Were so fortunate to have a state of the art facility like this in our city. The main theater is uniquely beautiful and every seat is a good one - even the back of the balcony. Every show Ive attended had great sound, and the other spaces throughout the building are well designed. Theres also a top-notch staff running the center.

Incredible acoustics. Great bars and staff. Really cool vibrant location on the river. The seat aisles in the main auditorium are as narrow as airplane rows and everybody has to get up to let anybody in. Too bad they decided to squeeze it so tight. Still, a great venue.

Just saw the Ballet des Trockaderos show here last night. First, the show was great. See it if you can. But as for the venue... Gorgeous. I liked the contemporary, almost industrial feel of the interior of the theatre. The art galleries scattered around the venue were a nice touch. The various lobbies felt open and airy. It wasnt super busy last night, but I never felt crowded at all, including visiting the bathroom during intermission!Great venue, happy first year, and Ill definitely drive 3hrs to see a show here again.

Glad to see some of the results from the construction. The building is absolutely beautiful. The theater is really great. We watched a dance recital here. They had very young girls all the way up through high school age girls doing ballet and tap. Very entertaining and very rewarding to see our youth doing something so artistic and fun.

Attended my 20-year class reunion here. The place was utterly beautiful, and was really awesome that the Artistic Director gave us a tour of the facility. I hadnt been back to EC for about 8 or 9 years, and this is really cool to see happen for Eau Claire. My husband says he already knows what he wants for his birthday present for next year... for us to go to STOMP at The Pablo! LOL ---- Happy this is in EC.

Its a beautiful venue. I suppose I dont know what I was expecting. It is certainly a beautiful piece of artistic architecture; very remarkable. However, I can only seem gather that its simply a venue for performances. I suppose I was expecting more art displays rather than a collection of auditoriums and one of the most superfluous set of stairs Ive seen in my life.I wouldnt necessarily recommend taking a visit here, under the expectation theres much to see; its a nice ten minute walk through and youve seen about everything. There is casual seating looking out upon the intersection of the Chippewa River and Eau Claire River, and what seemed to be a coffee and alcohol bar; no employees to be found. In fact, I very much wanted to learn more about the building, but there simply wasnt a single authority there I could find. I wandered through all the offices and auditoriums. There is however, pamphlets scattered about the building, filled exclusively with the information I was, in fact, not looking for. These pamphlets started by thanking the contributers, and went on to list the upcoming performances. To be frank, Im disappointed. But only because I was expecting a lot more than simply a venue.Ill reiterate, it is a remarkable, beautiful, $60 million building.

Great place for an event and did a great job with the venue. The lighting is excellent along with the sound and seating areas. I will be coming soon for more events in the near future. Parking on the street near Phoenix Park is easier to access across the new bridge. Hopefully can get a variety of events to come to downtown.

The building was nice and the RCU theater was very nicely laid out. The issues I have, because Im 63 tall, was the seats were narrow and the leg room was short. The worst thing they did was put the cup holders on the back of the seat ahead of yours! My knee was constantly hitting it and if anyone in the middle of the row had to get out it was almost impossible.

The Pablo is a great addition to Say Claire! Great acoustics, contemporary aesthetics, and some clever galleries make this a winning venue. There are three drawbacks to it: the parking garage is a hike, so I valet parking for $10.- and forget about it. The City stupidly wont give them a permit to make anything hot, like coffee or food, which I find dumbfounding stupid on Eau Claires part (they do serve beer, wine, and spirits to ease the pain though!). Lastly, the private boxes on the second floor have obstructed views, which I can only hope was done to improve acoustics, and not just a design mental breakdown.Ive been there 5 or 6 times already and am glad it is part of Eau Claire!

What you see is what you get for free, unless its an event such as Dr. R.I.P. Pattons appearance. Walking around the city of Eau Claire viewing and enjoying the things it has to offer was more enjoyable to me than visiting this center. All the theaters/halls were locked, so I couldnt even take photos to share with yall. If an event wasnt free, and educational. I dont think Id attend any in the future. If the donors for this project would donate one percentage of their business earnings to ending poverty and homelessness in the Chippewa Valley on even yearly basis. Those problems in this area would be solved.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been for a show. I was seated on the far right side about 9 rows back and had obstructed view of the right hand side of the stage due to the piss poor design of the concert hall. I could not see about 1/4 of the right side stage. Total waste of money! Plus every ticket has a $3 service fee! I hope that place falls into the river!

My wife and I have been to shows in both the RCU and JAMF theaters. The RCU is the large venue while the JAMF houses smaller acts and has a little more intimate feel. Both venues and comfortable and cleanly designed and the color palates and patterns are interesting. Be sure to check out the Graham walking art gallery, especially if you enjoy local art from the city and surrounding area. This pace is brand new and pretty innovative in its design aesthetic, so its a fun place to wander around in and just gawk. Be sure to leave time to find a parking space as free street parking is tough to get, and theres a parking structure across the river by a walking bridge... Something to be thinking about if its raining or polar-vortex-cold out.It is very nice to have a venue like this available in Eau Claire!

We went there to watch The Princess Bride on Valentines day. I was surprised at the size of the seats in the Jamf theater. You would think theyd have the contemporary larger seating being that its a new construction, but instead they were just average. Larger people may not be comfortable. Screen size for the movie was smaller than I expected, but the sound system was great! Although the door to the art gallery was open, the lights were off so it was actually closed. I was looking forward to walking through the gallery. With the streaming services available these days a person can watch any movie anytime, so Im not quite sure why someone would go to the Pablo to see one.
