Nice view. Parking a bit of a walk. Bathroom locked. Renewable and regular trash cans available. Was a nice place for lunch on a warm fall day. Watch out for bikes moving at high speed.

Clean place to sight see. Loved the looking at the locks all around. Saw some fish, ducks, and geese.

People throw trash around despite numerous trash cans. Geese live here so there you have to watch where youre walking.View of the river is very nice. Theres a very small playground. If you go to Walmart you can see for yourself. Its just around back.

Absolutely love this park!!! Such a nice relaxing spot to just sit back and do nothing. Also along the fence, couples put a lock on which I thought was really cool. So of course we went right over to Walmart and got one to put on the fence. Just make sure youre out by 10:00, the signs make it very clear that you will be arrested if youre caught out there after 10. Well definitely be back!!!

Good to a walk and peoria skyline view is good from here

I loved the walk along the river. The sculptures were interesting. The area was clean and there are benches you can rest on along the way.

Nice place to have a little break and look at the river.

Hard to believe there are no tables in this park. Would be nice to eat a meal without pulling everything out of a sack when you need it.

Always a great place to walk the dog around. Then after I just take the pup to bass pro seems to work out great.

The views you can get from the lookout points are phenomenal no matter where on the walk you stand. You can see both of the bridges as well as the downtown skyline which is beautiful at night. There is a little park so you can park your car and walk along the riverfront which is great.

Clean and pretty

Very clean park with plenty of room for sitting. However, there were no picnic tables around so we had our lunch in the grass. The park appears well lit and maintained.

This place makes for a great place when youre going poke hunting. You can walk from one side to the other and the pokestops are close to refreshing. I go for the fireworks too

The city or whomever is in charge of keeping the area clean does a good job. You can park right behind the Walmart area to walk the river front on the east Peoria side as well

Its a very relaxing place to go!

Wonderful and clear view of the Peoria skyline! It was brightly lit and very tidy. Its a great place to stop and enjoy some food or drink you just bought from one of the many restaurants nearby. Hours are 5am until 10pm according to the sign and two east Peoria cops rolled by while I was eating so it seems they make their rounds down there routinely.

Aside from all the goose poop, this place is wonderful to take a walk. Go from bass pro down to the other side of the Walmart. Peaceful, wonderful scenery, watch the spirit of peoria go up and down river. Has a nice little play ground for the kids to burn off that extra energy and there is a bathroom next to the play ground thats usually open during the day and evening.

Very nice view early mornings.. easy to find, small equipment for children if you wanna pack a small lunch for the kids, limited parking in some areas, great trails for the early morning walking

Wonderful riverside park! This park is great for walking dogs, having a picnic, going on a walk, or playing with the kids. Weve even taken the drones out to fly from this side of the river. Great location, and you feel safe while having a great time!

Great place to walk, run. Has a great view of the Peoria Skyline. its a quiter and scaled down version of the Peoria Riverfront. Good Spot for photography.

Not much of a park there. Sits between Wal-Mart and the river. Just a place to sit and look at the Illinois River or the view of downtown Peoria.

An ordinary park with extraordinary view on a downtown Peoria. Was here during the day but I;m sure a view must be speechless during sunset. When sun goes down and city light goes on. Was also very calm and quiet on sunny Saturday afternoon with few fishermens.
