Fun and challenging escape room tucked in an old mill! Their safety protocols are top notch, the room was a blast even though we didnt solve it, and they were super cool about rescheduling when the rest of our plans changed. Definitely take the time to check out it out! I know well be back for the other rooms.

We did the Escobar escape room as a group of 5. It was awesome! I was surprised by the diversity and quality of the puzzles, the size of the room itself, and the helpfulness of the host. We made it into the final room with minutes to spare, and although our timer ran out, the host let us go a smidge over time to finish the experience. Some of the puzzles were highly interactive, which I appreciate!

That was so fun! It was our first time and we were with a group of other first-timers, so i wasnt sure how wed do.Luckily the (puzzle master?) was really good at her job. She gave us just the right clues to nudge us along, without giving away the answers. The result was that we finished the puzzle at the very end and all agreed that the game surpassed our expectations. Well done!

The staff was friendly even when we got stuck in traffic and were almost 15 minutes late. But the puzzle was super fun! I went with three friends and we were mixed with another party of 4, we all had to work together and it was challenging but in the best way possible. We finished with like 15 seconds left which was thrilling. I highly recommend to do this with family and friends, you wont regret it, its more fun than youd expect.

We had a fantastic experience at Puzzled Escape Games and are already looking forward to a return trip! This was our first escape room. The puzzles were challenging but fun. The staff person was really helpful and definitely made our experience all the better! We had 4 adults and 1 teenager in our group - everyone contributed and had a great time.

If youre thinking about which escape room to visit in Western Mass, look no further - this is your place. I appreciated the intricate, but not intractable puzzles and the amount of effort thats been put into this place. The puzzle we did flowed pretty smoothly and was much better than some of those generic find the key places. Im looking forward to trying one of their other puzzles next time Im around.

My family did the Find the Professor of the Occult room and as part of the room, we were asked to chant a demonic expression three times while holding hands around a pentagram to conjure up spirits. Were devout Catholics and would have never wanted to participate in conjuring spirits or evoking Demons by name. The walls had a demons name written all over it as well.I was very upset and disheartened by this. Ive done several Escape the Rooms and never was asked to do something so religious. There would be an uproar from the general public if an Escape the Room required kneeling before a cross or calling upon Jesus name, so Im not sure why its considered okay to ask your customers to participate in what very much felt like a demonic worship/conjuring?Im willing to take responsibility for not researching and asking questions ahead of time, but I hope you will consider modifying this room or at least making it very clear to your customers that this may go against their religious beliefs before participating and becoming incredibly uncomfortable.

I solve problems in my IT job everyday where I have to figure out the mysterious error... Because of that, this felt like work and wasnt fun for me at all. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I guess escape rooms arent for me.

Ive done all three of the available escape rooms and I must say they are outstanding. Dont waste your time going anywhere else in W.Mass for an escape room, these are the best bar none

I’d never done an escape room before and was genuinely surprised how fun and challenging it was. Nothing to compare it to obviously, but I now want to try more. Will definitely be returning to try the other ones at this location. Staff was great too.

We reserved two private escape rooms for my brothers birthday. The staff was patient, friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they put a lot of effort into making everyones experience unique to them. It is not cheap, but is worth every penny. Highly recommend. Especially the Escape from Escobar room. Ive been told by family members who have played every room that its the best out of the 3.

Second time Ive been to Puzzled and I will definitely be back. Every time the rooms are surprising, innovative, but also attainable. The first time in a team of four, we were successful. This time in a team of three, we got close. The staff is very helpful when you need it, and they tell the stories really well. Keep doing amazing work!

It was our second trip as we had done Escape from Escobar previously and decided to go find the Professor of the Occult. The puzzles were nicely hidden in a room that looked bare to start. Having done 40+ escape rooms now, there were 2 clues in the rooms that couldve been connected a little bit better, but otherwise, the puzzles were challenging.

Loved this place, cool atmosphere. Went with a total of 8 of us and had a great time, Id recommend it to anyone looking for something to do thats not on the normal scene. They have 2 game options, and we will definitely be going back for the 2nd room.

The one room we did was very poorly designed. The lighting was exceptionally bad and made a few puzzles very hard to do. Like most newer escape rooms it did not have multiple difficulty levels to get additional hints. The floors in the room seriously needed to be swept. (I doubt flalikg ceiling paint is part of the props)

A group of friends went here and had a great time on the puzzle game. Clever and challenging and tons of fun. There are good places to eat before or after in the same complex.

I made a booking here for my partner’s birthday and our group had an amazing time from start to finish. As an added bonus they let you play for free on your birthday which was a nice surprise for my partner. Our game master, Emily, was super fun to work with and made the experience memorable. We didn’t finish the puzzle, but we definitely plan to come back and attempt some of the other adventures they have there. Thank you for an awesome experience !

Cool place. I didnt feel rushed at all. The check in person was really nice. Lots of various video games and board games ect.I wouldnt bring anything you dont need because most activities and games are hands on. If you drop some thing it mauve difficult to find in the dark.

Very fun and more complex than expected. Lots of thought went into the rooms and it was well worth the money. We also got out!

I had a great time, and the puzzle my group did was difficult but with a group effort we were able to figure it out. We will definitely be going back in the near future to try out another room! A great activity if you and your friends/family are looking for a fun activity!

Best escape room I have ever been to! They use a lot of technology, tons of twists and turns, and sometimes unexpected secret entrances to other rooms. I have done the wizard and Escobar escape room and both did not disappoint! We had a team of 8 and made it out of the wizard challenge with just 4 mind left! Love the attention to detail at Puzzled.

Amazing! Our host/guide was Emery and she made our experience one we will never forget. We completed our scheduled room, talked to her about how much fun we had and about how we wanted to try one of their other rooms. We decided to do the second room that same night! The second room was even more fun than the first, our team landed on the leader board, and we had a blast talking with Emery after we finished. Emery went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to make sure we had a great time. Because of that, I highly recommend Puzzled Escape Games and I hope everyones experience is like ours.

Very professional and well run. Their technology is up to date as they use tablets to have you sign off on waivers and they utilize a good camera system and microphone to follow your struggles to escape! We did the Escobar room and it was very good! The level of difficulty and the attention to detail of the rooms made our experience wonderful!

I went with a group of friends on a random weeknight and played the Lost Wand. Playtime for adults! We all had so much fun! Especially because I am such a big fan of Harry Potter. Its so cute to see how each of us gravitated toward a puzzle that played to our individual strengths strengths and then came together to solve everything. I cant wait to come back and play the other two rooms.

Game was great. Had to wait for the employees to open up the shop though. We had two groups sign up at different times and then they tried squeezing 2 more in late which they later took back. The games have all been very fun and tough to solve!

My partner and I received a gift certificate for Puzzled Escape Games and it was the greatest gift! We had such a fun time together looking for clues and trying to solve the game. It was a wonderful date night and a really fun experience. Something different! We will be going back :)

The best escape place I’ve been to. In our game today, there was a guide who was actually in the room with us. He kept us on track and was really funny and helpful. There are a great variety of puzzles, so they played to all of our different strengths and abilities. I can’t wait until they change over their rooms again so I can go back!

A great time was had by all. So professionally done, like a Broadway mystery show but you get to be an actor. Way better than the cheapo knock offs at the mall!

We had a blast. This was a birthday present for my wife. We brought along her sister and brother in law. We were teamed with a couple we did not know. We all worked great as a team and the puzzles were fun and challenging. A+ would recommend and we will be back to try the other rooms.

The two creators we met were incredibly friendly and were excited to talk about the construction and all sorts of fun facts. Theyre a local company, not a chain, and they are absolutely amazing and have created a thrilling and intense experience.We participated in The Missing Professor, and the set they created was true art. You felt transported, and it was enthralling the entire time. Dont want to spoil anything, so Ill cut off here.We really hope they do well, and cant wait for the next game. Puzzled Escape Games is a blast! Experiencing Puzzled was like being in your very own adventure. A great bonding experience for friends, family or business colleagues! Really refreshing to be problem solving and enjoying the experience together without the distraction of modern technology. I highly recommend this experience and would definitely try another room. Its so much fun!

Overall I felt the design of the rooms were great. Definitely challenging, complicated, and creative even with a team just shy of 8. However, although we did not escape in time, our team walked into the first room with puzzles already solved (blank spaces filled in from a previous group). We wasted time trying to figure out if it was part of the room or not and were discouraged that we couldnt unsee the (potentially right or wrong) answers. Once we informed the staff they merely offered us an extra hint. All in all, a great design but unfortunately not the best experience.

This place was awesome! It was the best kind of challenge! I really loved how intricate everything was and how much thought was put into the smallest of details. I would recommend this place to anyone who has ever been curious about room escape challenges- even if you dont think you are very good at puzzles, you should still go! Make it a date night or a group outing. Its so much fun!

This was a blast. We had a group of 6 co-workers looking for something fun and cooperative. The challenge was engaging, challenging, fun, and well worth it! The fun extended beyond our time trying to escape since there was so much to talk about afterwords - What did we do well? What could we have done differently? What was the hardest part? Absolutely go check this out - you wont be disappointed!

I had so much fun with the Missing Professor game. My husband and I tackled it just the two of us, which was challenging, and we wound up needing to go back and take a second crack at it. But I loved every minute of it, so in a way Im glad it took us two sessions to solve it, it was like having twice as much game! I cant wait for the next puzzle to be ready, Id go every weekend if I could.

The Lost Wand room was challenging and fun. It was odd to have a live actor in the room. Overall, this was an interesting way to spend an hour with friends.

We talked about how much fun we had almost the whole way home! Escobar was challenging, but not too hard and we were offered hints from time to time. In one room there were three different puzzles and we each gravitated toward our special strengths and then pulled it altogether. We WILL be back!

Quite challenging but my husband and I went with our 3 sons and their ladies & we had the best time working as a family. Almost made it out of room 3 ... Puts a new meaning into family game night! Only wish you had 90 mins to do puzzle for the more difficult skill levels.

We decided to go as a family (all eight of us) for my Moms birthday and it was so much fun! We did the professor of the Occult one and it was the right amount of challenge. We really liked how we could split up in the beginning and how it slowly forced us to work together. We didnt solve it but we were close.

Great fun! Group of 7 rookies (2 adults 5 college kids) It is meticulously planned, challenging - but not impossible. Everyone loved the experience, talked it up rest of day & already planning to return for new room under design. Thanks for the entertainment :-)

This is the best escape room Ive done! Its so fun and well thought through. We didnt escape but came pretty close. Cant wait for their second game to open.

Our group was made of first-timers, and the experience was really great! It was a wonderful introduction to escape rooms. The puzzles were really challenging, and we were obsessing over what might be relevant and what clues went where. Everyone definitely wants to return for the new room when it opens.

Puzzled Escape Games had a puzzle table at a party I went to with my kids, and my kids absolutely loved the experience. The staff were super friendly and the puzzle was so inventive and challenging. I cant wait to bring my kids here for more fun experiences!

This experience taught me that every bloody second counts. The puzzle room was fun, creative, engrossing, and made me feel clever and dimwitted all at once. My only regret is that I cant do it all again, but such is the price of knowing too much.Looking forward to new puzzle rooms! Try and solve the mysteries while you can, folks. Well worth your coin.

The best escape room Ive ever been to.

First experience was great - a few malfunctioning props but generally really fun and really fun staff. Second experience we used up all of our clues because several of the props just didnt work when we activated them correctly. Also, you need minimal 4 people to go in but they might stick you with a whole other group if they can, which we didnt know. Ah, well.

Fun! A challenging, well designed experience in an old factory building.

We went as a family of 5 and this was our first Esacape adventure. Puzzled Escape Games was a great time. We did not get out but we were happy with our first experience. I think having a couple more people would have helped us. The Game Master was awesome and we loved everything about the experience. We will certainly go again! It is a great activity that multiple generations could participate in.

This was terrific fun and a great experience! The staff was very friendly. Even though we did not escape and we thought we were close to getting out we actually were told we made it just over half way in the hour allotted. As we were told, things arent always what they appear to be!! Our group is very much looking forward to trying another puzzle. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

I took my partner here for her birthday as a surprise along with 5 friends. Staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful, and room we did (Find the Professor of the Occult) was an absolute blast. As board game geeks and overall dorks, we couldnt have been more delighted by all of the ins-and-outs of this experience.

Spent an amazing, fun hour with family aged 12 to 69. Time and money well spent! Cant wait for the second room to open.

I did the professor of the occult room on my birthday with three friends and it was AMAZING. Had so much fun. Went back to do the other room with three friends and was paired with three random girls. I wouldnt have even signed up if I knew we would have to work with people we didnt sign up to work with. I wanted to have fun with my friends, but instead left irritated by strangers who constantly questioned our every move and were super rude. There were way too many cooks in the kitchen. I signed up for 4 friends, and got an additional 3 condescending strangers that I was not told we would be working with. Did not have fun literally just because of this.

Second time there and once again it did not disappoint! We did the lost wand this time and it was definitely a great room for beginners and experienced escapologists alike.

I loved this escape room! We went as a group of 8 and solved the Missing Professor game. It took all of our brains together to come up with the answers to some of the puzzles which was really well thought out. I cant wait until the Escape from Escobars room is open.

Me and a few friends had an absolutely amazing experience here. It was a lot of really entertaining fun for a bunch of adults. A sort of childlike enthusiasm over took us that you rarely get with the most entertainment. We all agreed that we would be back for the next room

So much freakin fun!!!!! I went with five girl friends, only myself and one other have tried an escape room before. We were kind of nervous about us working as a team but the direction of the staff and clues helped us get started. The game we played (cant release the top secret info about the game) was very interactive, challenging, and fun. They are opening a wizard themed one which I am looking forward to and have a cafe to grab some munchies (and to celebrate victory or being so close). I highly recommend coming here to play one whether with family, friends, or other type of loved ones! It is also located in an old mill which adds to the mystery. The staff was amazing and really made you get into the game (ps I am a sore loser, didnt get to escape, and still want to go back!!).

Very interesting and entertaining experience. Me and 3 others went in not knowing what to expect at all. The host that greeted us was very friendly, and was ready for our group when we arrived. We had made reservations prior and since it was just us, we were allowed to venture onward with our group of 4. After a brief introduction and background into the story we were lead into the room. I felt so nervous and excited, nothing scary happens, but trying to deduce and find clues was exhilirating. You are given a time limit to escape the room, and it is possible, we got close to solving the mystery. It was difficult at times, but so rewarding when we had figurued out a clue. We are looking forward to returning for the next escape. We cannot stress how nice, helpful, and encouraging our host was. It was nice to do something different for a change, an experience we wont forget. We will return, and we will solve the next puzzle, that we promise you.

Excellent staff and atmosphere. The rooms/puzzles kept our large group engaged and entertained throughout our (almost successful) attempt!

Price point isnt too bad and the puzzles are pretty challenging. Just be mindful that the groups can hold up to 8 people so check their reservations prior to booking or you may be teamed with another group.

If you are looking for a fun Friday night, look no further. I booked a game with a large group as part of a birthday celebration for my partner, and we all loved it. Did we win? oh no, absolutely not. But we had a blast running around, working together, and solving puzzles. It is well worth the $25 dollars to play. The environments and puzzles are immersive and plenty, so I would highly suggest booking with a larger group so you can take turns trying to crack the more difficult puzzles.The staff was also A+! The two game masters on duty that night were really friendly, and definitely helped set the mood for a fun, challenging, one of a kind experience.If youre into a night of solving puzzles and having a few laughs with friends, I would recommend giving this experience a try. The only thing I regret, is not asking how often the escape stories rotate! My group played Professor of the Occult, and Im now considering booking a play time for Escape from Escobars. Guess Ill have to stop by next time Im at Eastworks!

I and my girlfriend have done several escape rooms in the U.S. and the U.K. We did the Find the Professor of the Occult adventure at Puzzled Escape Games, and we both consider it to be the best one weve done so far. It was one of the more challenging rooms weve done, and the most atmospheric.
