Ordered a curbside pickup so I could grab two items quickly on my way home from work.Order wasnt ready when I got there (even though I got a text that it was) so I told the associate I would go grab some food and be back in an hour.When I came back, I called, waited FIFTEEN MINUTES, and called again.Associates brought my bag out and I FINALLY went home.When I arrived home, there was only one item in the bag. Really? My order was tiny. How do you screw that up?!I called the store and spoke to Lorenna. She said Oh, yeah. We were out of the stuff you wanted. I asked her if she thought it might have been helpful to tell me that while I was still there and she laughed and said I guess. When I asked when I would be refunded she said I dont know.Look, I worked in retail management for ten years. I get it. Its hard to find dedicated employees. But to the store manager of the Easton/Bethlehem store: you need to find better employees that actually care.My entire reason for getting curbside was so I could squeeze some homemade Holiday items into my extremely busy schedule. Not only did Lorenna ruin that for me, she was rude to boot. Complete lack of customer service and laughed about it on the phone.I feel bad for anywhere that employs her. Yikes.

Friendly/hepful workers, clean store. I also find that they have better deals than the local competitors.

Our one stop shop for art and craft supplies. We shop here occasionally for my daughter to get specific art pencils and blenders. We have also bought canvas and paints here. They had an art desk on sale here, but the last one was broken so we ordered elsewhere. This is a convenient art supply stop nearby.

Low on Christmas decor. Got through the line, they kept it moving.

I could not believe the price gouging a box of queen Ann cherries at dollar store $1.00 was 7.99 here the very cheap ornaments at dollar store were $9.99 the gingerbread house kit at giants for 9.99 was $24.99 the fake gemstones prices were doubled alot of items were not priced for this reason an I have shopped here before but never again

I am completely unfamiliar with the store. I needed loads of help finding pretty everything. Then explanations about the differing products. Every staff member was polite, patient and professional. Ill be heading back as I need to.

They have a lot of craft supplies but they’ve scaled back their art supplies. They always seem to be out of what I need and they never have enough yarn for me to finish my projects.

1st time Ive been there its quite overwhelming its a big store and they got a lot craft stock.All Shelves are Stocked and well maintain.Stories Is clean and well maintained.Restrooms are clean and well maintained.Employees friendly and helpful and polite.

Dollar store items sold for 7 plus dollars,gem stones are hard poly resin(I know for fact) ornaments are more then triple priced.what is regularly priced is now triple price.Will never shop here again!!!!!!!!!.

Michaels always has what I need (or a reasonable facsimile). I make decorative Christmas balls and, because they had some cool stuff, I am going to change them up a bit for next year.

My wife and I do fine art. Michaels has better prices on a large scope of paint, brushes, etc - more than the art supply stores we used to use in college.Between Michaels and internet sources, were able to keep productive.

Employees were clean and wore masks, but the aisles could use a bit of work with boxes and boxes in the main aisles. Unless that was by design

Store was clean and organized. It has something for everyone who likes to do crafts. Sales associates helpful and friendly. I like that they give teachers an additional discount....I spend a lot of my own money to buy supplies so every little penny saved helps.

A very large and well organized craft store. They have a very good selection of products and the staff are helpful and friendly. The prices are a little on the high side but the sales are great, especially right before a particular holiday.

I find everything I need for my creative needs easily. The store is well organized and friendly staff.

Management is absolutely horrible and rude. They dont like to be bothered with questions, they dont like to help customers, do not hide when they are annoyed, and dont even wait till your out of ear shot to express their annoyance about customers and theyre job over their little microphone things.... Management is the only reason why we will never be returning to this location again and Ive already told people about how badly I was treated there. Sad cause the to register ladies are great and very helpful but thats where it ends

Went over to the store because I was looking for a new book of crochet patterns that wasnt hats, scarfs, afgans or baby items. And trust me, thats not an easy thing to do. If you knit you always seem to have no shortage of options. I feel like we crocheters are looked down upon and not given the respect we deserve. Anyway, I managed to find a really cool pattern book for socks and leg warmers. And its on the relatively easy side which is great because I havent crocheted in a while. They were also having a great yarn sale, so between the sale and the great coupons that I had gotten via email (if youre not on their email list, sign up as soon as you can. You might get a few emails a day, but their coupons cant be beat) I was able to pick up enough yarn to make 3 different pairs of socks, which can be pretty pricey. So between the book, the yarn and the jar candles they had right next to the register (just like every other store, they always seem to have something right near the checkout that is almost impossible to resist) which were a large size, had great scents and were on sale 3 for $10, I still managed to get out of the store for around $40. Which, for a craft store, is amazing. I highly recommend Michaels

I wish I could say theres something I dont like about this place but I cant. The reason why i wish that is because I can easily spend 500.00 at this place in one trip. However Im a BAB so i have to tend to keep it under 50.00 or 25.00. This is a creative persons playground. And the prices have gotten better over the years especially since the OTHER big craft store opened. Both have their unique points and both have every reason for me to want to just MOVE IN! I could be happy living here for the rest of my life lol Believe it or not I actually found Waldo here! The Spanish version. No worries though it was all in good fun, he found it hilarious that I pointed that out and took a selfie himself and posted it on Instagram, stating he was Waldo and he found himself

Clean store, great selection but I did notice a lack of employees staffed to help customers on a weekend. That did hold up my visit but overall it was a good experience.

My daughter works there and the store is always clean and staff knowledgeable and helpful. I love spending my money there. Always learning new craft ideas from my daughter which makes me spend more money.

As a needlecrafter, I love having such a full range of DMC products to choose from! The staff is also super patient when ringing up a large bundle of floss, which is always a plus. The selection of other products for planners, jewelry making, and art is also fantastic, which makes shopping for my creatively inclined friends so much easier when their birthdays or the holidays roll around.

Very bad service at this store. I just walked out because the girl at the custom framing refused to even look at me and started talking to the customer behind me. Have done custom framing worth thousands at this store but I will try not to come back. Another reason why stores like this would be extinct soon.

Was the first time that I have tried their option to order online and pick up in the store option. I was in the hospital and they were having a sale that ended that day, and I was ordering one of those new Diamond Dotz kits of the Midnight Cat to make for my best friends birthday. I called the store to find out how long they would hold my order and I believe they said a week. With that information I was able to purchase my item online that day because they were having an AWESOME sale. The Diamond Dotz kits were 50% off and because I have a membership card I also received an additional 25% off. It was the deal of a lifetime. And because they offer the option to pick up at the store I could avoid shipping and handling fees. I have a very low fixed income and if I would have had to pay for the shipping and handling I would not have been able to afford it. So when I was released from the hospital, I stopped by the store on my way home and picked up my order. They have a specific spot in the back of the store where they tell you to go when you order, so there were no lines or delays. All I had to do was to show my photo ID, they very quickly retrieved my item, they called the register to alert them that I had picked up my item and I was able to walk right out the door. It took less than 5 minutes to leave my car, pick up my item, get back in my car and drive away. I prefer Michaels to places like A.C. Moore because they tend to have a higher quality of merchandise, but after the experience I had with this purchase, I wont shop anywhere else!

I love this store. They always have grest sales going on. I go there for yarn, decor, storage needs, art supplies, and baking supplies. Everything I have purchased there has been of great quality. The yarn selection is limited at times but you can order a larger quantity and variety online. They always have coupons for 40 or 50% off one one item, sometimes that includes sale items as well. They have classes, for both adults and children. Sometimes you have to pay, sometimes theyre free and you just need to bring supplies. The kids classes, in my, experience, have always included supplies. Theyre definitely easy and simple enough for the kid to do the project with out help from and adult. My children like going to Michaels as well, and we go pretty frequently.

I love this store, Im here all the time. Great for Crafts to do with the kids.

I know its a craft store and not specifically for fabric but they basically had nothing, and only a tiny rack in the back for buttons. You would think a craft store would have walls of buttons and fasteners.
