What a fun new thing to do. Took my Children here as a Birthday surprise outing and we really enjoyed the new experience. Instructors were polite knowledgeable encouraging and followed COVID guidelines. Congrats! I will be back for a date night with my husband!

I attended a private glass blowing class here and it was awesome! The guys here are very creative and very talented in creating beautiful glass pieces. Although, my glass blowing abilities are much less skillful, they were great at teaching us the process and helping our creative visions come to life.

I always have an enjoyable time renting a torch at Juggernaut in Easthampton. The owner is very helpful and prompt, and the studio is clean and in a nice location easily accessible by PVTA bus.

Paid for a 2 hr holiday ornament groupon and 1st was scheduled for the wrong state, and then ended up receiving a 1 hr icicle class instead of what we paid for. Terrible customer service, unwilling to correct their mistakes.

Worst glass shop I’ve ever been to, I drove an hour from my house to the glass shop and they were closed and though their hours stared they were open until 9 tonight. I will never come back to this shop and I will make sure my friends and family don’t either.

The guy was super chill, and gave great instructions. He eases you into it with a demonstration then guides you through the process as you do it yourself. Definitely would do it again. Great to do in a small group; everyones piece comes out unique. Give it a shot!

I purchased a groupon as a Christmas gift for a friend. It has been over a year and still unable to schedule a class to make ornaments. I have written this place off as a lesson learned, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
