I love this store. My lady Ive been dealing w for years is Ms Heather. Shes very educational and shes knows her products. Ive been getting info and working on future projects to help all ppl. Thank you Ms Heather for the many years we known & helped each other. Keep up the great work.

After you waste time shopping there and go up to pay, they’ll tell you they don’t take MasterCard debit card. Makes no sense at all. At least put a sign up. I have a feeling the lady doesn’t know how to use a card reader. Also this is in a seedy part of town. Be careful.

I have been a customer condoms galore for close to five years frequently visiting The Easton store ,buying items for myself and wife. We have had a positive experience up until my last purchase. We purchased item, the sales associate install batteries and tested it but did not cycle though speeds. when we got home to use it unit did turn on but did not function fully. I contacted the store the following day being we are 45 minutes away. Their answer was no refunds no exchanges. We will offer you a 10% discount if you want to be purchased the item again. I finally found time three days later to go and talk to them in person and I was told the same. I have contacted the manager of the store and she stated no exchanges ,refunds only 10% off purchase a new item. I asked to speak to the owner of the store she told me his first name only was William. would not give a last name, and then told me to contact the company through email. Customer loyalty has no meaning to them. I have always like to use small businesses verse large box stores or online retailer. If this is how a store cares about their customer clientele I can asure you I will not be visiting condoms galore ever again I will take my business elsewhere.

Nice staff, good selection, and a decent location. Staff is also really down to earth and helpful!
