We had an excellent time. We went on a date night and neither of us are golfers. Reservations are recommended but they do have a walk up option if you want to take your chances. There is a one time $5 fee for signing up for your account. You rent the bay by the hour and has a maximum of 6 people per Bay. There is a high top table to eat at and have drinks. We ha nachos and cokes while playing. There are several types of games that you can play but we just played the one that gave you points for hitting the painted areas, more points being awarded the closer you are to center. There are several irons and woods in men and womens in a stand in the bay. We played 2 games of 20 balls each easily in an hour while eating. Close to the end of your time you can add more time, I saw options for 30 minutes and an hour but didnt pay too much attention since we were done. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us set up, explaining the rules and checking on us while we were playing. They refilled our cokes a couple of times and offered to go cups as well. There is plenty of seating around the facility to use while waiting, watching sports or just hanging out. We saw a great deal of people playing miniature golf.

8 friends/family very much enjoyed. It is so much fun. You can bring the young children and be as entertained and loud as you choose. Thanks Dillon May for invitation and picking up the tab. Look forward to going again!

Tons of fun. It is a little different than the bigger city Top Golf locations, but I think it only helps make it better. Stage for live music, room to hang out outside, mini golf. And of course the Top Golf. Food and drink is better than I would expect for a place like that.

Its TOP golf not BOTTOM golf. 1 level really is frustrating. At this point it is an oversized driving range. I have been once. Customer service was nice. neat games to play. Played Pebble Beach Virtually. The only reason for 3 stars is because there is nothing TOP about this place.

Took 5 Grands to play mini golf & eat lunch. Great outdoor area. They enjoyed the donut holes that they injected with yummy fillings!

Believe it or not the food is freaking great! It was fun! Yes they are ADA compliant with a ramp and bathroom. Tables and 100% recommend... have fun

I LOVE this top golf! It’s all on one level which was actually really fun because they have a great outdoor area. We went on a Monday and didn’t know put out was free so we took advantage of that! I will say we weren’t helped in the beginning, but we had been to other top golfs before. It just took away from the experience but other than that it was a great time!

Lots of fun! They have awesome games that make it very fun for both beginners and advanced. Good food, kinda pricey. The customer service is top notch! Bekka was super nice! Very clean too! Definitely recommend!!

This was my first Top Golf experience and I can openly say I have mixed feelings about the Chattanooga location. The games were great but when I arrived, I waited at the front desk for a while and no one offered to help me though there were 3 people at the front desk. When I finally met with my group, our server (Dream) was very disconnected and not very helpful. A drink was spilled and neither our server or any lingering servers offered us any assistance. When we wanted more food , we had to wait 45 minutes for our server to come back and had to wave her down for assistance. When it was time to leave, the friend whose card the bill was on was charged before we had the opportunity to split it. We eventually had to split it via Venmo ourselves. With all this going on, we did not once have the manager come speak with us about the issue. And to end thing off, as we were trying to manually split up the check , our server (Dream) approached us saying you all have to leave because we have a new group, even though we were there due to no fault of our own. She then rolled her eyes at our group as we left. I would like to appreciate one of the hosts (Nathan) who made a great effort to make sure we had anything we needed. He was the only one who brought us napkins and a towel to clean up the spill and made sure we found our server in order to get a new drink. Our group was very appreciative of him and his help because he was more of a server than the one we had.P.S.: I want to emphasize that the only reason I gave an extra star was because of Nathan

I actually liked it better than the TopGolf facilities with multi levels as the distances to the targets were much more realistic. Food and service was top shelf. Very clean and family friendly atmosphere. Thank you to Madison for the tour yesterday and the quick check-in today for our group, and to Kayla our server for outstanding service. Oh and the food was great too !

A great new location, but wished it were a multi-story facility. The service was great though. The mats were a little awkward maybe because Im not used to a single floor facility.

Had an excellent time playing golf, however, our server (Dream Slaughter) was disrespectful, rude and hardly attentive, walking by multiple times when a drink was spilled. Nathan immediately helped us greatly with bringing us the supplies needed to clean it up and was more attentive to us than any of the servers. Also, the card provided was charged before anything could be split up. This meant we had to do it all on our own and then we were rushed to leave while trying to do so. I have been to much bigger top golfs with no issues whatsoever. This experience will ensure that I continue to go to larger top golf locations instead of this one.

Me and some friends from work decided to show up on a Monday night to drink and hit some balls. Had a great time. Our server was great. Food was delicious. Also was able to enjoy free mini golf. Great times had by all!!

Nathan the food runner/host was amazing. He was more attentive than my groups server who was never attentive (Dream). Due to her attitude and personal feelings, she thought that providing slow service was a great way to show her disrespect towards us and rolled her eyes as we left. Nathan worked exponentially hard to take care of us and our drinks, thank you Nathan (the second star is for you)!

My husband had a great time since he plays - I enjoyed watching but our waiter was very lacking. The breakfast sandwich was meh but do you really go here to eat? If waiter had been better I would have given 5 stars; he was completely absorbed by his other guests and I guess since there were only 2 of us he didnt pay us much attention.

We had a kids birthday party there. It was a fun experience but way too pricey. They charged a flat fee and then charged another $35 service fee on top of that. I wish we would have known at booking. I picked the order your own food and drink package and we didn’t order $99 worth of the $175, but they charged the $99 still. I was made aware of this before hand, but didn’t realize we hadn’t spent that much. I would have asked for some to go dinners or something.

1st time. It was great. Could use a better mix of music with some classic rock or rock. But other than that, it was a great time. Service was very good.

Im not an avid golfer and this was my first time to TOPGOLF and I have to say it was more fun than I thought. We had some drinks and got some tasty snacks while playing in one of the bays. Must say I will be going again. Try it out they have mini golf too and a great hang out area as well.

First time going to Topgolf, it was really fun. Games are pretty cool. My Dad and I played a virtual 18 hole at St. Andrews. Would definitely go back.

I have never golfed what so ever, but this was a fantastic experience the food and drinks are amazing, the staff was super friendly over all a very good experience I recommend this place to everyone interested in golfing or just want to do something fun with family and friends.

Didnt know that a reservation was max 2 hours so we had a reservation for my birthday and got kicked out after 2 hours. Other than that we had a good time. Apparently when it asks if you want reservation or walk in pick walk in if you wish to play more than 2 hours. You may have to wait a little while but you wont get kicked out before you are ready.

Great experience. Had lots of fun. Matt was our server, exceptional service, very friendly, got everything right, knowledgeable, didnt mind me asking a million questions, definitely made the experience nice because it was my first time and I was kind of nervous!! 10/10 would recommend to my friends, and visit again.

I recommend this place hire respectable, professional, and mature employees. Their employees, specifically Lauren (brunette) and Bailey (faux-blonde), were disrespectful to me simply for my relationship to someone they dont like. Are you kidding me? Topgolf, take some responsibility for your employees actions. Everyone else, go anywhere else BUT here.

The outdoor space is great and would be a great local spot but may be limited by the cost of food and drinks. As for the actual golf portion, if youve been to another TopGolf location, prepare to be disappointed. The decor is cheap and limited, the software is VERY inaccurate, and the course is solid astroturf and its all single level. Its fine for a single TopGolf experience, but the whole setup is cheap and bottom bargain. I am very disappointed. I will say the staff was top notch, great energy, attentive happy and service was fast. I just expected more from the facility itself:/

Did not hate it, but first experience there and we needed 3 booths three, times they messed up only got to use 2 booths. Play time was cut short due to halfway through people in group had to swap out with rest of group because of all the mix up. If you ordered a drink expect it 30 minutes later was not a great experience. Do not care if I go back or not! On a positive note the people were at least friendly, just didnt seem to know what they were doing.

Very fun, took the whole family. They have kids clubs available by request. Clean and safe and they are sanitizing clubs after each use.A little smaller than other locations, but still super fun and nice atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff.

It was a lot of fun, but very expensive. 3-4 hour wait if you dont pay $10 to reserve a spot, and $5 membership for each new person, and $45 an hour to play. Would recommend if you have plenty of money to spend.

It was my first time at Top Golf. I spilled my drink and struggled to get napkins to clean it up. I was not asking anyone to clean it up, just for something to clean it up with. Our server (Dream) was quite rude and treated us with complete disrespect. She charged my boyfriends card for our entire groups play time plus their food and drinks when she assured us that would not be the case. When we talked to her about it, she got management but they did not do anything nor talk to us. One of the workers named Nathan helped us so much and even brought us a towel to clean up the mess and anything else we needed. He deserves to be a server because he is better than any servers we dealt with. Our server Dream rushed us out when we were trying to split up the bill that she messed up and rolled her eyes at us as we were leaving. I highly recommend if you go and she is your server to request a new one.

Its like a video game except its real! The targets are light up at night, and different targets will do different things, depending on the game, i.e. Be-jeweled Kinda expensive, but well worth it. And no worries! hardly anyone can hit the ball in the first few wacks!

Fairly good service, really fun date night idea.If you plan to go on the weekend, you should book during the week - the wait can be up to two hours long on Friday and Saturday nights.

Very disappointed. Every other top golf I have been to has been great. We got to the one in Chattanooga and had to wait 3 1/2 hours to golf even though our wait was two hours. The food was not good at all, which is a huge let down since all the other top golfs have great food. One single story of bays is a huge let down.

Its a wonderful place if you want to learn how to swing a golf club and improve your golf skills.

Fun place. Would give 5 stars except that I tripped up the curb on arriving bc the curb is the same color as the sidewalk. Curb needs to be painted another color, striped or something. The range itself is soooo much fun. Food above average but with a few tweaks could be really awesome..ie if you have to hunt for cheese on the nachos..they aint nachos.

Half Price Tuesdays is a great time to give it a try. You will get hooked.

Im an associate of the chattanooga location and its up and coming...its a really great venue... I love the layout of the venue...and people dont know but there is a surprise on opening soon..

Tons of different games at the driving bays, and even more to do in the outdoor and barn areas. Put-put and bars galore in addition to the awesome screens and tracking system on the bays. Being only one level is an asset to this location.
