant have or do anything kids cant play or cops get called manager wont fix things and have attitude if you call late with problems

So many illegal things happen here! Not a place to raise a family with the current management in charge!
