I joined the Providence Singers at the start of the 2019-2020 season. As a professional musician, I was looking for a choir that would engage and challenge me musically, as well as fulfill my desire to connect with the local community and meet new people in the area. I am happy to say that the Providence Singers has surpassed my expectations in both the quality of the musicianship and overall sense of community.

Ive been a member of this fantastic group of singers for 5 years. I have grown and learned so much as a singer in those years. The Director Christine Noel is outstanding and is the perfect combination of challenging and encouraging. It is a joy to sing for her and with these other talented singers. Although we are a volunteer group we produce professional quality work and collaborate with the RI Philharmonic 2-3 times a year as well as produce our own concerts. We are a very welcoming and friendly group too so please consider joining us as singer or as an audience member.

For 23 years, singing with this group has brought me joy, friendship, and growth. Im so glad Im a member. Please check us out, especially if youre a singer!

Providence Singers is a group of very talented, committed people who strive to present amazing choral music to the community.

Each time I attend a Providence Singers concert, Im just blown away. The performances are excellent. And fun! Theyve tackled a wide variety of works -- Broadway musicals, classics, even a world premiere -- and every one is beautiful.Plus, the Singers themselves look like theyre having a great time. Id love to join as a member but, since my kids have barred me from singing in public, Ill keep buying tickets and enjoying the shows.
