Can someone please let me know how much rent and that is?

Lived here for over 18 years and own 2 trailers here. Like anywhere it has gone through the normal bad things, its been alot better since other family has taken over park. Were like our own dysfunctional family but we all know each other and watch out for all.

Its what u make it but its a cheap place to live I have owned 3 trailer there and its been nice living there

Diverse group needs cleaned up and Stricker park regulations

You pay for what you get. Needs some new life.

I never knock a trailor park but that one is filthy and terrorizes the rest the neighborhood

I drive by on my way to work... looks nice

Do not know much about this mobile home place! But there is a dollar store close!

Place doesnt deserve 1 star! So run down!!
